Worst. Business. Ever.Their customer service is beyond horrible. Their maintenance personnel quit because they work 80+ hours a week and can’t get any help.Tyler was THE only good thing about B & M, now they have zero help.I’ve been waiting more than 9 months for Lori to call me back about a damaged part that was under warranty. I’ve called many times, stopped by the store and STILL no answer! When I stop by again to ask that a note be left for Lori to remind her yet again I am told “oh no, we can’t leave Lori a note, she doesn’t like that.” Seriously?Too many issues with this place from selling me the wrong lights on a pool they built to their incompetent staff to down right rude service. Do yourself a favor and go to Pride Pools supply store where they have professional staff who are actually knowledgeable and you get great service. B & M is pathetic.

Great place. Always super friendly and professional. Explains everything in detail to help us keep the chemical on point. Offered us pool school which helped us to maintain our pool and equipment. Only place we will buy our supplies. We are going on our 4th year with them.

There is NEVER a time that Lori and the staff isn’t fair, friendly and courteous .. I appreciate all their help and their assistance with maintaining my pool and parts over the last 15 + years.I called B&M recently but ended up using another local pool company because I needed a pump replaced and I wanted it replaced NOW ... FIRST HARD FREEZE and my motor was screaming so with that said it was testimony as to what poor service was and why they could fix it right away ... it was not a pleasant business transaction and it was a LESSON LEARNED .. I WILL NEVER THINK ALL POOL COMPANIES NOR THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE THE SAME.B&M has clearly been in Business since 2001 for a reason! B&M DOESN’T GOUGE YOU and THEY WON’T quote you one price and after install charge another !... so buyers beware.. the service you get from the other BIG pool company may end up being a VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON and certainly WON’T service you with Pride !STICK WITH B&M POOLS .. THEY PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH!

I just moved to the area and first time pool owner. Im trying to learn everything i need to know and they treat me like i dont belong there. The owner/manager is very grumpy and always irritated that you have the nerve to ask a question. There is another older lady there that is just as grumpy. The boys there do a good job testing your water. But if youre looking for help find someplace else.

We went to the store to see about getting a pool installed, and Erin said they would contact us within a week. Nobody contacted us so we called them three more times within the past six weeks and no one has called us yet! This company seems to be very unreliable.

My go to pool supply store. Prices are competitive and they have a good selection.

Been going to this place for years but after a visit for a part on 6/9/2020 at 1:30 I will not step foot in that place again. Dont go in asking for pump parts, waste of time.

Free test water 😉 they have a really good pool supplies inventory 🤓 this was our first season and all the staff were and are very helpful... I speak Spanish as a first language and let me tell you that they are very courtesy and friendly... this summer they teached me more than I expected to learn about pool maintenance

B&M installed my in-ground pool and did a great job! I had many questions being that I was a new pool owner and they have always been so helpful in answering my questions from pump operations to applying chemicals when needed! The maintenance guy Tyler is awesome to work with also when it comes to any issues that may pop up! The staff in the store itself are always so helpful and very knowledgeable about what I may need to add to keep my pool clean and clear. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and most of the time I don’t need anything after they test my water according to them!Just a side note.... I am not a family member writing this review but just a satisfied customer giving credit to a good company! Thank you to Larry Wright (owner) and all of the store staff that truly believe in customer service!

Great help with pool

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Tried multiple times to get a pooler heater from them, but they wouldnt return my calls. Then tried to get a new liner from them, when my liner ripped, and again they didnt return my calls. Apparently there is only one person there that can give prices on that kind of stuff, and she doesnt return calls.

They helped me with my pool never had a pool and needed some help they got me all the information I needed and then some I will be getting my pool supplies from them

Called about getting a quote to get pool liner replaced, turn pool to salt and pool step replacement. I never heard a word back. So they lost out on thousands of dollars worth of work. I will say they did have pool parts when I needed them overpriced but had to have them.

Nice people great prices beautiful selections of above ground and in ground pools and hot spas! They will even let you try out a hot tub.

Very rude to me everytime i go in and spend my money last 3 times not a fluke.

Seems as though they do not want to come out and service your pool, they always try to have you put a band-aid on repairs rather than coming out and actually repair the issue. Also, they don’t return phone messages. And is anyone that works there over the age of 18? Seems like that place is ran by a bunch of high school students and this is year round

Bought a 21x41 pool liner. Lori said to get a doughboy Got it put it in pool and found out it is about 2 foot short. Called another pool company and was told that doughboy liner would not work on that pool and that any good pool company should know this. Called lori and she said sorry. Now we are out of almost a thousand dollars from b and m and had to buy another liner that worked perfect. Thanks for robbing me

Very bad customer service. No one from the company ever returns messages. Never received invoice and 4 months later received a charge on credit card for an issue that they claimed they fixed but the very next day had the same issue and would never came back to fix but took payment without authorization.
