It is always a pleasure going into the store bumping into Mr. James! He is a guy who really knows about sports and i always take time out my shopping to have a conversation with him! Has a great head on his shoulders with excellent customer service skills! Some things you just can’t teach and that guy is a natural!

Came into town from Houston for a weekend. Came into Cardinals clubhouse instantly for sum hats. Bumped into a guy named James. He took care of me from start to finish. He knows his stuff on hats. Definitely coming back 💪🏾

Your website shows your store opening at 10:00AM on Fridays. I was there at 10:20 and waited until 10:40 but your store didnt open. There was a sales clerk just setting up the registers and never came to the door to say they were running late. Its a bad reflection on your store. There are plenty other places to shop and thats what Ill do...shop elsewhere.

Great customer service and friendly staff when I came and shop The cashier James was great with assistance of my style preferences of hats and colorways that I hadn’t seen yet he also helped me by signing me up for the rewards plan it helps a lot when I want to get more than 1 at a time I would highly recommend his assistance when you visit

Always fun stopping in and talking baseball with James he’s super helpful very knowledgeable about St. Louis and helps us get the quality hats we need they have a great team at the galleria!.

Please beware of their cashier James! He was very dishonest and purposefully overcharged me. He asked for my email and phone number to set up a store account and dont worry well never send you any ads or anything. I felt like this was strange, but gave him my information.Turns out he signed me up for the Premium Access Account with an added $5 charge to my purchase. I also started getting advertising emails the very same day. I know its not a lot of money, but he knowingly asked for my personal information with the intent to charge me for an account I didnt want, and lied to my face multiple times in the process.I certainly will not be going back and am frankly astonished at the level of unprofessionalism and deceit. I encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere.
