Terrible service, will never shop here again. It took them 7 weeks just to press designs on 2 shirts after I was told it’d take 2 weeks max. I placed an order at the beginning of August and was told it’d take roughly two weeks. Four weeks later, I hadn’t heard a word from them. I tried to call but reached an answering machine saying they don’t monitor their phone and was given an email address to use to ask about orders. I attempted to send them an email but received a message from Yahoo saying that email address didn’t exist. I went to the store and was told they hadn’t even started my order after 4 weeks but that they’d get right on it and let me know when it was done. Another two weeks later and still nothing. I finally went back into the store after week seven and asked for my money back. I was told they would have them done by Friday (which would be 2 days later) and asked if I’d just wait instead. I said I’d just rather get my money back, but then all of a sudden she claimed my order was already done and had just been sent to the wrong branch and I could pick it up Friday. The girls that work at the store were all nice, but whoever is in charge is running a terrible business.

Great place to buy blanks for my business. The staff is very helpful. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they are only open in the store on Wednesdays. Also, when ordering online the pick up option doesnt work.

I love KB Blanks! This store is amazing! The staff here have all been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. Whenever I have a little extra money I go here and get something embroidered for my daughter. They do quality work!
