My local Target has great employees and they will go the extra mile for you. Ive not had a bad experience there, ever. The revamp of the layout is updated and fresh, reflecting a pride in being part of the community. However, I do miss the option of buying a slushy now and then (as of this review date).

Love this target!! always clean, employees and staff are very helpful, and very kind to us every single time we visit the store, and we go there often! Not only do we love this target because it’s so close to our home, we like it because it’s consistent with their cleaning and outstanding customer service, there are some products you can only find at Target stores, and just in general the overall shopping experience is better. Me and my family are loyal customers to this target because of this and hope it doesn’t change. This location is absolutely amazing!

I normally use self-check, so I can make sure sale and/or non-sale items ring up correctly. The last 2 visits I went to a cashier and both times overcharged, first time 15.00, second time over 5.98 overcharge, the new cashier set-up is awkward and doesnt allow for the customer to see item prices as they are scanned. Maybe the cashiers need more training or pay more attention to how they are scanning items? Either way, my Partner and I DO NOT get unemployment, we work hard for our earnings and now feel like self check is our only option, as to avoid the hassle of going back to Target to correct an easily avoidable issue. Customers; Look over your receipts!

Store cleanliness, neatness of merchandise, and nice employees. All make this store one of my favorites. Even the parking area is nice, which isnt the case with a lot of other places I go.

Easiest shopping experience ever. I found what I wanted, purchased, texted that I was on my way, and my purchase was delivered within 2 minutes of my arrival. Couldnt have been any simpler.

The employees were very helpful and polite. Employee Daniel was very helpful to helping my mother and I. We were looking for Dove hand soap refill liquid but you did not have any on shelves. There were other employees that were helpful and helped us on what we were looking for.

I wish I still lived in Rio Rancho because this Target is the best. It is well-stocked, clean, nice parking lot and great Staff.I have yet to have a bad experience.The layout of the store is nice because there is lots of room to move around and not like some of the stores in Albuquerque which are more crowded because there is just more stuff on the floor.I recommend. I will even go out of my way to visit this Target location.

We were greeted, we were asked multiple times if we needed help finding anything, and the employees just seemed genuinely happy to interact with us. Also, this Target always seems a lot less crowded than other locations.

Great selections and a variety of products, almost a one stop shop. I like to stop in from time to time to just look around. I slso come here for my pet food. So today I was there to do both. I found a robe and I picked up needed pet food. I was having difficulty checking out and needed assistance. I got the help I needed from an associate and I was able to make my purchase. She was friendly, smiling and engaging. She made me feel like a valued customer.

I had a good experience in the store. I was greeted on the way in and out and even approached by store associates three times to see if I needed help. They had a large staff and the shelves were full. I like that they have a good selection of games and books that one can not find at Wal-Mart or other retail outlets.

Love giving Rio Rancho my business..BUT..recently, they dramatically increased their customer service too much. Its suffocating to have a team member ask me if Im finding everything alright. Ive been in the store for nearly 2 minutes and asked this question 10 times by 10 different employees. Its great, but do I look lost? Target, please chill with the customer service.

There was a stack of journals in front of the wrong price sticker. A very unpleasant surprise at self-checkout, BUT one of the workers price matched for me and I was on my merry way.Usually hit up this store when I’m visiting family during off time from school. I use to love to come and shop here but honesty the attitudes of employees are horrible. Sophie does NOT belong at guest service. Attitude because I said the cashier needed to slow down a little bit and was going way to fast so I had to go to guest service for a refund. She basically rolled her eyes did the refund threw the receipt on the counter and turned her back as fast as she could to walk away. Cold and rude.Bathrooms were also dirty. This store is not what it use to be. SAD! Happened June 2 at 6:32 pm worked at This store for six years and I never treat it just like that

Worst customer service ever, I called and was completely disrespected over a simple question. The lady had no right to talk to me like that. But I guess thats why shes working at a target.

I want to say that I had the most human, caring, response from a Customer Service Representative by the name of Geri in the Return Dept, that I ever had in my whole life, in any Retail Environment!!! This Target is great for so many reasons! Recently I lost my wallet inside the store. I didnt even notice till the next day! But a good Samaritan turned it in and they kept it for me! Really awesome of Target and their employees! Thanks for looking out for the customer!

Very clean! Workers are always friendly and helpful! Really enjoy going to this Target to get items weekly! Always seem to find a good deal here between cartwheel, gift card deals and clearance items! Great selection of baby food. One of the only places around to find beard care. They have something for everyone! Very easy to return and have recycling options for bags and glass!

First time I can thank Target for saving me money. I normally come in and get what I want and go. The store did a complete rearrange that made no sense. The carts are after to dollar spot. So you either have to go in and get a cart and go back to the front or only get what you can carry. The store made no sense in the layout and was stressful to shop in. The employees were just as frustrated amd I heard numerous people comment on it. It was no longer enjoyable to shop there. After 16 years of shopping this store I won’t be back.

Aisles are spread out stock is easy to find and reach for, store is clean I used to work at Target Hicksville very loyal. Zoe at Returns is super dooper friendly and a great asset to the store, she is kind and patient with customers and very knowledgeable. Able to go the extra mile to help Target continue to be a great store.

This store is in the process of a complete renovation. We were asked multiple times on our visit if we needed any assistance with finding products etc. The entire staff was very friendly.

I love Target drive up! The convenience of not having to go in to shop is such a lifesaver, especially during these pandemic times.

Nice shopping center!

Stopped in to grab a few things after work and I was in a hurry. I was able to find what I needed quickly even though this isnt my usual Target (its close to where I work). Used the self check out and the cashier was super nice and friendly. Several other team members took the time to say hello and ask me if I needed help as well. Great store!

Cancelled order but they had already charged my account. Their customer service is horrible and in a different country. They cannot understand English. The customer rep told me she didnt have a supervisor and works alone. I asked if she owned the company and she said yes. SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME! CANT WAIT TO POST THIS ALL OVER!I have no choice but to dispute all charges with my bank.Stay far far away from online ordering and store pickup. THEY DONT CARE!!!

Called to speak with someone in electronics. Waited five minutes with the phone ringing. No one answered. Thats pretty pathetic. Everytime you go in there the employees act like they dont want to help you so no big surprise. Will no longer be shopping with target.

I placed an online order and walked up to the pick up line near the entrance. I waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I stood in the rain and cold while employees rushed past me not saying a word.

I’m becoming a huge fan of ordering online for pickup later. The crew at this Target is fast (my order is ready in less than an hour!) and friendly. At my most recent pickup, they even sent someone to find a box of tissues that wasn’t dented like the one they’d originally put in my order. The best part? Target’s prices beat Amazon’s when you shop around!

Employees were very helpful

Waited 25 minutes for a two item drive up order. Other cars came and went. When I asked staff about it, i was told it was misplaced and I could wait until everyone elses orders were filled.

Its so nice to have this store right down the road. Today I accidentally left my apple juice in the cart and called on my way back to see if I left it at the register. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite looked for it in the carts inside and at the register and never put me on hold. He eventually (yet quickly) found it outside still in the cart. Tony waited for me outside and I didnt even have to get out of the car!I write this because it is rare these days to be treated so importantly for such a small thing. Saving my $3.50 apple juice was the most urgent task of Tonys moment. It is only $3.50, yes, but worth way more to a customer in morale! Thank you, Tony, for your excellence in customer service! Went in yesterday, Chris at the food counter was so kind. Offered me a cup for water, let me know there are cupholders to put in the carts (I had no idea), so my kids could put their drinks in them. Just an overall friendly employee! Thank you for your kindness!

I would absolutely give this store 5 stars if I had not had the experience I did today while shopping with the Elderly Residents I care for at the nursing facility where I work. I brought my residents along with my Activity Assistant to shop and to get them out of the Nursing facility. The younger, short brown haired girl In the little snack court right off the bat had a poor attitude and got smart with one of the residents when she asked a simple question. At the end of our Target trip she decided to accuse myself and my assistant of abandoning our residents. Our residents that we took today are independent. Only one of them required constant supervision and we helped her shop all day. If we were not sitting with them, we were tending to another resident but could visually see ALL of our residents. To be honest, it was none of her business to even question my job. She should have been worrying about her own job, as well as her poor attitude.I could not believe the way she treated us and the things she was saying to our residents. I do however want to thank the management that immediately came to address my concerns. Thank you so much for acting so quickly. Everyone else in the store was very helpful, professional, friendly, and I appreciate that. The girl with the very colorful hair was very helpful and very sweet. Please thank her for us! I hope that the employee never has the chance to treat others the way we were treated today.

Generally this store needs much better customer service. I avoid shopping here because I have been treated poorly. However there was one very nice customer service rep that last time I was there. Management should have them all retrained except for her.

Wonderful employees and management. I always have a pleasant experience here and go very often. They keep the lines moving and the store well stocked. Yes, as others commented it is a smaller Target but still has a really good selection compared to some of super Targets. Nearly every time I shop at the store, someone stops and asks me if I need any help...which is amazing. All retail should run like this store!

Always fast, polite and efficient. The one time something was left out of my order I called and they still had it there at pick up. They apologized for my inconvenience and told me ro come back whenever I had time.

Large selection of quality items I use most at a reasonable cost, with plenty of stores in the area. When an item was out of stock at a local store, I was able to find the item online, order it, and pick it up at another store reasonably close by, free of shipping costs, the same day as I processed the online order. Email and text advised what I ordered, when the order was available for pick up, and how long the item would be held for. Seamless transaction from start to finish by pleasant, knowledgeable store employees.

They need some more Daniel Tigers Neighborhood toys and bed sets. They dont have a very big selection. Also the staff is sometimes hard to find to help you. A lot of the times you have to chase them down. Other than that this store is great.

Came in and had several people without masks on. Some covering their face with their shirt while others without one on at all. Not planning to come back anytime soon, this place is a large risk.

The ease! I couldnt believe how much stress and frustration you saved me by allowing me to shop on my phone and then bring the stuff out to me. I have 3 kids under 8 years of age and shopping can be a nightmare.

I like Target Rio Rancho and have shopped there for years but why are you allowing people to walk in the store in groups without wearing a mask? This is unfair to the folks who take care and wear one but even worse it puts your employees at risk because they are exposed to these selfish individuals all day long.
