Absolutely worthless. Never follow delivery instructions. Never contact me about delivery. Every delivery is a nightmare. Id be better off with the Pony Express. If you dont want to do the job give it to somebody else. I get an order from Chewy every 2 weeks. It weighs about 70 lb. Its supposed to be delivered to my apartment door, but the delivery person dumps it in the foyer of my apartment building. I work from home but they never buzz my apartment to let me know that theyre here, or make any attempt to bring it up to me. Theres an elevator, its an easy access apartment building, but God forbid they should follow the directions that are clearly printed on the label. I guess I should be happy they are not flinging it out of the back of the moving truck as they speed through the parking lot. My God why would anybody use this company if they had a choice?
I dont appreciate my laptop being delivered in my driveway today, exposed to persons driving and walking by my house. It couldve been stolen. My front porch and doorbell does exist. Please dont be so careless with the next package. Thanks.

Totally rude!!! I’m having a conversation with customer service rep and this mf leaves the phone and start talking with someone in the store. Didn’t say hold on, excuse me, I’ll be back. Now I have to wait another week for my refund, ooh did I mention it’s been 2weeks as of now.
I dropped by to get a cable for my brothers iphone. Im glad they had it. Their staff were helpful and their service was quick.
Do not trust this incompetent staff to handle any time sensitive material. Lack of follow through + zero sense of urgency = a failed delivery.

They were very rude. They take forever to give you your package and if its 2 parts of the package they will miss one and youll have to go back. I picked up a very large package and they barely assisted me. I had to tote the entire package myself once they got out the door. Their customer service is terrible!

Make sure you get a receipt when you drop off your package, if you leave it on the counter it will disappear with out a trace. #Fedexlostmypackage
