The person waiting on me was a little rude and didnt really know what she was doing. I was a manger of one of these stores a long time ago and we trained our people on customer support, stocking shelves, fronting and facing the stock and how to answer the phones. This apparently is not taught anymore. I called and asked for a part and asked if she could go put her hands on it and make sure it was complete, she told me know and that the part was correct. Zero customer relations anymore. I blame management for all of this. Im hoping it will change back to the way its supposed to be.

My daughter and I went into AutoZone this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy, one of the workers there. He helped us with finding just the right windshield wiper for our cars. Jeremy was extremely helpful and even put the wiper on our car for us in the rain no less. Very friendly and helpful folks in this store. We will definitely be back.

The workers there were so helpful to me, I needed a battery and not sure what to get, they explained exactly what I needed, carried it out to my truck and brought the old one inIt was a good lesson for me, fro now on I will go to Auto Zone for all my auto, boat and camper needs for batteries !!!

Very friendly staff, I got assistance putting my battery into my truck. I also have to order brake pads and rotors they didnt have all of them in stock but pick them up from a different location and got them there the next day. Thanks AutoZone!

Idk who it was I was speaking to on the phone at around 5:19pm on June 11th but they had a terrible attitude towards me and kept cutting me off and didnt hear what I wanted to say these type of people answering the phone needs to stop and I cant trust keene because they have the absolute worst customer service you could ever see very disappointed honestly in the people they hire they need to fire people who dont belong

Oh boy do I have a story from here. One night I got out of shopping at Walmart, and I got to my car, loaded itand went to drive off. Only it clicked once and stroked out, spitting out my CDs and making the guages buzz. I was sure that I was doomed. So I asked someone near me to jump me, they did. Then I drove to the Autozone across the street and told the situation. They were very close to closing but they decided to stay atleast 15 minutes late just to replace my battery for me. I cant explain just how thankful I am for these people. Did I mention it was downpouring while they where changing my battery?TLDR Autozone has devoted professionals who very much care about the people they serve, and will try their best to keep you as the consumer safe.

Had to drop to two stars (from 5) thanks to my last few visits here. Lately it seems like every time I call to check availability of some parts I am told they have it in stock. When I go to pick it up they spend 20 mins looking for it then tell me their inventory is messed up. Im done wasting my time here. Go elsewhere or order from rockauto. This place is a joke.

Great place for car guys and just anyone needing help. The employees are always nice and helpful when I need it, their professionalism is why I always drive the extra 5 minutes rather than going to a place in town.

I have lived in Rindge for 21 years and the service here with past employees has always been great, but today I had some battery trouble with my motorcycle, though they didnt stock the very specialized battery needed, the store manager Robin quite literally gave me a push to try to start it again, though it didnt work like it had in the past he went way out of his way, lended me his personal tools to open up the battery and jumped it with his car while we talked about cars for a bit. Even tried to give the guy some cash for his trouble but he said Im just here to help man and wouldnt accept the cash. Great service and great employees with knowledge at this store if you ever need help!

Zero stars was not an option but it should be. I will never shop here again. I was in the Ringe, NH store ten minutes ago shopping for cleaning supplies while two grown men behind the counter were yelling and cussing at each other. I stopped shopping -I wasnt done but decided not to buy anything else - and approached the checkout. I told the cashier that hearing talk like that I didnt want to be in the store - didnt want to shop here. Confronted by a second employee I told him the same and that he should learn to shut up when customers were in the store. Oh well he said. There were no other cars out front when I left - little wonder. Ill do my car care shopping on line from today forward.

Chain autoparts stores are always hit or miss. This one is okay, they occasionally have somebody working that knows something about cars. Usually they dont but the nice thing in that case is they know how to stay out of my way...
