I had a 10 year old Toro lawnmower that died on me recently. I needed to purchase a lawnmower at a decent price. I went to Home Depot and their supply of lawnmowers at this time in the fall season was limited. Plus the customer service person who helped me wasnt really trying to give me any additional options, so that didnt leave a great impression in my mind with this particular experience 😖 I decided to go check out Dunn Hardware and was glad I did. They only had one brand they were selling at this time;however, the very helpful man was able to tell me about the brand and its overall reliability. He wasnt just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you dont get at the larger retailers.I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and Im happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car. I would recommend anyone who needs equipment to check out Dunn first and youll be surprised with the great service and cost 😊

This hardware store has the best employees! If they see you (me) walking around with a blank, confused expression theyre right there to help (which is the opposite of frantically hunting down someone at the big box hardware stores). Dunns has been our family go-to place for years and I highly recommend them!

Everyone knows what they are doing. I was going to anew hardware store 5 min from my house to get Benjamin Moore paint. The person that was helping me had little knowledge of what he was doing. I just said Im going to Dunn hardware. It took me 20 min at least to get there but it was worth it.

This establishment is great . Congratulations for your great team work . I went in and immediately someone helped . One person was not quite sure. So he went and asked a coworker. Not only was she sweet she reminded me that if item was not correct to bring it back. I live no where near here but I will be coming back.

Wonderful from my first step in the door! I was approached by a salesman asking if I needed help. I needed keys made. He took the key, duplicated the key and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes!! Love it!

It might be a small store, but every time I come here the have what I need and theyre happy to help me find it. Theyre also happy to talk through situations. Paint counter guys also helped when they no longer carried a paint they used to.

I enjoy visiting here for my home improvement needs. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a nice frequent shopper program. You earn money here fast. They send a coupon in the mail for $5 off after you spend a certain dollar amount. I can’t remember what that amount is however I’ve earned it and used it many times. They have great sales prices comparable to larger stores. As a shopper you get nice personalized service. Nice place to shop.

Ive been going to this location for a number of years. I have to say that the staff never fails me. If the person Im speaking with doesnt have an answer for my question they find someone who does! Thats what you want when you go to a hardware store. Definitely give this place look during your travels. Its a smaller store and you can actually find a staff person when you need one!

Typical small hardware store, meaning they are very helpful and know what they are talking about. I have to remember to go there instead of the big box hardware stores where they stock everything but you cant find anyone to answer your question.

Just like the old time hardware stores but modern. They have it all from hard to find screws to plumbing, paint, knobs for kitchens bathrooms. Plus they service your lawnmower or snowblower. The people are down to earth and knowledgeable. Check them out.

Bought a new grill from Dunn, before pickup I decided to upgrade to one that was not in stock and was not supposed to come in before the 4th of July. Knowing I was hoping for it by the 4th, my grill shows up and ready to go. All the employees were not only courteous, but they we’re helpful and accommodating. I will gladly give them my business any chance I get. Thanks to everyone at Dunn for a great holiday surprise.

Dave and Hadleigh gave my wife and I some expert help and great advice today on fixing a plumbing problem. It was straight forward and less complicated then we thought. They printed off a diagram for us which was really helpful. Ive been going to Dunn Hardware for a lot of years and the employees have always been helpful and encouraging, even when my wife has gone in by herself, they have treated her the same way as when we go in together and that doesnt happen at a lot of home improvement and hardware stores. Had snowblower tune-up for the winter. Dunn has a mobile shop that comes to you, which is very convenient. Prices are reasonable. Joe was great to work with.

Talk about fabulous service. We had an emergency last week during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Jamie, the Co-owner, personally reopened his store after hours and delivered PPE, to our house so we could safely support our home-bound client. “Don’t worry about paying for the gowns, masks and sanitizer tonight, we’ll settle up later. And if it’s the wrong size, just return it to the store in the morning.” Wow. Potentially a life saver. No question, Dunn Hardware is essential.

I am not handy. Ace has amazing customer service. They will explain your project to you, answer all your questions, and show you what to buy.Now if they would only come over and fix it too.....

Very helpful and attentive service! I had to make a second trip for a bigger pry bar. Was hoping to find band aids. They didn’t have any to sell but their on staff Dr. Dave gave me a band aid from their first aid kit!! Even put it on for me!!!

Always very helpful whenever I have a question or need help finding something. Their hardware selection is great. A little pricey on some items, but not having to go to the big box stores and take twice as long to get what I need makes up for it.

Not only were they able to give me several VERY RELIABLE painters phone contacts, but, they did it with a very pleasant and patient manner.
