Staff was incredible rude from the moment she opened the door (knock for entrance). Dont understand why they need: name, address, phone and email for an in store purchase. I said I preferred not to provide personal info she said I had to for purchase. I was picking up a gift so I provided fake info. I have truly had a better experience at DMV. I will NOT patronize Omaha Steaks for a 2nd time for sure! REALLY BAD 1st impression!

Dont Trust these people, very unprofessional. Ordered my Parents their gift here because website promised to deliver by Christmas with 7 day lead time. Cust service had tough luck attitude. Will never do any business with this company.
