I had an irrigation system installed This summer and I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience with this local Ridgefield company. From day one when Matt came to go over the property he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions very patiently and always made sure that I was satisfied with every step of the way. The installers are also very professional and very hard-working and very respectful especially during Covid. Everyone wore a mask and kept their distance and Matt supervised the installation. In addition to that John and Terry who work in the office and monitor Hydrawise system (New irrigation app and control) are amazing when you call them to ask a question and they stay on top of things and follow through with any questions you have. John and Terry also came personally To explain how the system works to my husband and were very friendly, professional, and patient. Very knowledgeable and professional staff and would highly recommend. My neighbor also used them and said the same thing which is why I started with them in the first place! Great work !

This Is the best irrigation company I have ever used in the area. They are very professional and responsive. I left my old company because I could never get ahold of them to start my system or do service. I called American to startup my sprinklers this season and they came out the next day and fixed everything that was broken on the same visit. I would highly recommend American Irrigation Systems to service your sprinklers.
