I cannot say enough amazing things about this boutique. I had went for my first appointment ever not expecting to find anything. I went with my whole family (dad and brother included) and was greeted by the most amazing people. For me it’s the little things. They wrote my name on the board and even something as small as that made me feel special. I was paired with Aggie and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I showed her an idea of what I was looking at and that I was open to other cuts and fits. They have so many different styles and fabrics with and without embellishments. The first dress she ended up pulling for me was my dream dress and now happily my dress! The selection here is better than expected. It was also actually just under my budget and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff here genuinely cares about their guests and treats them like family. Aggie held my hand from beginning to end and I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Sometimes you hear about pushy attendants that don’t care about your wants and needs and make the whole experience awful and I can genuinely say that’s not the case here. Whoever is reading this do yourself a favor and book an appointment and ask for Aggie. Also I would post a picture of my dress but I don’t want my fiancé to somehow find this review and see it! Haha!

Highly recommended!From the moment we walked in, the location radiated tranquility, serenity and pride. The sound of calm music and the smell of eucalyptus aroma permeated throughout the room. Our bridal consultant Aggie was extremely attentive and positive. She asked and answered every question, while providing space for reflection. As a result, my sister said “YES” to the dress (not pictured ☺️)!

I bought my gown for my wedding at this place and absolutely loved how it turned out! The lace and detailing were gorgeous, and Julia, the seamstress did such a fantastic job taking it in and shortening it. You could not tell it had been altered. Amber, the sales person was amazing as well and so friendly and accomodating. Overall, this is a great place to get your wedding gown- I highly recommend. I spoke with Angel himself on the phone a few times too and he was very friendly and informative. I was so impressed with this store and the service that I am also getting my dress dry cleaned and preserved there as well.

This was a dream come true!!! I walked in to a personalized sign that greeted me by name. The girls working the store were so kind and professional and made the experience just so effortless. This was not my first wedding dress boutique, but I am so happy it was my last. They had the best selection of gorgeous dresses at great prices. I had the best experience at Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier! Unlike other places, I never felt pressured to pick a dress or rushed through my appointment. The dresses I tried on at Angel’s were all gorgeous and not like anything other bridal salons had. I fell in love with a dress but wasn’t 100% sold on the straps. Angel talked me through what he can do to change them so I can have exactly what I envisioned. At that point I knew that was it, I found my dream dress! The seamstress was just amazing and didn’t rest until the dress fit me perfectly. My wedding guests were stunned at how beautiful the dress was. Angel himself and every member of the staff were all truly wonderful!

I worked with Amber to get my stunning dress and it was truly a memorable and stress-free experience. I came in nervous and unsure that I would find something I absolutely loved. It was the first place I looked and I’m very picky, so I fully expected to seek out other shops as well. But there was absolutely no need, as the experience was actually made to be fun and warm, all guided by Amber, and led me to the most beautiful dress I’ve ever owned in my life! There was no pressuring at all. Instead the environment was full of encouragement and honest feedback. I felt beautiful and royal at my wedding in that dress and Amber helped to pick out the perfect veil to match. Angel Rivera is an AMAZING bridal salon. They made me look absolutely stunning for my wedding day. Not once was I stressed during this process as everyone at the salon was extremely accommodating, helpful and kind throughout the process. Julia is an amazing seamstress and she made sure that she made every alteration necessary for me to look stunning. She did not rush the process whatsoever. She even took the time to custom make me a piece for the back of my dress that made my corset look even better then it already had. Christina and Amber are also amazing as they always made sure to accommodate my schedule when coming in for alterations and they came over to check on me at every singly appointment. This salon is truly every brides dream and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Come here! You won’t regret it! I said yes to the dress my very first visit because they are just that good.

My experience at Angel Rivera Bridal Ateiler is incomparable to any other bridal salon. The level of professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I went into my first appointment thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Angel put me in a handful of gowns that I never would have picked up but he asked me what do you like and what do you not like? By the end of the appointment he had listened to every little comment I made and pulled out a dress that everything I could have ever dreamed of and more. I tried 7 other bridal stores and felt like I was seeing very similar dresses, that is until I walked into Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier. The bridal gowns that Angel has designed and/or carries in store are absolutely unique and exquisite in their own way. When I said yes to the dress, not only was I given a mini celebration of a champagne toast with my family that was present, but Angel was in store that day and explained how I could add cap sleeves to a normally strapless dress which was the only aspect that I was unsure about. The fact that I could add a cap sleeve and feel more comfortable on my big day, made me love the dress and Angel and his team even more. The entire team is extremely attentive and gives you top notch customer service. Julia is a true professional dress maker when it comes to alterations and will make sure you have appts until absolutely everything is done to perfection. Not only did I find my dress there, but I also found my veil which complemented my dress perfectly.I recommended a friend try Angel Rivera for her dress and low and behold, she found her dress there as well!Thank you Angel and team for making me look so beautiful on my wedding day, that my husband cried as I walked down the aisle! Angel Rivera was exactly the bridal shop and experience that I was looking for finding my wedding dress. I was recommended by a friend to try them after going to a few other places, where after each of those, I had gone away frustrated, sad and worried I would not find a dress that fit my style and personality. The moment I stepped foot inside, Angels place was like unlike anywhere else - it was amazing. From his professionalism, kindness and listening, to the music and even air freshener they used, it was such a fun, calming, exciting experience. No fuss, no stress. Not only did Angel listen to what I was looking for (trust me, this is key!), but he showed me various, beautiful options to try on. Angel Rivera Bridal is a beautiful bridal shop with many gorgeous gowns. Amber, in particular, was absolutely wonderful to work with. In describing what I was looking for in a wedding gown Amber took attention to detail and immediately understood the vibe I was going for. Patient, Amber understood that I was also shopping around at other bridal shops to satisfy my curiosity. When it came down to the wire and I was deciding on a dress from Angel Rivera and a dress from another bridal shop, Amber was very supportive in whatever decision I was to choose. Her patience, her customer service, and way she approaches the client’s experience is why I find it important to write this review. Amber was not pushy and always made me feel comfortable. Angel was the one and only place I stopped at when I started my wedding dress journey. In fact, I “said yes to the dress” at my very first appointment. Angel and Dwight made the overwhelming experience of finding the perfect dress easy and fun! We laughed, popped champagne 🍾 and truly had a great time. The best part of the experience was that they really went out of their way to make me feel special. I was the only bride in the boutique for my appointment which is a big deal. I remember going dress shopping with friends in the past at other boutiques and remember feeling like it was chaotic with brides and staff all over the place. My husband and I eloped to Capri Italy and of course I was concerned about traveling with my gown...Angel even packed my gown and veil for me in my suitcase to ensure it was safe! What an amazing and wonderful experience I had at Angel Rivera’s Bridal Atelier. I had shopped at several bridal stores, but none could compare to the pleasant and memorable experience I had working with Angel. Getting my wedding dress at Angel Rivera was an amazing experience. I looked at dresses at a few different places and nothing compares to Angel Rivera. They truly make you feel like friends and family.Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Angel allowed me to try on every dress that caught my (and my mothers/maid of honors) eye. The appointment feels very personal and not rushed at all. And making an appointment was super easy; you can do it right on their website. They were able to work with my budget and help me find the dress of my dreams. Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier is a spectacular bridal shop from the goregous gowns, friendly & professional staff, to the beautiful ambiance of the store. My mom and I stumbled upon Angels store actually in the process of tracking down another gown by a different designer that Angel carried in the store. Angel was so generous and ordered the gown for me to try on. I ended up not liking the dress I came in for but fell in LOVE with one of Angels gorgeous creations!! It encompassed all the elements that I had been searching for in a gown - lace, buttons, sleek simplicity, light-weight and comfortable material (silk), pure elegance. All of Angels gowns are SO beautiful. He offers many different options - patterns, styles, shapes, necklines, etc. - without being overwhelming. I love that Angel and his team allow you to comfortably browse and pull your own gowns, while offering plenty of assistance and guidance along the way. Not once throughout the dress searching process was Angel and his team pushy or overbearing. Many other bridal shops will give you inaccurate information about your timeline to order, only allow you try on gowns that they pull, and are just trying to make a sale. This is NOT the case at all with Angel Rivera! I am quite indecisive and visited multiple stores in the area -- Angels shop by far was the BEST experience start to finish. While at my bridal gown fitting appointments, they provided me with their full attention, plenty of time and made me feel SO comfortable & like a princess. The seamstress, Julia, is absolutely wonderful. Her work is impeccable and just a joy to work with. Angels entire team is amazing -- thank you to ALL for helping to make our wedding day the most special celebration and BEST day of our lives shared with family & friends!

I went to several bridal stores in Bergen and Morris county and by far the service provided by the Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier was the best. What attention to detail !!! The gowns were beyond beautiful !!! Though it was hard to choose, I chose my dream gown with no pressure. The atelier was absolutely beautiful and emasculate . The service the staff provided was above any experience I have ever had. My family and I were treated like royalty from the minute we walked into the boutique. Angels wedding dress was the image of sophistication. It was difficult to choose because his designs are ALL amazing. Dwight could not habe been more supportive and helpful. I was so pleased my daughter got her prom dress from Angel. Service, style and sophistication personifies Angel Rivera.

Let me start by saying I’m not a wedding person. I couldn’t describe my style or my wedding theme, I was clueless. I had been to several shops and was feeling really disappointed in the whole process. I had found a few dresses I liked but nothing I was very excited about. I sat down with Angel, he asked questions and I gave vague and probably pretty unhelpful responses. He and his assistant pulled a few dresses for me. The first one I put on I almost burst into tears - it was perfect! It was exactly what I’d been trying to express I wanted. I couldn’t have made a more ME dress. Even the other dresses I tried on were amazing and different from what I found in every other boutique. He and his whole team were super friendly and helpful through the rest of the process and always went above and beyond to make sure every detail was what I wanted. They even went so far as to meet me after hours near my home to get fabric from my grandmother’s dress that I had wanted sewn into the lining of the dress. I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend to any bride looking for a gorgeous gown and some one-on-one attention from knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and pleasant staff!

This was the first, and only, place I ended up shopping for my wedding dress. Dwight made me feel comfortable right away and I ended up buying the one of the initial dresses that he pulled for me. They did my alterations, and let me say that Maria is the best! My alterations were done quickly (2 weeks) and my dress looked and fit perfectly! First let me start off by saying how beautiful and intimate the Angel Rivera boutique is. When I first walked in I was warmly greeted by Angel and Dwight. They were excellent listeners as they let me describe what I envisioned is a perfect wedding gown.Angel then asked me to pick out dresses while he also picked out dresses based off of my description of a perfect wedding gown. Every dress I tried on, I LOVED! I must say Angel is a saint, he was so patient with me!! I must of tried on a minimum of 15 gowns and some even twice!! It was so hard to narrow down to the one! Each dress is beautiful handcrafted and designed, which the pictures online do not do justice for! Overall, I had two dresses that I loved slightly more than the others and decided to make another appointment to make the final decision.My second appointment was just as wonderful as my first and I was able to say yes to the dress! Angel and Dwight cheered me and my family with delicious champagne. Also, Angel surprised me with a beautiful gift (which I will not say and spoil it for future brides).Ladies you cannot go wrong with Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier! I mean really, how often do you hear of a bride saying that they actually met with the designer of their wedding dress?!? Angel, thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!! Im so happy I am an Angel Rivera bride!!

From the moment I walked into the shop, I had a fantastic experience at Angel Rivera! It was the second and final place I went to find my wedding dress. The quality and variety of the dresses was amazing and the service was unbeatable. Dwight and Elsie made me feel fabulous throughout the entire dress trying on process. They were incredibly patient and enthusiastic throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed or pushed into a making a decision and the dress I ended up choosing was something completely different from what I had imagined. When I made my pick, they popped the bubbly and celebrated with me and my mom! Id highly recommend Angel Rivera for the personalized attention, great atmosphere, and beautiful dresses.

I walked in feeling helpless, lost and confused. As soon as I walked after what felt like ages in traffic, in I fell in love with their atelier. It was an amazing experience! They were kind, understanding and pulled SO many beautiful gowns. I finally said YES to my dream gown. The minute i tried it on I started to cry when i visioned my wedding day. I always thought that was so cliche but when you know you really do know. I cant wait to do my reveal and this wedding finally feels real. It was a dream come true and Im eternally grateful. I had nothing but a wonderful experience at Angel Rivera!! I went shortly after being engaged and immediately fell in love with my dress, which was picked or by Angel after describing my vision. It was the first dress I tried and even though it was two years before the wedding I knew it was the one! Angel was so helpful along the way and he really listened to what I wanted, down to the last detail. You cannot beat the one-on-one attention that Angel Rivera gives. It’s two years since finding the dress and I’m just about to get married and I love my dress even more now than I did in the beginning. I highly recommend Angel Rivera!

Angel Rivera Atelier was the first (and only) place I went to look for my wedding dress! I ended up buying the sixth dress that I tried on! Angel and Dwight are incredibly talented and helpful! I thought dress shopping would be stressfull, but Angel and Dwight made my first wedding dress experience enjoyable from start to finish! I am absolutely in love with my dress and Im counting down the days until I can wear it again!

Angel, Dwight, and Julia were the best. From the minute I walked in the door to shop for a dress until the moment I picked it up, they were kind, caring, and did their best to make me feel wonderful. I had went to Davids Bridal prior to try on one specific dress and had a horrible experience. I basically left in tears. Going to Angel I was apprehensive because playing dress up and being the center of attention is not in my comfort zone. I explained what I didnt like and went to the restroom and when I came out he had pulled 6 dresses or so. I tried the 1st one on and had tears of happiness. Just the way he put the dress on me was worlds apart from Davids Bridal and I felt like an individual not a number. I highly recommend Angel to any bride.

Angel was absolutely amazing! The store is gorgeous and the designs are wide range. From traditional to modern- there is something for everyone! I went in thinking of a certain style, but with the consultants help I fell in love with something different, but even more perfect than I could have imagined.I went to two places before and was feeling hopeless- I went to this store and found three dresses I fell in love with. Thank you to Angel and his amazing team- I was getting lost in the stress, but you truly helped me feel excited to be a bride again. I cant wait to put in my dress when it comes in!!! I went to a few different bridal stores before finding Angel Rivera. I had some very pleasant and a couple not so great experiences along the way. Angel Rivera blew everything out of the water. Angel was great and made me feel very welcomed and excited to find the perfect dress. He got me to go out of my comfort zone a bit and try on some dresses I would not have thought I would like but they were beautiful. It did not take long to find the perfect dress there even though after going to many places I was feeling a bit discouraged that I would be able to find the dress. I will be recommending Angel Rivera to every future bride I know. Amazing experience.

The first time I went, it was only to get the bridesmaids dresses. Turned out trying on a wedding dress for me!! And I fell in love! I love that they have one person that is set for me and my girls! Dwight iS AMAZING!!! Once I called him for my dress, it was like a party waiting to happen!!! Mine and my girls experience was awesome! And I would recommend Angel Rivera Atelier to ANYONE who is searching for THAT DRESS!

The only disappointing comment I have is not knowing about this place before googling bridal gown stores ! Angel was so patient and welcoming from beginning to the end of our visit. His collection of wedding gowns is amazing and not to mention, he has his own collection of bridal gowns that are gorgeous!!!! What I truly loved was the personable one on one experience. I had gone to another Bridal store where they paraded brides in front of one large wall mirror and every bride’s entourage was seated on one large couch so you would share the mirror with other brides and hear comments from other people looking at you try on dresses. I went to Angel’s store on a Wednesday afternoon and we had the entire store and Angel’s undivided attention the entire time. His store is beautiful, reminded me of a mini Kleinfelds! Angel and Dwight make such a great team and you can genuinely tell they want to make you feel beautiful and happy for your special day. I highly recommend Angel Rivera Atelier for any bride, you won’t regret it ! & yes, I said “Yes” to the dress - made by Angel Rivera himself ;)

I bought not one but three gowns for my wedding from Angel Rivera! From day one attention to detail and level of customer service was excellent! My mom dragged me into the store because she had seen Angels beautiful gowns in person, and I went thinking we would just go and try on a few pieces since this was only the second store I had visited to try on a dress. It was a snow day in NJ, and Angel himself gave me his undivided attention fitting me into several gowns until I found my wedding gown. I ordered it on the spot. Subsequently I went back to the store for a sample sale and bought a second gown for my pictures as well as an evening gown for my engagement session. I also bought all of my accessories there! The quality and beauty of his dresses are unmatched and I would definitely go back to Angel if I had to do it all over again!

I ordered my dress after only visiting two other shops (even cancelled another same day appt) after visiting Angel’s shop. Even the people in my party didn’t want to look elsewhere after coming here! I worked with Danielle (she’s wonderful!!) who spent over two hours with me helping me find the perfect dress. I especially liked that you can browse dresses and pick out your own choices, but she’ll bring dresses she thinks are best (go with her advice). So happy we came here! The individualzed appointment, attentitiveness of all the employees, and the beautiful quality of all their dresses make it a truly special bridal boutique. Highly recommend.

I was never the girl that dreamed of her wedding. In fact, the thought of getting a wedding dress gave me more anxiety than joy. After all, Im not a size 2; Im a size 16. I didnt think that I would find anything in my size that I would actually like and not look matronly. That was until, I went to Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier.At Angels customer service and satisfaction are held in the highest regard. I was welcomed instantly by his amazing and warm staff; and instantly felt that I went to the right place. I received one-on-one attention and found the dress that would complete my vision for my big day! The best part was, I even got to work with Angel himself! You cant say that about many designers or shop owners. Even though I committed the greatest wedding faux pas; gained weight; Angel and his fantastic team of seamstresses worked their magic and got me into my dress!I can not thank Angel Rivera and his team enough for making this experience a wonderful one. I would recommend any person feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about what they envision in a dress to check out Angel Rivera Bridal Atelier. His dresses are made of the finest and best fabrics, silks, and crystals. My experience at Angel Rivera Atelier was beyond amazing. I loved the one-on-one service and attention that my family and I received. The place was beautiful, and to top it off I got to meet the designer himself!. I fell in love with a gown called DJ. I knew it was my gown the minute I put it on. When I came out of the dressing room my mom started crying and told me how beautiful I looked. I recommend Angel Rivera Atelier to everyone.

I truly cant say enough great things about Angel and the experience I had at his store. In a nutshell, my previous dress did not work out and I was left without a dress 12 days before leaving for my destination wedding. Boy did Angel come through. Not only was I treated like an actual bride (my previous experiences elsewhere were not positive), but he was gracious and patient with me when making such a last minute decision. He let me purchase the dress of my dreams right off the rack (there was no time left to order a new one), and was able to fit me in for 3 fittings in one week! The dress couldnt have been more beautiful and my experience there will never be forgotten - he literally saved my wedding. What an Angel he truly is! ;)

I used to pass by Angel Rivera atelier all the time while working so when I first went to try on dresses I thought Id stop by. From the moment I walked in I had a one on one experience and a lot of attention from Dwight and was pleasantly surprised when I was told the designer himself (Angel) was in store which seems like something not a lot of brides get to experience when dress shopping from other designers. They listened so well to what I thought I wanted and gave me some great suggestions. I couldnt even believe it when I had my bridal moment on the second dress I tried ! And once I decided I loved the dress Angel himself was quick to accessorize my dress with the perfect pieces, so perfect I decided to get them all. Even though I did go to other stores after this one I ultimately came back for the perfect dress and because of the A+ treatment and service I received. I am extatic with my dress and accessories and I cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day. I would definitely reccomend that any bride whod rather have a personalized experience come to Angel Rivera Atelier!

Angels collection is different and unlike anyone elses. I am from New York (which has many bridal stores), however, insisted to go to New Jersey to work with Angel Rivera!!! His collection is gorgeous, unique, and unrivaled!!! I would recommend Angel Riveras collection to everyone. The quality of his dresses is amazing.
