Walked in last weekend wanting to know more about on cloud shoes, however I was treated like I wasn’t even there . The woman behind the desk was not interested in talking or helping . Wouldn’t waste time going there again.

We are so fortunate to have Racefaster downtown...not only are they are huge boon to the whole local running community with their races and gear and coaching programs, but they are a pleasure to do business with. I bought the wrong size item there the other day and exchanged it the next day in about 15 seconds flat, no hassle. I love these guys!! They are the best.

Yesterday when I placed an online order I forgot to type in the flash sale code. I reached out to the Ridgewood store and they were super helpful and refunded me the discount amount. Several hours later my order was delivered to my door much to my surprise! Amazing customer service !!! All around a fantastic experience, hats off to Racefaster!

Great service. Talked to me to find out running style and distance. Brought several shoes and sizes to my house to try on. Tried them all on and wanted a larger size (due to my mistake and not there’s). They waited outside my house, put all the shoes back on the porch, they took them all and came back with different size and style based on my comments. Found a pair I am totally looking forward to using. Great service. I am a customer for life now!

First time visiting this location in Short Hills NJ. Was greated by Lindsay. She was super helpful and really polite. Two traits that are long lost when it comes to customer service. Their clothing is very high quality. An avid runner for over 15 years I find it really difficult to find quality clothing that fights my build. Long story short I highly recommended Race Faster. For their high quality, stylish, and friendly customer service. I’m yet to find an unpleasant worker here.
