You absolutely want to and must go to Reem for your gown. Her shop is beautiful. My mom and maid of honor drove an hour and a half (one way) from Philadelphia about 4 times. Reem made it worth the while each time. I am still swooning over my wedding gown that Reem picked out for me and customized with off the shoulder sleeves. Just gorgeous. Let me just start off by saying Reem is a m a z i n g!!! Jan 2020 I made several appointments with various bridal shops to look for my wedding dress. Reem was my first appointment and she delivered every thing i could possibly want and was looking for in a dress. As a plus size bride i felt so comfortable. She pulled 3 dresses for me and we found the style and cut that looked best on me. It was completely not what I had envisioned in my head but I was open to options. After trying on the dresses and discussing what I wanted more of in a dress regarding the details she said she had something in the back she just got in and didnt put out yet. The second i saw her walking towards me with the dress, i knew it was the one! she checked off everything I wanted and then some! It was the best style that fit my body with every detail imaginable. the lace and beading was out of this world beautiful. i didnt even need to try it on to know i was going to buy it! The next morning I called and cancelled all my other appointments with other shops.The dress came in earlier than they told me which was great but due to Covid, we decided to postpone our wedding.Now that we had more time, I made another appointment with her in Oct 2020 so I could look for bridesmaids dresses as well as my mothers dress. I brought my two girls and with the help of Reem, they tried on multiple dresses and found the most elegant dress for the girls that would look good on any body type as well as my moms dress.I couldnt have been happier with my experience at memories bridal. I am 3 months away from getting married and will be soon having my first fitting. Cant wait to wear my dress!!

I just finished my first fitting with Reem and my dress came out better than I could have ever imagined! I told her my vision on how I wanted my dress altered and she went above and beyond. She has a wide variety of GORGEOUS dresses in her Salon, but if she doesnt have your dream dress available she will show you several options that she could order. I could not recommend her enough. Also it is a beautifully decorated and clean bridal salon.

I been to plenty of amazing gown stores but this one was definitely not it!!!I made an appointment, arrived there with my sister & mother on time and they had us waiting outside in the freezing cold for 20 mins ( because we were not allowed in until the other client finishes) but then why give us that appointment time? Anyways after they finally let us in we got no type of help what’s so ever !! We ended up leaving 5 mins after from how rude the lady was. I was literally not going to spend a $1 there. Don’t waste you’re time.

It was literally the third dress I tried on. Why? Because Reem takes the time to ask you and talk to you about what your personality and vision is like and helps you to the best of her ability while incorporating her knowledge and experiences. She bases her work off your happiness and your dreams.The dress was almost everything I wanted.. and Reem made me customize everything on it to make it 130% what I dreamed of, and truthfully if any other bridal place heard all my expectations and changes.. they would’ve kicked me out lol and it was a risk I was happy to take.. but that was because Reem was willing to listen and had the desire to go above and beyond to fulfill my wildest dreams.I had a wedding of 800 guests.. yup 800. And everybody was going insane over my dress and it’s all because of Reem and now they’re all most likely going to Reem!With that, my mother in law, my mother, and my sister all got their dress here.. and they all looked absolutely stunning and I can’t thank Reem enough. I bought my wedding gown here 1 week ago. Yes, its true, there are no tags on the dress. They would not let me take pictures or tell me the designer even after I paid for it but that did not make me love my dress or the experience any less.I live in California and made an appointment at this place several months ago so I could go wedding dress shopping with my mom and friend. When I arrived at the shop, everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. I was given a paper to fill out and Ana asked me questions about what I wanted and asked me to show her pictures of dresses I liked. We also discussed the venue and my budget.From then, Ana got to work and picked 8 dresses that fit the style, feel and budget I had described. She included 2 extra that did not fit the style but she thought would look great on me. No one tried to push a more expensive dress on me or make me feel uncomfortable.I tried all the dresses but my mom, friend and I all fell in love with the first one I tried on. While trying on the dresses, we discussed possible improvements for each, what I liked and did not like. The type of fabric and embellishments. She made it clear that mostly everything about each of the dresses was customizable so if I did not love one detail but loved the rest, we could change it.At the end, I bought the first dress I tried on. The dress I fell in love with. One week later, I still do not know the designer and I dont care about that because I love the dress. It was under budget and I felt beautiful in it. Also, alterations are free of charge.

Reem is the best. Hands down. My family has purchased over 14 dresses from Reem. She and her staff dressed myself and my sister on our wedding day. Along.with both of our bridal parties and my mom, twice. She is like family. She will tell you honestly if she thinks a dress is not for you or just what will look great on you! She knows her stuff! She has a rotated stock, so things are always moving and being updated! I dont think I would go anywhere else for my formal wear!!!

Where do I even begin?! This entire experience that I have had the pleasure of encountering at Memories Bridal Shop has been such an unforgettable, moving and positively emotional remembrance! My wedding is October 15, 2016 (12 days) and I have to say that I am actually sad that my days of visiting this shop (fittings, final pick up) are slowly coming to an end. There has not been a time where I have gone into Memories where I didn’t feel completely special, unique or exceptional. Each and every time Reem has personally greeted my mother and me with a hug and a kiss! It didn’t even feel like I was going into a Bridal store. Instead, it actually felt as though I was visiting a long time friend or family member! Reem truly cares about making her brides feel unique, special and well taken care of! She actually customized my dress so that it is unlike any other gown out there. All I did was show her a picture and she left me absolutely speechless with the final outcome! Her patience and genuine nature are unlike anything I have seen on my journey towards finding the perfect dress. Other places have rushed me or even have pressured me into believing that “This gown was the one.” Reem truly allowed me to express myself without any pressure whatsoever! I did not feel rushed nor urged to make a decision. She is truly one of a kind and was such a delight to work with. More importantly, alterations and my cathedral veil were included in my final price and Reem even sewed in a piece of my father’s shirt in the shape of a heart, which is something I could never thank her enough for!!! The amount of happy tears that have been shed in this place, from my mother, my cousin (maid of honor) and myself are countless and I am BEYOND fulfilled with gratification and appreciation for all of Reem’s hard work in making my journey towards becoming a bride one of the most treasured emotional experiences I have to look back on!!!

Latest and most beautiful dresses with the most reasonable prices! Reem is also a doll! She will work within your budget and go above and beyond to make sure you look nothing short of amazing on your big day. When I was getting married, I was dropping off pounds every week due to the stress of wedding planning and every week I went for a fitting I would need the dress to get tailored in and Reem laughed it off and didnt charge me once for any of the extra tailoring and never complained either. I know places that charge $500 for each time you need to tailor a wedding dress. Reem, thanks for always being great and for really caring about your clients. We all love and appreciate you! Not very accommodating with appointments for a bridesmaid fitting. Never heard of needing an appointment for a bridesmaid fitting. Also, they ordered a dress that was literally 10 sizes too big. Not kidding...10! It had to be taken in soooo much. Thank God the alterations were free, but still, the dress loses something if its not the right size..

After 12 salons and 75 dresses, I ended up here and followed my dream dress that I saw on Reem’s instagram. From the first try I knew that was the one. If you are looking for quality and royalty look this is the place for you. I know Reem carries more simple dresses as well, but she is definitely one of the few to have designer dresses that no other salons have. I am forever happy and grateful that I was able to find my dream dress, although I spend more than I wanted, I would rather have memories in the dress I always dreamed of than stay in my budget and buy I dress I don’t love. I highly recommend this salon!

I cannot say enough about Memories Bridal by Reem! Reem, Frances and Anna are wonderful! Reem knows what a bride should wear before she even knows herself. The service that Reem and her staff gave me was excellent. She is very warm, patient and supportive. The prices are good and better than New York.Earlier in the day, I had tried on a number of dresses but no luck. Then, I went to Reems and there was a trunk show. Each dress that I tried on was better than the next as Reem knew that a fit and flare would look best on busty and curvy woman. The very last dress was my yes to the dress! It was strapless and Reem made me short lace straps to match my dress and give me extra support. Also, she sewed in a corset as well as a piece of lace from my mothers dress into my dress. Lastly, Reem made my veil, which complemented my dress perfectly. My NOW husband just loved my dress!I cannot thank Reem and her staff enough for everything they did for me. I especially cannot thank them enough in helping with my sister picking up my dress. Two days before my wedding and on my way to New Jersey, I took a very bad fall and hurt knee rather badly, so I could not go myself to Reem’s. I sent my sister and my mom and Reem and her staff were so helpful. THANK YOU Reem for everything.

Brides please beware. This store will not tell you the designer or the style number of your bridal gown until you order it. I tried on several dresses and they would not tell me the designer I was trying on. Not only would they not tell me the designer, they have gone so far as to remove the designers’ tags on the dresses and replace them with their own tags, their own identification numbers, and their own prices.What really rubbed me the wrong way is that the woman who helped me in the dressing room told me it was no problem for her to tell me designers I was trying on. She told me it was “no secret,” she just had to look it up and she would call me the next day with the information. As I was leaving the shop the owner told me something completely different - that they couldn’t tell me the designers because these were their “private” designers. I called the next day for clarification and the owner told me they have this policy to protect their business. They carry some dresses by the designers listed on their website and some are by private designers that only make dresses for them. I asked her how a bride could possibly buy a dress when she has no idea who the designer is and she told me Does the designer really matter? If you like the dress and it’s in your budget why do you need to know the designer?” Really? A bridal salon owner is telling me the designer of my dress shouldn’t matter to me? Im supposed to pay over $2000 for a dress without a designer? Second of all, if you have a private designer that is only making dresses for your shop then you should be happy to tell me that one of the dresses I like is by that private designer because that would mean I won’t be able to find it anywhere else.I’m left feeling that this store is up to something shady. Completely removing the designers tags from a dress just isn’t right. I have been to many other bridal salons for myself and for my sisters and I have never seen the designer of a dress be kept a secret. I’ve done research online and this is not a common or accepted practice. By hiding the designer/style number from me I’m left to think one of two things: they must be ripping me off on the price or they’re selling me a knock off/no name brand. This is an absolutely terrible way to do business and to protect your business. If you’re knowledgable, friendly, and good at what you do then there is no need to play these games.

Working with Reem and her entire staff was one of the best experience I had while planning my wedding. My 2 best friends and I all got/are getting our wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses through Memories Bridal. The prices are very competitive, the bridal selection is extensive and high quality, and I always felt cared for, which is a credit to Reems personality and how she encourages her staff. Going to Memories Bridal is a personal experience, you are not in a wedding dress factory, and that meant the world to me. Reem rush ordered my dress so that my grandma could see it before passing - that wasnt customer service, that was Reems caring, loving heart. There is no sales pitch; it is a establishment built on talent and relationships. The dress alterations were spot on and I felt comfortable and beyond happy in my dress for the best day of my life. I recommend Reem to everyone and I just think so highly of Reem and her staff and am so appreciative to them for their guidance and support.

AWFUL!!!! The worst customer experience ever. The dress was shipped to us in wrong size and they are refusing to help. They wont even return our phone calls and when we call them we get some serious attitude. If we werent so far away I would be outside this store picketing until they closet their doors. BEWARE!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else before you regret it like us.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I was in two weddings 6 weeks apart spent over $600.00 two dresses and not one of my bridesmaid dresses were altered properly. The first wedding I was in the dress was falling off the day of my best friends wedding they had to safety pin the dress to my bra to keep it from falling down. I had gone for two different alterations at this point. For the second wedding I was in I was in school and had no time to try on my dress prior to school being done. I had been in contact with Reem and she told me all she needed was 3 days to alter the dress. I go try on the dress and the dress is HUDGE, so she pins me up and says ok your done. I had my dress picked up for me because I was studying for finals and the drive for me to Reems shop is over an hour away. 5 days before the wedding I get the dress to me and GUESS what this dress isnt altered property either. It was a short dress and the waist fit fine but she never altered my bust area. I was in a panic and that to bring it to a local seamstress by my house to fix her mess. STAY AWAY! I cant believe Reem lets brides and bridesmaids walk out of her shop after giving her so much business knowing that the dress was not altered. No wonder why she says the alterations are free she doesnt do them.

Extremely not pleased with their customer service! I should have asked to speak to the owner prior to FINALLY booking my appointment like my fiancé advised me to. I was looking forward to shopping at this store since it has good ratings. There are so many reasons as to why I needed to write a poor review.1. I tried booking an appointment for bridal gowns for an entire month. I called, left messages and sent an email. I didn’t hear back from them.2. After an entire month, I decided to call and book an appointment for bridesmaids dresses since they apparently carry a specific designer I was interested in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t book the time that I originally wanted so I had to go with a time that was a little inconvenient for everyone.3. Once we get to the store, I explained to the lady, Cynthia, the kind of dresses we were looking for (long sequin dresses) and the preferred designer and collection. They didn’t carry ANY of the 10 styles from the desired collection! I had to ask Cynthia twice if she had any other designers that matched our criteria.4. After my girls put on the dresses, Cynthia just stood there and I HAD TO ASK her to clip the dresses for the girls so they can see how the dresses look because they were swimming in them. She clipped a few but while some of the girls were still trying different dresses on, she stood around holding a dress in her hands while I helped pull some dresses back.After the girls tried on the dresses, Cynthia asked me if I found a wedding dress and asked for the designer and where I’ve been looking. She then told me that I should make an appointment to look at wedding gowns because they carry a lot of designers at competitive prices. I honestly was unstasifed with their service that I refuse to give them business. Although they may carry a lot of designers and latest collections/styles, I rather give my money to someone that actually picks up the phone or answers my emails and takes care of me and my girls.

Reem is so warm and welcoming, youll feel right at home in her privately owned Ridgefield storefront! When I visited her last January with my family in tow, she took one look at me and said, Wait here. Ill be right back! and came back with three dresses. Honestly, all three of them looked lovely on me, but the second was absolutely perfect. Shes like a bridal genie... you dont have to tell her what you are looking for; she just knows! When I put on the second dress and it was love at first sight, she replied, I knew it! I didnt understand at first, but then she went on to explain that she took one look at me and knew the dress would look be right because Im so tall and only a tall girl could pull off that shape. She had been waiting for the right person to come in and purchase that dress for a while. Little did I know, after purchasing the dress and returning home that evening, I realized that the dress was one that I had pinned on Pinterest nearly 6 months earlier, before I was even engaged. It was like we were on the same page the entire time and she knew exactly what I needed before I had an opportunity to ask. Additionally, Reems team that handled my alterations (which are included in your price unless you have additional work done on the dress) were amazing. I had some very sharp beading that could not be moved or it would alter the design of the dress, so rather than disrupt the integrity of the garment, they added soft chiffon around the arms and back to line the beading and create a protective barrier against my skin. I didnt even know they could do that on an illusion neckline! You never noticed a thing! I also had an Australia flag sewn in under my dress as my something borrowed and, in order to protect the sentimental value of my item, Reem chose to add a layer to my dress and hand-stitch it rather than cut and machine sew it to the tulle. This was an additional cost, as well as the bustling because I had a respectable sized train, but at $250 for both, it was well worth it. When I lifted my dress during the Maid of Honor speech, jaws dropped to see that I had a dark blue and red flag under a white dress and you couldnt see a single drop of color through it. I believe that this speaks highly of her work and not the dress because the material the flag was sewn onto was the ideal weight and positioning (facing my legs) for optimal optical illusion. I could not have been happier! Do not be jarred that she does not have a website like many other retailers who only provide links to suppliers; Reem has an entire arsenal of dresses, veils, jewelry, and headpieces, and if you want something you cant find, just ask and she will order it. This is a family-friendly environment where you receive individualized attention (1 appointment at a time what I saw the 4 times I was there, all at different times of the day) and you are free to bring your ladies to look on. If you want a shop where you call and speak directly to the owner, AND when they are there every time you visit to dress you and fit you themselves, then stay out of the big-name shops and look no further! Reem will be your last bridal salon!

I wish I felt the same way the other person did. My daughter was not happy at all and she had the same sales person. I felt like once I told her our budget she changed. We were there like 30 mins and we left. My daughter was so upset and our entourage was also.
