Ive never seen so many different flavors of Paletas! The many different combinations of dip and fruit, nuts and candy are amazing! Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable! This was my first time here to Paleta Bar, but not my last! You can also order a plain Paleta( popsicle)... But why would you!

This place is ok, the one thing that really bothers me is. I think the employees do not know how to read. I have ordered a few times from this location, using grubhub. And they have every single time missed some of my items. Please train your employees correctly as it is very frustrating having to deal with this. If you call the paleta bar they can never refund you the money and they dont make them selves responsible for forgetting items when it is clearly their fault and not the driver. I will not be ordering anymore.

First of all, let me say that the food itself is delicious; however, as a first timer, I felt ripped off by the young woman who served me. She gave an overview of the process to get a basic palata. When she got to the toppings and offered me fruit, I asked if it was included (in the basic price). She said yes, the proceeded to charge me $2 more than my companion, who also got the basic palata. I should have refused the price and challenged her, so I will tell what happened here to warn others. Know what included in the basic price before you buy!

Always friendly welcoming and fresh. I love this place and so do my kid’s. So much variety and new specials added to the menu. The deals are the best for large families and I love that that is taken into consideration. I have 5 kids and this is our go to place for dessert.

Awesome! So happy we have a place like this in Rio Rancho. And they had a few dairy free paletas for those who can not handle the ice cream.

This Mexican ice cream shop is so fun. I usually get the Paleta con crema. its a milk shake made from a Paleta bar. The staff is friendly. Its always clean in the store.

OMG! How did I not know about this place? We took home 8 to share with the family and they asked me the same thing! Where has this place been?!They have so many delicious options and Im going back to try each one! Its absolutely delicious and fresh!The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and generally phenomenal!The establishment was very clean. They were all wearing masks and so were all the patrons and respecting social distancing. I was very comfortable here.I will have to go back many times to establish which one is my favorite but Im willing to keep trying until Im sure! 😁

Everything was good but it’s so expensive for no reason, the staff don’t know what they are doing and do everything their way not how the customer asks for, so disappointed for my first time :(

This is the first place I’ve gone into since before quarantine and I love it. the girls who I saw working there are so sweet. I don’t normally write reviews. In fact, I think this is the second review I’m writing and the first good one. this place is so good and the people working there are so cooperative and sweet. I recommend going to this place for a treat and specifically going to this location!!

I love this place! You get true customer service. I ordered my paletas online and inadvertently selected the Riverside location. When my son went to pick them up at the Southern location they were nice enough to fill the order and didnt charge him again!!! My son didnt catch the names of the people behind the counter but he went in at 7:10pm on 3/26. Please management give them some recognition for great customer service.

This was our first time at the Paleta Bar, and tried the Taro bar with white chocolate and pistachios. It was really tasty! Also, the cucumber lime drink was very refreshing. Veronica was generous and gracious, and we will definitely be back!Cynthia and Mark

My son loves this place! Excellent options and great flavors.

I have been coming here for quite a while and each time am treated like a valued customer. It also seems like each time I show up they have something new on the menu. The owners are very nice and helpful. Tonight we went for some tres leches (the new flavor) and they were sold out, the owner oberheaed us and offered us one he had saved earlier. Tres leches is very good, but my favorite flavor is Taro.

The staffs are friendly and upbeat, they truly seem to enjoy helping the customers. Both the staff and restaurant are Very clean, with happy atmosphere. We just love everything about this place.

Never seen anything like this. Been meaning to check it out since I saw this place on Facebook. So much fun and so many options. We had strawberry in dark chocolate dipped in Coco Pebbles, coconut with milk chocolate and almonds, and almond with dark chocolate and pecans. All were delicious and much larger than your average ice cream bar. The agua fresca of the day was delicious. Will be back soon

This place is soooo Bomb! By far the best paleta I’ve ever had and they have so so many options! I got the hazelnut crunch, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in Oreos... tell me that doesn’t sound life changing!!! 😍

Great food and friendly people! They have something for whatever snacky mood you are in. The paletas are wonderful and even better after being dipped in chocolate and covered in your choice of toppings! This will be a regular stop for sure. I highly recommend trying it!

First time at the paleta bar, its very good. I use to go to the michocana but since i moved to rio rancho, there was nothing here. Since the Palets bar came to the city of vison, its now my new home.Staff here is very friendly, nachos are amazing and especially the paletas. They even have protien paletas!!!
