I bought this product during the holidays at Union square. I unwrapped it when I get home. I was disappointed with the roughness of the design on the outside. It was definitely made by amateurs. Its not the real Turkish lamp. I called the company left a message and I guess that is that. But Im going to wait for them to come back to Union square next year. I have my receipt and I will return the lamp or at least change it . If you buy the lamp check it thoroughly to make sure it doesnt have sharp edges on the outside. Its really not worth all that money.

Cheap product which will crack/ break at the slightest pressure. I contacted them directly over the phone and then was directed to their support email. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive a response. If youre going to run a business, at least care about your customers.
