Best pharmacy in Rincon. Great staff, very knowledgeable pharmacists and techs. Always friendly even during this extremely stressful and overwhelming pandemic.
The service is terrible, they put you on hold for a long time. I called at 1:13 pm today and got message you are next on line. after 15 min on hold someone pick up the phone and hung up. I called the pharmacy again and got a message, the pharmacy is closed due to lunch break. I guess is time for lunch, just disconnect the call that is on hold, this is so unprofessional.
I’ve been a customer of Walgreens since I was 15 years old. First in Sam Diego and now the last 8 years almost in GA. This is the FIRST time I have ever been spoken to by a pharmacist in a very condescending manner. I was being schooled on what an emergency inhaler was when I’ve been an asthmatic all my life. With this recent mishap I no longer trust in Walgreens to fill my prescription needs. I will be taking my business elsewhere after I have filed a formal complaint with the store manager.
I had received a covid test for international travel (ID Now). I was relying on the rapid test results due to having to be tested within 72 hrs of flight. My test was 4/15/21 and as of 4/28/21 the lab still has yet to receive my sample. Thanks for losing my sample and me having to pay to be tested overseas. Terrible service!
I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 weeks. My doctors office said they didn’t get a prescription refill from Walgreens for me even though I called it in twice. Walgreens is saying they didn’t get anything from my doctor and when I finally get someone on the phone this young girl gets snippy and starts to tell me how busy she is. Smh this is what you get from big business. I think I’m changing pharmacies today. Someone local.
One of my items was out of stock which is fine but the price was never adjusted. So I paid the same price for one less item. Also, my pickup/checkout experience was awful with associate Nancy Collins. So rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude the entire time, was so rude, and repeatedly sighed and groaned through the entire process.
Rude and unprofessional, I transfered from walmart because my insurance will only pay at walgreens. I have a escript that is to be called in by the pharmacist bc of control substance. The lady I spoke to would not call was extremely rude, talked over me, and then acted like she didnt know what an escript was. When I called my doctor I had to explain how I was treated bc they sd the pharmacy had to get the escript. I hated walmart pharmacy but this was one issue I didnt have to deal with.

Hands down the worse pharmacy I have been to! Was in the drive thru sitting for almost 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged and the only reason I was acknowledged was bc I rang the bell they said wait just a minute and still never came back about 10 minutes later not one I’m sorry for your wait or anything then the girl told me they were busy in the store but I was sitting there watching the whole time and nobody was at the register I did however see them eating instead of helping! Very rude and the pharmacist was actually the manager and did not care at all her techs were rude or just having customers sitting there while her techs were doing nothing!
The staff has always been very courteous and professional with me. Ive never had any problems in the many years Ive had to use them. Ive had problems with other pharmacies in the past but never with this one. You Ive used them for over 15 years and Im a customer for life. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks Walgreens:-)
I have never experience anything like this. I call the ask question about a Fedex Package I searching for. The Fedex representative answered the call. Once, I explain what I was calling about she repeats what I just ask. Im sure I ask her a question. If she could check and see if a package has been drop at the Walgreens which is not to far from my home. Immediately-No voice changes...I ask for a Manager she said; she is the manager. Is there another manager I could speak with; sir, I am the Manager. She puts the call down, I call back she puts the call down again. I call from my cellular ask for the Store Manager. Which was obvious she had spoken with the suppose to be manager. I ask who am I speaking with she says; Crystal I give my full name and ask what her last name...she reply how can I help you? I explain I have provided my last name and I just like to know who I am speaking with because I have had a bad experience just a few minutes ago. She then tells me her Name is Crystal Little and she is the Store manager-how can I HELP you? long story very bad experience she put the call down. Keep in mind I have been holding for 20 mins trying to get someone on the phone from Fedex....Yes, I paid for a package to be delivered to my home a Very Important document. Now, everyone is experiencing some bad time with this virus pandemic issues. I think...what every Issue Crystal Little is have they should be ashamed of themselves. Im sure i am not the only one...they were just a bit comfortable with putting the call down....I dont know of a business that allow anyone to drop a call by hangup on a customer with out saying bye....or I have some contact you. That type of customer service is going to get someone dismiss from theyre job. Walgreens should also be ashamed of them selves for have employees conduct business on theyre behalf in that matter...Fedex....training both to build better business.Bad/Poor Management
Excellent!! I came in on Wednesday night ordered pictures at the kiosk around 8:00 and a younger lady alexis if I Remember correctly got them ready for me instantly. I didn’t have to wait very long I was in and out which I was very thankful for because I had a sick kid at home the young lady was very polite and made my night much easier because I had thought I would have been there for at least 30 minutes like I usually am. I will definitely be back!! One happy customer

The people that work there are ALWAYS SO COURTEOUS & HELPFUL ~ Going WAY BEYOND what other similar stores provide! This local Walgreens (Rincon, GA) is - in a word - SUPERB!

This place sucks went in there girl told me somebody will be with me in just a minute but 15 went by so I went and ask somebody she said we are having problems and keeps walking away to a register to check people out that came in the store way after I did needless to say that I went to CVS and got the passport picture made never will I go in there again
