Ive rented instruments from them a couple of times and always kind helpful workers. Very conveniently placed right in the center of town. I reccomend!

Could not go in due to Covid protocols. They were very helpful and quick to retrieve my instrument and bring me a receipt.

Had a billing issue, returned the instruments and got a receipt for zero balance. Yet its customer service sent me a bill every month, secretly charged my credit card on file. I went through credit card company dispute resolution and got the charge reversed. A year passed, to this day I still get a bill every month!!!

Good service. Clean store. Staff was knowledgeable about the musical instruments. Like any contract, they went over it in detail with me. Line by line. I also read it before signing. They even gave me a coupon since we waited in line. Worth renting from.

The store has a good selection of fine instruments. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer nice promotions and discounts.

DO NOT use M&A. If there is a billing issue (which I see from other reviews happens frequently), you will never get out of the vortex and spend countless hours visiting the store and on the phone without any resolution. I ended up returning the instrument just to be done.

Horrible horrible horrible rented from them for 2 years their billing people are morons. Had so many problems during the year returned the instrument in June. Got a receipt returned and paid in full. They have been torturing me ever since. First saying I hadnt returned it. Faxed the receipt and every month since they r billing me as if I still have it. Spoken to supervisors, they tell me its a computer switch over. Apologize and then send me more bills and now just called to threaten collects. Run do not rent from them and its cheaper to buy which is what I did.

Looks nice. But when I needed to by something and came at 10:00 on Friday it was closed without any explanations:(

This place is the WORST. Horrible customer service and even worse billing. Just a nightmare. STAY away. Go to Wyckoff and rent from there. HORROR SHOW
