Went to Autozone today to have my battery replaced after my car wouldnt start. The entire team were friendly, helpful, and completed the replacement in only a few minutes. I was really impressed with this location and will be back in the future. Thanks for all the support.

I just wanted to applaud the gentleman who helped my father & I the other day - he went above and beyond, actually went so far as to walk outside to assist my father who couldnt walk by brining the items of interest out to the car to disc the options there so my father could make his selection without ever having to leave his vehicle! Thats customer service done way above the rim!
Robert was the most helpful associate I’ve encountered. He was very knowledgeable. He was kind and talked me through what I needed help with. He was patient because of course I didn’t know much of anything related to cars. He definitely went above and beyond his job. I sure appreciate him and wish there were more people like him in the world.

We stopped in here after having some issues with our car on the way back from a trip. They let me borrow the OBD-II reader and then told me the codes. I explained how I was on a trip and he recommended me to a shop around the corner, I didnt even end up buying anything at AutoZone, but they where super helpful and knowledgeable enough to know what shop could likely get me in for a rush job. Hands down one of the best AutoZones Ive been in.

If I could rate it in the negative I would. I ordered an air conditioner kit online and had it shipped to me, only to find out even though the website said it was an exact match it wasnt the correct part. We took the parts back and told them it wasnt the correct part and handed them the one that came off the car. They ordered the same exact kit to pick up the next day, went back the next day and figured out it was the same thing I already had and it was also $50 more than what I paid for it online, took them the old part again and they ordered what they thought was the correct part of course it wasnt and had to order another one, then it didnt have the switch in the back, they ordered a switch and it wasnt correct, after going back and forth 6 times with them, we finally went to a different part store to get the correct switch. The manager gave me a discount to reflect the discount I got online but it was still $30 more and I didnt get all I needed. I still had to go spend another $40 on a switch, 2 weeks into this project and still no air conditioner. Im very dissatisfied with this store. How can you say that you have professional part people, when they cant even look at a part and type in the part number on it to order the correct part. I will not be shopping here for parts again.
This has to be my most hilarious interaction with an auto store ever. I mean literally! I have never met anyone so confused at what they do for living.First, here is some background.... website (for the product I have bought) it said that the product was 5$ and this is a reasonable price for the product, and this does not bother me much if it was wrong by a few dollars which it was wrong by 15$ was the start to something hilarious.Secondly; I walked into a store with a few people working on the shift. There was 4 people, however, one man in a red shirt which looked to be an actual store representative he will be called (embarrassed co-worker). The person who I asked for help was another mechanic/coworker with a receding hairline. He stood in a position where you felt as if he had control over you and also gladly looked as if he had an enormous ego that would take him to the end of the earth. The mechanic said that he would gladly help me like any other person would. I asked him how much it would be, and he said 20$ that was when I realized oh well they do indeed have their prices wrong again. (It seems that all of the prices are constantly never updated as they probably want to have you go there, which I may be completely mistaken on that part.) However the story goes on. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said oh that is the usual price for this (cabin air filter) product. I laughed a bit. He said yes I am sure, you probably were buying that certain product from eBay. I stood there as he leaned a bit closer to me, as his ego was uplifted by him trying to act knowledgeable. I kind of just stood there and tried not to die from laughter, so I continued on, are sure laughing, again, in uncertainty. At that moment I was either looking at an employer or a failed comedian. I am only 18 of course, I probably have no clue to what I am talking about right? Probably, happily, I continued acting dumb and he said are you sure you want to buy it, and I was like, he is joking right? Well turns out he was not, because as I was standing there blankly trying not to die inside, he says you know its a thing that you should replace every two oil changes. I stood there again and said sure bring it, that was me trying to not die of laughter again. 2 OIL CHANGES LMFAOOOO, he just SAID, 2 OIL changes... Ok. My time was coming for me to take a chance and leave because not only was I standing in front of embarrassed co-worker but a circus as well. He walked to go get the item and I stood there wondering ok, so at least I know I am never going to buy a car from him if he replaces his oil from anywhere to 8-20k miles. It continued though, he came back with more enthusiasm as he obviously just proved that he was one of the smartest people in the world, and as myself being young I went with his show which in my opinion was a horrible mistake to make. The four workers there however were not also wearing face masks as well and since I had gum (totally unrelated/irrelevant but also kept me from laughing) in my mouth I knew that I was in for a long ride. He asks me if I am paying with card or cash and I said card and laughed a bit confusingly as I was even questioning myself with what I was doing. I stood there and payed and left the store in actual amazed disgust. When I walked out though there was another man who was a worker who obviously did not have a face mask yet again. This was my 5 minute interaction with Auto zone :) I hope you enjoyed reading this and will make sure not to go, only left it as a 2 star because it was pretty funny and there is almost 0 star reviews. I was on a road trip with my dad when my check engine light came on. We stopped here for the code reader and then parts. Turns out my coil pack was shot, but thanks to the incredible staff (especially Jason) we were able to fix it in the parking lot. They were super helpful and Im glad we stopped there!

Out of all of the times I have entered this establishment, only ONCE has anyone been friendly. Someone replied to my last review stating that they hoped I would give them another chance, yet when I attempted to read the full reply I was informed that the review had been removed. That alone ensures that I will NEVER enter ANY AutoZone ever again.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Decent prices and fast service. Save yourself a few bucks and do a few things for yourself. Simple things such as wiper blades, wiper fluid, battery replacement, bulb replacement and simple things such as adding oil yourself as needed are all within the capability of most of us.

The staff here is friendly and went out of their way to help customers. They had everything i needed to complete an overhaul on my car. I just wish they had some baskets or shopping carts available. Trying to shop for stuff while hauling around six quarts of oil is a chore.

I think the guys name was Jere and he was super helpful! I was driving from FL to NC and my truck was heating up and Jere explained everything very clearly and got me what I needed and I was on my way.
My Battery has been sluggish the last couple of days, 2013 Dodge Ram Original battery. Left me stranded this morning. Managed to get a jump, and headed straight for AutoZone.. Went inside, told them my problem. There were very quick and responsive. The Tech headed out with the battery tester, and guess what? Bad Battery! Went back inside, he looked up my truck, got the battery and Installed it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Great Job and service, will be back for future auto needs.
The staff is knowledgeable and will help you install simple parts (windshield wipers, lights, etc.) for free. Theres great warranties on almost all of their parts. The one thing I dont like is that the corporate office pushes the sales clerks to sell those items on the counter on sale weekly and they can actually get in trouble for NOT selling enough. As much as I love the store, the staff I think its messed up for AutoZone on a corporate level to essentially tell their staff they HAVE to be pushy sales clerks.

I give this store a one star. I went there to get something for my car. No one really responded when I walked in with my GF to get help. Stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. The one guy who was tattooed up seem to have a bad temper. He made a joke towards my GF which was highly offensive. Guess he’s a manager with a short fuse. Got a bit snippy with me for interrupting him with questions while he ranted on about products and prices and which parts he thought were the best for my vehicle. So we left with what we thought was the correct piece thanks to his recommendation which wasn’t found out through a mechanic. went to a different location instead and got the help we actually needed minus the attitude. So I decided to look this guy up online to see why his attitude was so bad and found out he beat his ex GF up. Seriously can’t believe this company would hire someone with a short fuse and a negative attitude towards people around him and customers he is suppose to be helping instead of doing nothing same with the other two guys that were on duty.
I was ready to buy paint for my exhaust but the guy in the store wasnt helpful and didnt really seem willing to help me. Im not asking for the red carpet treatment, but if I ask about high temp paint, and you answer Yeah man, its over there somewhere and you direct me there with a dismissive wave, Im not going to spend my money at your store. I will not be returning to this location.

Their code reader machine is ALWAYS down. Yes I drive an older car so I have to come in a lot and everytime its not working. I go next door to advance and say something about it and the guy says they say that all the time especially when its hot out because they dont feel like going out in the heat... like really?

Every time I come in here I’ve received poor customer service. The men in here are so unhelpful it’s very disheartening. I had to argue a guy down that we turned in a battery here to be charged even when I showed him the receipt. Another guy came up and said he remembered the battery and found it for me. I need to purchase another battery but WILL NOT patronize this store anymore. I’m very sad because it’s a neighborhood store, but now I have to go to Savannah to look for better service.

Sunday July 2, After calling AAA to start my car, I drove to Auto Zone in Richmond Hill, GA and told them I wanted to purchase a battery for my Lexus ES350. They gentleman working checked and said they had a battery but it took too long to install so they could not do it. Now I am a widow, 78 year old lady who knows nothing about cars and they told me they cannot help me. I did not know what to do because I turned off my car and it would not start. Finally one of the men found jumper cables and started it. I drove to Advanced Auto Parts and in 11 minutes I had a new battery installed in my car. Can Auto Zone not take 11 minutes to help? I will never ask their help again or shop there nor will my family and friends.

Autozone sucks. Orielys and napa sells moog, gates, and wix. Why bother with super low quality brands at advance and autozone?
