Consistently very poor service at the meat and seafood case in this Kroger, looks like we will be going to Publix for higher prices but better service.

Used to live coming in at midnight to get my shopping done. Clean, good selections. It was the only place that was still open 24 hours... until now. It was great with swing shifts and now there are no options.

The photos are misleading. They make it seem like a full Kroger but it’s just the grocery portion. They also need to restock a lot of items. Other than that it’s nice and clean.

The store itself is your typical Kroger but the customer service desk is always hard to work with. Especially with the money orders, I have been picking up money orders not in cash because I know the cash available at the desk is limited. This morning when coming to my pick up my money through WU, which as been down for a week, the lady told me that never done it in paper form that in “3 years of working there” she’s only done cash. When I personally done it in paper order form every time I have picked up at that location. She then said that it was too early, when asked what time would work best she was unable to tell me what time. The inconvenience of the system being down for a week was already a burden and now the lack of capacity of the person working there for 3 years to get me a money order is the icing on the cake.

Do not buy meat there have returned meat constantly for being bad the day I buy it

I love this place. We can always find fresh organic fruits and vegetables, fresh seafood. The flowers section is great and you can also find beautiful cards. The variety of food is very good, even for an immigrant, since you can find some international items. But every time I come here I feel sad because of the amount of trash in the parking lot. We are in the rain season and part of this trash will probably end up in the ocean. They could keep this area clean and put some trash can on the parking lot to avoid people from littering. Typical Krogers. Clean and well stocked. Only stopped in for snacks but found so much more. Even grabbed lunch! Got some gas outside too.

Neither staff nor customers can be trusted to wear masks during the pandemic.We even started getting groceries at 2am in the hopes there would be fewer maskless people and we would be safer, only to find that after midnight, almost ALL staff remove their masks and a larger percentage of customers dont wear them. If this is happening at this level every night, and at a reduced level during the day, I doubt its safe to enter the building at any point.Plus, a lot of their produce molds the day after I bring it home, and there were fruit flies in the produce section last time.

This is my favorite Kroger in Savannah. Great job keeping stock even during the rushes. I dont expect great customer service in general when I come to Kroger. Thats not why I shop here. I shop here because its convenient and fairly inexpensive. But the last two times Ive come in Ive had exceptionally bad experiences with the employees. Rude, not wanting to help with a simple task, and overall treating me as if Im some sort of imposition to them. Its enough to make someone want to shell out the extra money and just go to Publix. Its just a matter of common decency.

This is the most overcrowded grocery store I have ever been to. I cant find a parking space and inside is a madhouse. Rude customers trying to make you move when you are shopping. Then theres the personal shoppers with huge carts in my way and not interested in moving. And they dont remove expired food from the shelves.

Today, I requested to speak with the Manager (Mark )because when I arrived to pick up the items I purchased yesterday through Krogers online shopping I was told that the items I purchased were not available in the store yet I was charged, received a confirmation # and a pick up reminder email earlier today. Not only was I confused and upset but also disappointed that I didnt receive the items I ordered.( It was only 2 items .) After hearing me out, Mark asked for my contact information and said he would look into the error and contact me by the end of the day. (Truthfully, I was skeptical that I would be contacted. I suspected that it was the easiest way for him to get me off the phone). BUT TRUE TO HIS WORD, Mark not only contacted me as promised but also discovered that there was a glitch in the ordering system that resulted in the error . He also provided an acceptable solution for me to get the 2 items I originally ordered. Marks actions and attitude during our encounter was exemplary. He was professional and successful to finding a solution that resulted in keeping a loyal Richmond Hill Kroger customer. Thanks Mark!!

Very unprofessional at customer service desk. The “F/E supervisor” was standing behind the desk as I waited in line, no acknowledgement as I stood for five minutes right in front of her, almost going as far as ignoring me. Waited and notified her of my exchange she proceeds to point at the lady already helping someone. No “I’ll be right with you” or hello how are you ? Purely ignored

I worked in grocery retail for several years and know how its supposed to run. All the associates looked and acted like they hated their jobs.

From the moment my mother and I walked through the door, the Richmond Hill Kroger smelled of excellence. Ms. Diane explained the new scan and go method, Mr Josue helped us enroll in the rewards program and Mr Ken (the manger) was attentive to the needs of employees and shoppers. The store was clean. The shelves stocked. Everyone including the customers were just nice. It’s rare to find this type of customer service and friendliness nowadays. The Kroger environment should be emulated across America. Thank you, Kroger.

A huge floral area always has bright orchids and beautiful roses for sale. The Starbucks inside is great for a quick cup of coffee. The sushi is always fresh and delicious! They have plenty of organic products, if thats what youre into. Personally, I love the selection of seafood available here, but would love to see king crab legs more often. The meat/seafood department are always willing to help you search out the bulk seafood deals and the local seafood is always a great deal. The lines are never a hassle, even when the parking lot is completely packed. Using the Kroger card is a must, but the money saved on fuel is a huge perk to shopping here!

Fresh produce. No longer carrying fresh lobster. Deli has great selection. Have discontinued many name brand items so that the only choice is the Kroger brand. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but a few are not. Pharmacy staff is outstanding!

My go-to store HANDS DOWN. This Kroger is amazing for so many reasons. They have great prices with amazing deals and is a coupon shoppers paradise. The staff is so amazing and understanding which is great for a mom like me with two kids under two who can be a handle sometimes. I never pick another store they have everything from a pharmacy, Starbucks, a bank, a customer service station which does money orders and more and even a fresh sushi bar which is great for lunch!

Cheap prices! So much better than Wal-Mart. The store was recently updated so things are much easier to find. Their deli/bakery/sushi section is great if you want to grab a quick lunch to-go. Absolutely love their organic section which takes up a good portion of the store. Great weekly deals. The Starbucks inside is one of the slowest that I have been to though.

I came in at 1:31am on a Tuesday and Becky was working the register and was super helpful with helping me sign up with a Kroger card she even went as far as get it started on my phone and helped me go through it. I was highly satisfied. It was clean and neat and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank yall

We had an amazing experience in the floral department with Samantha. She was so kind and helpful! The florals in the department are beautiful but she went out of her way to help us pick flowers, a vase and assemble a stunning arrangement. She was such a delight and truly made us feel like we were special customers! We will definitely be back to see her!!

Kroger needs to have more workers on the cash register. No one wants to use self Check out when a person has a cart full of groceries. If we dont use it we have to wait in a long line. Kroger you need to reevaluate the way you do business.

Horrible. They had a Pringles deal where you are required to buy 5 items in order to save $5.00. ***With No Limit*** So I load up my cart with 40 cans, and I am approached at the checkout line by a so called supervisor who states that their manager says that I can only get 10. I mention that there is no sign saying there is a limit anywhere. I left everything including Aboit $50 of other items I had In my cart and went to their sister store in Savannah and bought the 40 cans of Pringles. *Next time, I will just go to Publix. They are very unprofessional. Never again. Lastly, Have used Kroger gas stations all over the SouthEast and this Richmond Hill locations have their receipts out of paper or broke down more than anywhere else. I am not sure if they are trying to save tree’s or what, but this has been a big inconvenience on multiple visits. This should be the next Lucky’s market faith. Too bad they don’t know how to serve up some better Southern Hospitality! Stay Away from there fraudsters....

I love love love the new scan and go. What I do not like is the downloading coupons that do not come up on the checkout .for example,you have to download a coupon in order to get the dollar off from organic milk. That is time consuming and deceitful because I think Im getting my organic milk for $2.99, and if I dont pay attention to everything on my list I walk out paying full price when I should be getting the coupon rate because I am a Kroger member.

This used to be the go to store for the area. Now its becoming the one to avoid. Its always short staffed. From cashiers to baggers to other sections. Its awful now. After the redesign of the store, employees are more hesitate to say where items are. Every know once in awhile you see a manager walk around, however consulting them is a waste of time and patience. They act nice till you ask a question, then they give a terrible cold shoulder to you. The older white hair male comes to mind almost immediate. Even worse is they way they treat fellow employees. Near constant disrespect. There is a saying Praise in public, scold in private Its awkward watching a manager scold an employee in the middle of store or outside. The only saving grace this store have now is gas discounts, but at the rate it is going, its not worth it.

Id give this particular Krogers 5 stars, except it is always picked over. Regardless of the day or time of day you shop. Great selections, when theyre in stock.

Always love this store!! People are so friendly and helpful in every dept. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to shop here instead of in my town when I can! And you cant beat the gas prices most of the time.

Generally a great Kroger facility. Most employees fairly helpful and nice. Wish organics were kept in organic section though, and not spread around the store.

This is a really nice Kroger! Its one of the larger krogers in the area. Its clean and seems like a quite pleasant place to do some grocery shopping.

It was great just like always but one thing that I recommend is the rice dream ice cream vanilla but other than that everything is great.

This Kroger is always well-stocked and well-organized. Its easy to find what you need and theres never a long wait to check out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

As usual I attempted to visit this location and found all the electric carts to either be dead or broken. Had to leave without buying anything which is a shame because this is a nice store. You just cant be handicapped to shop there.

It is so bad y’all if I tell you the truth because bruh because if you bring 20 2-liter Pepsi then you tell the manager for help then they would tell you to bring this much which some people can’t afford to get and then when you just get that much then you better see that these managers in Kroger are gonna have all the bad attitude on you I mean it is you choice if you want to go but they are gonna do that to you to I guarantee you that Wal-Mart is the better place to go if you want to get stuff like that because if you go to Walmart every time then you won’t have any trouble like this I guarantee you if I were you I would not go to people that just run in that store with that attitude.

Starbucks in the supermarket, such a nice touch. Otherwise an open well stocked store. The kids section is loads of fun. Bathrooms are hideously dirty.

Good Kroger, but may need 1 or 2 more employees after 8pm. Only 1 checkout lane open, and bag employee also was taking care of scan & go & I saw only 2 other employees in the entire store.

I really love this new Kroger. They have a gas station too! The staff here are so helpful just today I had a question about a picture of a vegetable my friend sent, and I couldnt figure out what it was because it was a leafy green.. and the guy actually knew exactly what it was and took me to where it was on the Shelf! Then after that I saw cart full of pots and thought they were on sale the lady said they werent at the price that was on the cart but that she would check and see if maybe she could discount it because they had too many. They did have too many and I got a great discount! Make sure you definitely swing by and visit them.

I stopped here on my way from Florida and ate at the deli. It was terrible, the food was old, hard, and cold. The girl serving was not friendly and overall my experience was poor. The store itself looked fine, like any Kroger and it had a Starbucks.

Love this kroger but has issues with a pharmacy employee. She apparently had a bad day and developed an attitude. She threw my husbands medication on the counter as she walked by.... Not good customer service at all..

The Richmond Hill location is the nicest Kroger in the world! All of the people that work there are great - theyre friendly, and helpful, and concerned that they do a good job, and they do an excellent job.

They usually scanned the price incorrectly. This was my third time since the last month or so. Watch out and know the products and the prices. It was not the cashiers fault at all.

This kroger is low on employees, and thus is low on customer service. With a cart full of groceries, we dont want to use the self checkout - therefore we use one of TWO checkout lines. The past several times (in the past 6 months) we havent had a bagger - we purchase a large amount of groceries for a large family, and I personally cannot lift much or bend over much due to health issues. We asked where the baggers were, and our checkout person claimed they were all out getting the buggies. However, one was idly standing at an empty checkout line, and then as soon as we left to head outside, somehow magically a bagger appeared to help the next person. The assumption would have to be that they simply didnt want to do the amount of work our groceries would require. We would be more than happy to tip the worker who would help us. Having to bag all of our own groceries and load them in to our car will be deterring us in the future. Publix has much better service.

Deli was rude one female there was nice the young girl was rude the older lady with a pink wrap on her head was rude. Very disappointed wont come back to this Kroger again I can spend my money else where!!

Earlier tonight it was late and the stockers were restocking the shelves. They assisted me with items I couldnt reach or lift and put in my cart with a smile.I purchased milk, case of water, Kleenex and a large bag of Herseys min-bar chocolates, manufactured by all of my favorite brands .

The best Kroger hands down in the area. My husband and I drive from Hinesville every week to do our shopping. Huge organic section and huge variety of fruits and veggies that are usually hard to find.

Grocery store area is well stocked and organized, however, the bathrooms are another story. Dirty, smelly, not stocked, wet floor and hot. I have a 6 year old so we are in the bathroom each time we come and the condition of the restrooms remains the same. Terrible.
