I recently purchased furniture for my office from PTI and I dealt with Brian. He was fantastic. He came to office to measure and sent me a design of the office. He was easy to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He even provided a financing company so I can take a loan to purchase the furniture. The people who came out to set up the furniture were great as well. No damage and they cleaned up after they left. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Shopping with PTI Office Furniture was really a great experience. Brian worked with us and was very knowledgeable about the products that they had in their showroom and they had a lot to choose from. I was really happy with the service these guys offered and the speed and accuracy of my order was amazing. They came in and set up the place so quickly. And had the brains to take out all the trash with them afterwards. I will definitely be using them again!

My wife and I searched all over for a good office furniture company and had trouble finding anyone with a decent inventory of stuff to choose from. When we came across PTI office furniture I called the store and spoke to Brian who was very polite on the phone and invited us in to take a look at their large inventory. When we got there it was a large warehouse type setting that was full of office furniture. Exactly what we were looking for. There was so many different options to choose from that we actually had trouble deciding what colors we wanted. We worked with Brian throughout the process and he guided us from the very beginning, he showed us around the floor and then sat down with us in front of their catalog and a blank piece of paper to show us the different options we could do. He hand sketched our office right there in front of us in 3D to show us what we were going to get exactly. Wonderful experience, and it didnt take long to get the furniture at all. My wife and I Linda would highly recommend.

We bought 3 office chairs from them about 2 years ago. Prices were reasonable and they were very helpful in assisting us in choosing the chair.They receive light to mild use from people all 225 pounds or less, so not terribly heavy. All three have now broken and have been discarded. The piston that lowers/raises one failed, that whole housing snapped on mine when I reclined the other day and i nearly took a nasty fall, and I forget what happened to the third one as it was months ago.

Broad collection of used office furniture. under one roof.. nice to have. but used item pricing is not really advantageous compared to new pricing. in some cases I confirmed the used desk chairs that I considered could be bought cheaper new elsewhere. so, good to do your research and go there knowing exactly what you want and what it can be purchased for.

I strongly recommned PTI Office Furniture if you are looking for quality and affordable furnishing options for your business. I first used PTI when I opend my law practice in 2001. I went back to them again around 2005 when my wife joined the firm. I went back to PTI today (1/4/20) to get new furniture for my expanding office and home office. Ramon and his son, Raymond, where very helpful and provided excellent service. When you visit you should definitely ask for Ramon!

They clog up Craigslist with their nonsense ads. Extremely annoying and unprofessional.

The selection and price are excellent. The delivery service is great and fee is very reasonable. I have worked with Raymond on a number of requirements and I cannot say enough as to the level or professionalism and patience he and his co-workers have. I would highly recommend a stop to the showroom/warehouse if you have any projects that require high quality reconditioned and new furniture.

Shop around for a long time, was sent here by a colleague. You not going to get a better deal than here believe me I shopped around. Merchandise it’s best of the best. Thank you Raymond and his staff for the help

PTI had an expansive selection of furniture for my new office space - which I needed to furnish all at once. I was able to get reception, office and conference room furniture at an excellent price. I couldnt even tell which pieces were used and which were new in the warehouse they did such a good job of cleaning up anything pre-owned! The men at the warehouse as well as the individuals who delivered and assembled all of the furniture were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I would highly recommend PTI to anyone needing great furniture at an equally great price.

In mid 2014 I bought a chair from this place, on top of a few other things. The receipt on this chair has a check mark in both the NEW and USED box. The chair was not represented to me as USED, and has a 5 year warranty. I paid roughly $300 for it, but could have got it on Amazon for less than $200 new, if I wanted to wait a bit. The chair also has a manufacturers warranty. The chair broke, the manufacturer demanded to see the receipt, which I sent in. The chair was made in 2008, and for whatever reason, was NEW OLD STOCK. The slimeball salesman at PTI, when confronted by the manufacturer stated that it was a used chair, so I asked him about it. He said there is a New Jersey law that prevents him from selling any chair as NEW unless it is in a box. If that is true, which I doubt, then any furniture you buy on a showroom floor is USED. As a result of this, my chair, which I overpaid for in the first place has no warranty. They offered to let me come and buy the parts from them and help me out by selling me the parts, installation, etc, add up the strut, base, and installation, and I can buy a new chair made by a different company on Amazon. Screw PTI. Not going there again. As an aside, the other reason that the manufacturer rejected the receipt is that I bought the chair from a store and not from them. Who buys direct from the manufacturer? PTI is a sham company pulling a joke like this with a vague receipt and what appears to be a lie, about state law regarding new chairs. Liars make me sick, as do lying slime ball salesmen. Avoid.

These guys were friendly and helpful. I bought a desk off the floor and they wrapped it up and helped me load it on my trailer. I traveled an hour to get there and I would go back. It was worth it the trip.

Pictures here are totally accurate. Fantastic service. TONS of inventory - great selection + many items with lots of examples (in case you want multiple offices furnished). I suffered two compression fractures in my spine and finally needed a REAL desk chair to replace the bargain one from retail chain. Walked in. tried out 20 chairs. Purchased a VERY lightly used Steelcase Think for $200 (currently $488.55 on line). Took me 30 minutes and the staff at PTI loaded the chair in the car for me.

Went to PTI looking for an office chair. I had been looking at a few high end ones (herman miller, steelcase, humanscale) and wanted to try them before buying. They had a decent selection of the high end stuff. The Steelcase Leap felt the most comfortable to me, but the one I wanted did not have the fully adjustable arm rests. I asked if they could swap the armrests with another Leap and they gladly did just that. Overall a great experience and the price was great.

Very expensive for used furniture. Truthfully, I was not impressed.

Pushy salesman, overpriced stuff. Disorganized, not worth the time to pick through.
