This is a terrible place to go. I gave them my 88 year old mom’s insurance cards when we had our first appointment. She has medicare, medicare supplement and medicaid. They told us they would bill our insurances, but instead their clerk has demanded cash from us and refused to submit a provider statement to medicaid ( who is able to pay for most of the aid). They are holding my mom’s hearing aid hostage because they won’t fill out a form. They said they would, but in the meantime we had several appointments already. They won’t follow through on what is needed. They have caused me (a 65 year old school teacher caring for her mom during Covid) spend hours on the phone calling the wrong places because your office personnel don’t understand how to bill a primary and secondary insurances, though they promised they would. Promises obviously mean nothing to them or does the hearing of my poor mom … She is still waiting to hear thanks to their incompetent staff.

It is an ENT specialist thats not what I needed. All very nice and the office was so well tidy very clean.

Dr. Cannon and Laura were fantastic in recently getting me a 2nd new hearing aid thru the mail... aid, ear mold, fitting and programming. All of it worked like a charm. Couldnt be happier! Ive been a Premier Hearing Center customer of theirs for 5 years, and the service is professional and polite. They know the technology and clearly lay out your options. Highly recommend them!

Its a great place for treatments of ears.

Treated my father like an old friend. Very polite and professional. Loved the time I spent there with my Dad- they made a difficult time for my father feel like a cake walk.

Great people excellent testing. My main issue is they do not keep inventory, so you have to wait weeks for your hearing aids to come in.

Great staff, equipment, location, they have it all. Went in for testing and back again to place my order. Will stop back after fitting and see how that part works out. Rachel, Laura, and Michele will take care of you 😀

Wonderful customer service. Been with them for four years. I highly recommend this center. Rachel and Laura are fantastic staff.

A couple of years ago I went to this place and bought hearing aids, they basically rushed me out and canceled most of the appointments we set. Anyway, I have recently visited because they called me and theyre much more kind and professional. Better people who want to help are in the building, so I am much happier with the service they provide.
