Ill give them a 2 1/2 rating. Nice store but I just feel that for the location its to pricey. You can go to any other big store and will find a better price.

Very nice staff, professional & knowledgeable. I got what I needed quickly. The person put a mask on once he saw me approaching. I would not expect him to wear mask all the time when there are no clients inside. Lets be realistic - comments like ”I was passing by and he was not wearing a mask” are exaggerated.

I went to buy something from this shop during the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, and both people inside were not wearing masks. It is a small shop, big viral potential. Ive checked each time Ive walked past since, and have not seen the employees wearing masks. I wanted to support a local business, but since Wizard on Fresh Pond doesnt seem interested in protecting their customers, it wont be this one.

I would never recommend this store to anyone. They very unprofessional and nasty to costumers. Once you leave the store after purchasing something, you stock with it. You cant return it if its broken and they won’t help you with anything. This place is the worst electronics store i ever been to. Don’t even waste your tome and money, you better go to different place.

I AM SO HAPPY THIS STORE EXISTS IN GREENPOINT! The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable on everything in their inventory. They only carry quality products and from my experience they really care about the neighborhood and the community they serve. Such a better experience than bestbuy or another big box store. I get the feeling their employees really care and want to educate you but they are absolutely not pushy at all! They also will match amazon prices. Its so nice to have a quality electronics store in Greenpoint.

Amazing inventory. Very personal approach to each customer. Employees are knowlwdgable and match prices if you show them same.product somewhere else for less.

Bought a pair of bose 901 speakers. Had real problems getting them to work correctly. I emailed the vendor and got a tough luck attitude because while working on trying to make them work I went past their return time. Even offered to buy more product than the cost of the speakers and I got a rude answer. Be careful with this company.

This place is very expensive they have nice things in the window but I dont know if is expensive just think twice before you want to buy it

Terrible service, unfriendly and curt. If it was cheaper than competitors it might be worth the sacrifice, but with prices as high as they are and no service to speak of, Id go anywhere else.

Website says its open until 7:30pm on Wednesday, I was there 7:12pm and it was closed, even though someone was inside.
