Very professional and pleasant staff. I had to have my previous glasses replaced asap, and Karen was so attentive and pleasant, she walked me through the process over the phone and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them.

This is my regular eyecare place and they just keep getting better. I need to have my eyes dilated as part of my annual exam and usually the whole process from end to end take between 60 and 90 minutes. This time, they had me in and out in about 35 minutes, and still maintained the level of courtesy and professionalism that Ive come to expect from them. Its impressive how much theyve leveraged technology to improve the service.

I have some complicated eye health needs, so going to a new doctor is always a little anxious. Dr. Rosato was great. All of the preliminary testing was done on state of the equipment and the technician was super nice. Dr. Rosato was good to communicate each measurement and observation so I felt connected along the way. She was also great about providing guidance on potential issue given her assessment. Her methodical approach was reassuring. And shes nice and very easy going. Highly recommend her and Ill be seeing her in six months.

My husband and I saw Dr Pam R, we are besides ourselves as to how knowledgeable and nice she is. The same goes for the staff, very nice, professional and organized. Years before I had been to this practice, the medical care was very good but i felt rushed and uncomfortable when getting my bifocals. After seeing so many positive reviews I chose this place to get my glasses. After going there personally I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING EXCEPTIONAL. It was just REGULAR, ORDINARY eyecare center. They were professional and gave me space to choose the frame. The staff who attended me was polite but personally I felt they could have been little more friendly. When I asked her to explain the pros and cons for a particular frame she came out with a one line answer It is a personal choice. i felt the staff did her job but there is nothing like super friendly or plesant or anything helpful that makes me happy and choose maple again. Atleast I did not see anything like that. This was a great practice. Everyone was so friendly, on time and the dr was comprehensive.

My family has been going there for a few years. I like their spacious, comfortable atmosphere. They are also professional and provide all the tests that related to the eyes. They follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines, I feel safe when my son taking the eye exam and trying on eyeglasses. They cleaned all eyeglasses that he tried and wiped down all surface. If I have to pick one negative, their eyeglasses selection is not as many as other eye stores.

Good experience with everyone here, from intake to departure. Was brought in to see Dr. Rajkowski promptly after being tested by 2 machines. She explained coherently what I was experiencing. My family has been coming here for years. The doctors and the supporting staff are professional and caring.

I have been going to High Mountain and Maple Eyecare for many years and have always had great experiences with all of the doctors. Today, I saw Dr. Rosato for the first time and she was amazing and gave a thorough exam! Every person I encountered whether it was front desk, optical, or pretest were so kind and helpful. During the times of COVID-19, I felt very safe with the questionnaire texted to me the morning of my appointment, and the signs all over the office that said that rooms were clean and patients could be brought in. Went for the first time to the the new location. Love it! Office is very modern with first rate technology for the diagnostic testing. Met with doctor Dave. He was great. Really patient. We discussed my issues and he convinced me to try the new progressive lenses. Also got a pair of readers just in case. They worked with me to get the two frames at a reasonable cost. Took a bit of getting used to but I’m loving the new progressive lenses!! Finding that I’m using them more than my readers. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor. Dr. Dave and his staff are the best!

I went in for my yearly checkup. My family has been going to see Dr. Dave for over 12 years. The new office is beautiful, modern, and clean. The equipment is state of the art, and the staff is smart, friendly and attentive. Im in the Progressive Lenses thanks to Dr. Dave, and he is always up on the latest and greatest Contact Lense Design and Science. I had difficulty with Astigmatism, so finding the right lenses requires patience. Dr. Dave takes the time to find the right fit, solutions, and is extremely patient. The selection of frames is just out of this world, and hip. They have these new Wooden Frames...never seen anything like them! Gotta save up for a pair! I was not pleased with Maple Eye Care. He insisted on changing my prescription for my glasses. Said I would be able to read better. I should have listened to my inner voice. I went out and bought two new pair and I cannot read at all with my new glasses. My old prescription was fine. I waisted over 600$ on new glasses that I cannot even read with. He also did not do glaucoma testing on me. He said I had to come back for the tests and pay another fee. I have never had this happen before. Will not be going back.

I went in for a visit to get my first pair of eye glasses. There was a very short wait and I was soon asked to begin my examination. Everyone was friendly, and answered all my questions. I have insurance for glasses, however they still openly discussed the cost of procedures, and recommended over the counter eye drops if I did not want to use their prescription for medicated drops. For a first experience they were wonderful. As far as doctors offices go, they are fantastic.

Maple Eycare takes care of my entire familys eyecare needs. Their doctors are all fantastic, the staff is well educated and they have a huge selection of eyeglasses.

I took my father-in-law for an eye exam this past Saturday. We were very impressed with the operation including the new office. We were seen in a timely manner. The staff was highly professional and put my father-in-law at ease for his exam. The equipment is top-notch. Dr. Corrente gave a thorough exam and explained all of the testing and results well. Each part of the process (check in, pretest, exam, glasses) ran smoothly. We will continue our care here and I will be bringing my mother here next month for her exam.

My family has been with Maple Eyecare for years. We started when we lived in the area but still make the trek (we live about 40 minutes away now). Drs. Dave and Pam are very knowledgeable. When I first met Dr. Dave he identified an eye injury I had unknowingly received when I was young. My previous doctor had missed it! The office is clean, modern and relaxing. The staff are always accommodating, and the services are great. We would never go anywhere else.

I recently visited the Maple Eyecare location for the first time. I am an existing patient at their High Mountain Eyecare location. I was very impressed with the care I received and the tremendous selection of glasses. I was also able to find many selections for my three children. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would recommend either location. I also appreciated how I can use either location as it fits my ever changing schedule.

The appointment went very well, the optometrist and the staff were friendly and thorough. The wait time was minimum. When it comes time to selecting eye glasses or contacts, the staff wasnt pushy at all, which was refreshing. I picked up the glasses within the week, all went well.Now the reason for the 2 star. I opted for index 1.74 lenses, and paid the premium for them. When I picked them up, the lenses seemed quite thick to me, but it wasnt until I came home and compared with the pair of glasses I got a year ago thats almost the same prescription -- and a lower index 1.67 lenses -- did I realize that Maple Eyecare must have made a mistake with the order.I am pretty sure this was an honest mistake, but if I didnt have an old pair to compare with, I would have paid a lot more for the pair of cheap thick lenses. I will contact the store next week and hopefully resolve this issue quickly. Ill update the review based on the outcome.

Very well run practice. They also have the latest technology and appear to be committed to staying current in their field. Very smooth examination process. We buy our glasses there as well. Our whole family has been going for years and as the practice has turned over to a new generation of doctors, the quality as remained strong.

I loved the ophthalmologist and girl that did my eye exam and the internist! I had a problem with the optometrist. She made a big mistake with my prescription. I asked for transitional lenses but never got them. She in informed me we had a misunderstanding but I told her I wanted them. Now I have to go back again to have them done. I would never recommend the optometrist there and would never get my prescription done there again. I’m the customer yet she made it seem like it was my fault! Very disappointed with the service. So now on top of 455$ I have to pay another 130$. For a senior on social security this is awful! They should have compensated me some way! I would recommend the ophthalmologist and her team 100 percent but take your script somewhere else!

Really great office. Wait time is used very well. They verify your information, do all of your pre-screening exams (very convenient rotating table with all the exams from 1 seat), and theres a television with NJ News 12 usually playing, so you have a moment to see local news. I always see Dr. Lori, and I like her a lot. I also like the interns they have. Everyone is very nice, I dont feel rushed during my appointment, my eye health ties into my general health and they keep my doctor informed. They took the time to call my insurance provider to ensure I was charged accordingly when I purchased frames. They have several late nights. There are reserved parking spots near the entrance. Id recommend to anyone who lives in the immediate area.

I am a longtime patient of the practice who recently needed to see a specialist for a laser eye procedure. I had a strange, hyper reaction to the medication, was experiencing double-vision and couldnt reach the surgeon who did the procedure. I had a serious panic attack thinking my vision was permanently compromised...Dr. Dave to the rescue!!! He took my call, understood how upset I was and stayed in touch with me over the next 24 hours, checking in on my every few hours until my side effect was done. I CANNOT tell you how his care and concern helped me! I love the office, great staff and lovely selection of frames for my whole family - including my teenagers (and we all know how hard they are to please). I can buy frames anywhere, but to have one on one personal care from a doctor both in the office for regular eye exams, previous scratched cornea and now for this latest complication shows how amazing Dr. Dave is! I would recommend this practice hands down to everyone! Thanks again Dr. Dave!!!

The office is corporate style shiny glass and chrome and w friendly staff.The business structure is also corporate top down which means no one person takes direct responsibility for business procedures.The smooth operating system of this place became surprisingly uncomprehending and defensive in response to my reporting to a manager on how a staff member handled two phone calls to me.In a simpler business operation of owner present and in direct charge of staff, the chance would be much less that my honest effort to alert management was not understood.I tell this story bc the feeling carried over into wondering about accountability in the professional area of service.Without basic faith and trust in how I’m being treated I’m left w uncertainty.Shiny spotlessly clean and new office does not make up for this insecure feeling re my health.
