Extremely disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and materials on my 20 wide and 14 high $9000 rolling gate. When I called around to find someone to make this gate may companies told me Call Acme. So I did. Only one other company offered a bid. It was $1000 less but I went with Acme. Two years later I have a $2450 bill to repair that gate. See the photos of the failed bearing that resulted in the gates movement causing wear through the center axle shaft and caused the core to start shearing off. The gate could have collapsed. As you might imagine I am not happy with that bill. I will not use them and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Great service, warehouse door broke on Friday, acme came in on that day to do the estimate and offered to make it operational until Monday, we declined. Can in on Monday and fixed everything, better than before. Could not ask for more! Great service and fast.

A driver from this company nearly crashed into me changing lanes without using his turn signal and proceeded to offer me rude hand gestures when I hit my horn to identify that I was in the lane. I will never use this company and I hope the driver is disciplined for his unprofessional and rude behavior.

Called for emergency service, door would not close and was a complete emergency --asked can you come out today, he replied you better call someone else cause it aint happening-click! what a A-#$%@
