It is always a delight to come here! They have a lovely patio to sit and enjoy the day. I also found out their hot fudge is not gluten free but their new york super fudge chunk is!!!

I love Ben & Jerrys ice cream! If I was rating the ice cream alone Id rate it 4 stars! Unfortunately, I ordered the chocolate chip cookie sundae today with tonight dough and chocolate peanut buttery swirl flavors. The ice cream was so good especially the tonight dough flavor! Im taking off a star because my chocolate chip cookie was AWFUL! It tasted stale! It was super hard, an had only one chocolate chip in it! I had to toss it in the trash! I waited on a long line to throw something in the garbage! If I would of known the chocolate chip cookie here was stale and tasted so BAD I would of just of ordered the ice cream! I would come back for the ice cream, but NEVER again for the cookie sundae!

Have been coming here for years and the ice cream is amazing as it is all all locations. Scoop size has varied a bit over time but the last few times I went they seem to be back to normal.

The location does a great job with COVID social distancing alto keep everyone safe while we enjoy delicious Ice cream!Try the Mint Chocolate Chip + Cookies and Cream Malt Shake - best shake ever!!! It brokered peace with my wife after we got into an argument LOL.

Local resident and frequent customer, this place is delicious and USUALLY very friendly! However beware of visiting this place 15 minutes before closing as I was quickly escorted and asked to leave the shop 5 minutes after closing as I was just about to finish my shake. An employee that goes by the name of “Angus” said to me, a PAYING customer, “no rush but we closed 5 minutes ago and would like to go home”. He was incredibly RUDE and I wish I could take my tip back. I would understand if it had been 20 minutes after closing but I was about 1 minute from finishing my dessert. 7 other paying customers were in the scoop shop at the time. We all left at once in shock to be treated this way at 10:05PM in Ridgewood. I felt as if I had done something wrong, but I was only enjoying my ice cream in silence. One poor man’s wife was still in the restroom as we were being yelled at to leave. Not to mention the employee “Angus” was also inappropriate when communicating with his co-workers in the busy shop, yelling at them while sweeping the floor. A discussion for another time. Please take your mouth somewhere else. I hope this young man learns his lesson. Unfortunately this is one of the only Ben & Jerry’s in the area so I will contemplate about where I will take my business next.

This was an awesome experience. the place seemed like it could use a little updating. it seems like a super busy location. but for the area I was expecting it to be a bit cleaner and more put together. I still rate it a five because the staff is what made this place have a friendly atmosphere. the ice cream was great. it would just be nice to see a new bathroom and a few updates in the future

We got an Ben and Jerry’s cake for a birthday and the cake was falling apart when we got it and there was not a lot of ice cream when we opened it and the cookie crumble was so concrete like we could not bite into it also we could not cut the cake it was so hard from the cookie crumble and a new person did the decorations because it was not a good job the price of this cake it was not a good decorating job and the cake was not made right.

I go here with my family all the time. There is amazing ice cream that comes in a variety of flavors. The people that were working at Ben & Jerrys at the time were extremely nice to my family and did whatever they could to make our time there more enjoyable.

Meh, ok if its the closest place to you. The salesperson on my last visit seemed less than enthused to see me. They have fun art on the sides of the building. Couldnt be cleaner. More than enough seating inside and out. Great service. They also indulged me with three sample flavors. ssssh.

A nice location to stop at when walking around Ridgewood. They always have good flavors and the staff is always friendly. There is an area outside that is nice for sitting and hanging out, but you could also sit inside.

In the middle of summer ice cream is a good relief from the heat, however when we got our ice cream it was somewhat melted. But its Ben and Jerrys so the ice cream still tasted amazing.

Good icecream but its too sweet so if you want a low or moderate sweetness, then this is not the right place.

Went to Ben & Jerrys in Ridgewood with family. My kids ordered small cones and small cups before me. They gave them a fair serving. I ordered a small cone which was ridiculously small. Biggest waste of $5. First and last time.Will go to Vandykes from now on. Family operated and great value.

B&J is always a hit. Great accessible location with parking, friendly staff and great flavors to choose from - even has plenty of vegan choices.

My boyfriend and I try to come here every sunday. Ice cream is always good, people are friendly. Parking can be difficult but its to be expected in Ridgewood, but its so nice, we never mind the walk.

Worst Ben & Jerrys Ive ever been to. Products were melted and soupy in freezer, so dripped all over the place. Didnt have flavors in stock that they were supposed to according to website. Staff was rude and condescending. Definitely not worth almost $12 for two cones.

Service was slow, but effective for the ratio of people to employees. Ice cream was of good quality and the employees were friendly.

Went for free cone promo. They had a band playing, a line around the block with no chance of getting served before they close. Actually didnt want the free cone so it was a huge disappointment. Went to Ritas instead.

Pricey, but not as much as the nearby Haagen Dazs. The environment is open and fun, with a small area where people usually play music. Strangely a good substitute for a dinner with friends.

Good...friendly positive staff who try their best to serve an ongoing influx of customers. Bummed that they dont have cherries though.
