The Facility was always accessible as originally informed. There were always carts available for us to manage our storage. Staff was friendly and the facility was always clean. What more can we say than we were very satisfied and that if needed again one day I will use this place again.

HIGHLY recommended. Ive used this location twice and both times have been throughly impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff (thank you, Melanie!) and cleanliness of the facility itself. The latch on my unit turned out to be jammed on the day of my move, and the staff were able to change the latch right away so as not to lose any time with the movers. I will certainly turn to CubeSmart again if and when the need arises.

We have had a unit there about 3 years. Every 6 months we receive a letter that our rate has increased. We started at around $200/month and now we are up to $325/month. No explanations just constant increases. $4k a year to store some furniture and camping equipment?? Update: we just moved out. My belongings had animal droppings(??), mildew and water damage. Items are ruined! All of the carts had broken wheels and the grounds outside are littered with garbage and empty alcohol bottles. Clearly the continuous raising of prices is not going into an kind of upkeep. Found a brand new place elsewhere for half the price. Long story short- dirty and scary.

Friendly management, knowledgeable about their facilities.Great prices, ease access and strategically located. Good safe environment.No hassle when it comes to pricing.I have tried in the past other providers in my area and this is the best for the money expended.Managers make a difference in any business this location have good managers.

Water damage from outside.We were against an outside wall and over a few months we found anything near that wall was damaged/destroyed.Update July 23rd 2018As you can see when I posted the original post I got a Response from the owner and as suggested I sent in an email. Within two days the district manager called me. He was understanding and wanted to help. Left me his contact information in case I needed it. After a few days we finally got the insurance company to agree to pay the claim. So Im upping the 1 star review to three stars based on the help from the on-site people and the call I received, leaving it two starts shy since the issue did happen and the lack of climate check at the location.

Raised prices 6 months in. Didnt honor web pricing. Made it feel like I was a burden getting a unit. Will definitely be moving to the newer facility up the street. More space for the same price or better.

The staff at CubeSmart could not have been more helpful. Most important, I only used a space for a month and I still received it at a greatly reduced offer with no hassle or additional fees. A surprisingly pleasant experience.

I reserved a unit online at CubeSmart and the manager Erik Morales called me shortly after to answer any questions I had. Both on the phone and in the office he was very easy to work with and very helpful. He made a big difference in making our move into the unit as seamless as possible. The facilities are nice and clean. I instantly felt that my stuff would be safe in storage there. We were able to use the moving truck that they have and that made a huge difference in our moving experience. We are very happy we are using CubeSmart.

Cube Smart Storage Unit are taking over other storage companies in Brooklyn New York and New Jersey. When we arrived to unload the restaurant equipment our day labors was a no show.We ask the Cube Smart Storage manager if he knew where we can find and pay some day labors for a Hour of work and he knew. Just so happens to be some Mexican Helpers did a wonderful Job and Unloading the equipment

Good staff and a great storage facility. I do. It like the practice that seems to be with all storage units - they raise your rent after your initial term. Not a nice way to thank good customers! One of the garage doors was damaged and not fixed for the three months I was there - if your going to own a storage center fix the things that go wrong. I will say it was very convenient and I never faced traffic going there so that was a plus.

Terrible, The parking lot had broken bottles in the 2 Handicap parking spaces, The floors are on a slant, very difficult to push a cart on the crooked floor. The place was filthy, floors were DISGRACEFUL and the cart had a FREAKIN BROKEN WHEEL. We were there helping a friend, WHAT A DISGRACE!!! Thank God I never have to go back there again.

This is my second time of doing business with cubesmart.Once again the great customer service I received from Glenn the Manager there is greatly appreciated. The building is not the newest but the service makes up for it.

This facility is great. Ive rented from them twice, once when they were changing over from Safeguard, and they have been excellent both times. The last rental I only ended up using for a month, but they were helpful and convenient throughout. Definitely recommended.

My business often requires the use of storage space, when this need arises I come to Ridgefield Cubesmart location. Glen the manager is great! He is pleasant always is their to help and extremely helpful. I recently rented a unit from a new employee here her name is Adriana . Place is very neat. Spaces have good height. Onsite service is always very friendly.For the most part reasonably priced. There is nowhere nearby to dump trash, which can become a problem when you start downsizing. Small parking lot near the entrance can sometimes be like grand Central and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately they have absolutely horrible phone service - just an annoying long loop and no one can ever just help you out they have put you on hold and send you elsewhere.

Decent prices but old facility in need of updating, it is no frills storage and parking is limited

Ive used other Storage facilities has have has bad experiences.However, this last experience has been with using Cubesmart Storage services for a while now and still am. Best choice Ive made for this particular need with respect to this locations general manager Glen, most understanding professional and gentleman. In regards to there prices, it starts off with the typical promo First month for $1, and for a while the monthlt rate seems fair. However, the longer your with them the higher the monthly storage rent fees gets.

Ive been renting with them for a few years now. Clean facility, cool manager

The facility is good but the service was poor. Phoned before to ask about the doors - were they all rolladoors. Yes all rolladoors. Actually no - just the largest spaces are. Ask why my price for the reserved space was higher from the webprice I selected was told it was different floors. No, they would phone me. But fidn’t. And there were massive pilons in the middle of two spaces I was originally offered. Finally, mandatory insurance is also not advertised as part of the price - another $12 there.

Pros:Affordable and convenient.Cons:Dirty.More details later on.
