I feel like I experienced some racial profiling at this location. I walked in with my boyfriend to window shop. We were the only ones in the store and had picked up a few purses to look at them closer. I picked up one and the woman working stated that Im not allowed to pick them up by myself. She stated she needed gloves on anytime I wanted to look at the purses.I felt odd because Ive bought purses from Coach/high end purse stores and this was never the case. My boyfriend and I are both Latinos and couldnt help but feel that maybe our ethnicity played a role in this interaction. The woman working was white and seemed to make a big deal out of it. We left to walk around the mall. After leaving the mall about an hour later, from outside the store we saw multiple white folks picking up purses with Michael Kors employees simply watching. This was very disappointing to us overall.

My husband bought me a purse from here a few months back. It was a pretty penny too. This purse that he purchased already looks old. And wore out. I take very good care of my purses and this is awful. I have a 6 year old Coach that looks newer. I will never purchase another over priced MK purse.

Funny how they can charge your card but can’t find your purchase in their system so apparently it didn’t even happen. Don’t bother trying to return something here

Place is expensive but the girls were nice and helpful they should do more deals tho

I had a wonderful experience here! I was very uncertain about what color of purse I wanted. Alexandria was very patient and helpful in making my final decision. I came in looking a little on the ruff side, as it was a last minute shopping trip, and appreciate that I was still treated as if I did not look a hot mess!

I am not very happy, and may never shop at Michael Kors ever again. They charged my son twice for my birthday gift and all I am getting is a run around

I have never experience the worse experience of my life! When I first purchased my purse back in Feb. 2016 by Anthony he was such a sweetheart ( I bought one for me, my mom and daughter). So on 07/23/2016 I took my purse in because my lock had tarnished and it had a rip on the side now I called in on 09/01/2016 and asked was my purse back in I was told your purse was already back we called you back in August; I asked the salesman what # did they call and he game me the #; I explained to the salesman Tony that back in July i had called and changed my number; he said he would have to follow up with the Manager Nicole( is the same individual I handed my purse over to to send out) 09/06/2016 I arrive at the Saint Louis Galleria to pick up my very expensive bag and it has white paint on the top back of it and the rip on the side was not fix; get the the Manager Nicole asked if I had bought the purse in with the white spots I had to walk away and my sister had to talk to he because she is pregnant with an attitude; so Nicole sent my purse back again and it finally came back fixed correctly. I work hard for my money rather I am African American or not I would like to be treated with respect with respect when I spend my money! I did contact Customer Service and nothing was done about it; so no more my money will be invested into poor quality merchandise.

I recently visited this location, although my size was out of stock in the store Gabi was extremely helpful in getting my sizes ordered and shipped to my home

I have always been a fan of Michael Kors products. I’ve spent a lot money at this store and have never had a problem however I bought a wallet from here and decided against it. I decided to return it and not only was I not greeted when I came in I was accused of trying to return the item used and I wish I would have gotten the salesman name but I didn’t but nothing was wrong with the wallet and I had a receipt for the item not only was I not asked for the receipt I was judged and the salesman refused to return the item and refund my money . I’ve always had great customer service here but this was unforgettable. Whether this was a sale item or not I work hard for my money and do not deserve the nasty attitude I got from the salesman. I was automatically judged as a Africian Amercian woman if he had known better he would have knew I am a frequent buyer here. As a result of this nasty behavior I will be contacting customer service to make a formal complaint and I won’t be buying MICHAEL KORS EVER or at least until you guys learn some respect.
