I recently had a problem with my back up generator. I called Casey Energy, who has sold and installed the generator last year. They promptly answered my call (no voice mail hell) and was out in less than an hour on a service call, fixed the problem, now that is superior service. I am contemplating changing my oil provider and becoming a 100% Casey Energy client.

Hal and Flavio provided our home with prompt service and diagnosed our furnace issues quickly as it is over 25 years old. The repairs required two visits to fix all the problems but they kept us well informed as to what needed to be replaced and why. I would gladly recommend them for furnace service of any kind.

I moved to Ridgefield last year and am so happy with the service that is provided by Casey. I started with a contract for propane and oil delivery and was so impressed with the responsiveness of the team and techs that I am now using Casey for servicing my heating and cooling systems and I also contracted with them to put in a generator. I had a problem with my boiler last winter and they sent a tech within an hour of my call. My problem was fixed quickly and the fee was very reasonable. I also feel that the service plans have been invaluable and Hal, who serviced my boiler and cooling systems is the best- very patient at explaining everything and I really like the peace of mind knowing that my equipment is getting the care it needs so that they can last for hopefully many more years. All the other techs have also been wonderful and professional and get the job done.

They sent over agreements right away via DocuSign and once I signed...crickets. Ive had to call to ask people to come over to look at our equipment. This was done in late August and still, no one has looked at the generator. I was told in early September that a propane tank will be moved and then someone called 3 weeks later asking me how big the tanks is. When I called last week, they said they werent aware I signed the contracts- and they still havent told me what the procedures are for oil/propane delivery. Just sent an email laying all this our and lets see how they respond...Im a bit nervous for the winter.

DO NOT USE! This company left me high and dry without service after I signed a contract. They canceled it out of nowhere! Incredibly unprofessional. I would STAY AWAY if I were you...

Backed in upon arrival. Thats the SAFE thing to do. That is part of a good safety culture we had at CL&P Co., and its good to see Casey Energy espousing the same culture.Hal cleaned the boiler, replaced the filter(s), etc. He placed disposable pads under the filter area to catch any drips, so he left the floor clean and did his work in a neat and workmanlike manner. Dependable oil deliveries.Very good and professional crews that come out for service and repairs. Small town feel - they know you on the phone, know your address and are aware of your issues. A very solid oil supplier and service provider.

We had a horrible rattling of our furnace and AC unit to the point where the walls shook. The guys at Casey went above and beyond to figure out the problem and fix it. They kept checking upstairs to make sure they got it right and did an amazing job. Could have ripped us off or done it half way but didnt. Great people.

Our AC broke after hours on a hot evening and with an infant we needed our AC working to ensure a good nights rest. We called the emergency repair line, and the technician (Mark) called us back within a few minutes to let us know he was on the way. Mark was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond to get our unit working again! He didnt have the part we needed on his truck, but he called a nearby technician who did, went to pick up the part, and installed it, so we were back up and running in no time. I have been a customer for 20 years and Casey fuel has always done right by me. I have always been very very satisfied with both the work and the people I have dealt with. The last time I needed them was in the middle of a nor easter, a tree fell and snapped the propane line to the generator, spewing propane everywhere and leaving me without power. Jon and James came in 40 mile an hour winds, snow coming down heavy and blowing every where; and every road closed. It was really one of the worst storms! They got to me, stopped the leak, reconnected, and got me up and running again. They were so covered in ice when done they were done, they looked like snowman. I will NEVER forget them for what they did!!! I would recommend Casey for any job, any time!
