So, I just moved down from Indiana and went to visit this location with my sister recently. She talked highly of her experience here, so I was looking forward to great customer service and getting lots of answers to clear up any questions we may have had. However, today wasnt one of those great experiences she had talked about before. We walked into the store and were greeted by a sales rep, who was rude as soon as we started asking more questions than they wanted to answer. They kept speaking over the both of us, and seemed frustrated by us wanting to clarify the answer several times (due to the fact they had different explanations each time?)The two main issues were that 1) My sister needed to switch from my parents phone plan to her own, and was immediately told she couldnt do a Change of Responsibility in store and was given a number to call. Thats it. And when my sister attempted to double check and clarify, as the change of responsibility included our parents and she needed to be able to explain to them what to do as well, the sales rep said, Dude, I already said I can NOT do this in the store. And proceeded to frustratedly laugh.2) I wanted to upgrade to a newer phone, and was told quite a bit of false and confusing information. Such as: The model I wanted couldnt be ordered because They hadnt seen any of those in MONTHS, so Id have to settle for a different (and more expensive) phone. As well as, the whole time, being reprimanded for wanting a higher gig? Like?? Who cares? Lol. Thats my choice to get a higher gig in the model I want.We left with more questions than we came in with, and immediately called another local T-Mobile location. They clarified the information we had been told was incorrect, and immediately aided us in answering all of the questions we needed answered ***correctly, efficiently and kindly.I really try to never leave reviews, because I know how it is to work, have bad days and maybe not be on your best game. Thats okay, and I understand. Were all human, and it happens. However, this experience was incredibly frustrating, rushed and overall not the best, despite us being very kind and understanding to the individual(s) working the whole time. To walk in the door and for both of us feel uncomfortable is a bad sign. I especially dont appreciate someone basically making fun of myself and my sister for having questions, and it being their job to answer them and doing it in a very mediocre and incorrect manner.Im sorry to leave this, and I hope that the individual(s) working today have better experiences as they continue working with T-Mobile. However, we will not be back and will be switching to another local T-Mobile store.

Jeffery was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the store he made us feel comfortable. His expertise about all things T-Mobile was easily 10+ Stars.We’ve been customers for 43 years with another provider but we switched and will stay with T-Mobile simply on the kindness of Jeffery.

Home button Adjustment I phone 📲 12If you’re looking for any device or a upgrade ask for JENNIFER she’s really great and down to earth. She’ll help your phone buying experience great!I’ve recently upgraded from a 7 plus to a 12. I must say it took some time adjusting to not having a “home button” and the size difference as well. It was definitely a well needed upgrade the call quality is clear, handling is good, clarity, and the edge of the I phone 12 is stylish!

I am a teacher in last week of school and had to get a new phone. I had no time this week and went into T-Moblie store in Richmond Hill at 7:40 pm on Friday. I hate going to deal with phones. My hubby usually takes care of this kind of stuff. I only went because he was out of town a week earlier and son jumped in pool with phone and he needed a new one. They were so nice at this store and made me so comfortable! Liz set up everything on my sons phone and put on his screen protector and case and he was up and running in what would have taken me the whole day. Told me about a great deal, so I returned to see them this week to get me a new phone at 7:40 pm on Friday night. Jeff and Liz made me feel welcome and completely set me up! They stayed until 9pm helping me. My first new phone in 5 years! Thank you Jeff and Liz! You are awesome!P.S. I never write reviews, but this customer service was above and beyond! Definitely will recommend to anyone!

The people working here dont quite seem to know what theyre doing. The guy who sold me my phone never even told me where to get my $650 switching credit, I just had to go online and figure it out myself.They didnt have any phones there that we wanted, so they had to be ordered. Honestly after all of this I might as well have just ordered online instead of feeding someone commission money for nothing.
