Friendly customer service from Byron and his staff. The facility is clean, and even during their panting was still able to get in and do what I need without any mess or issues. The new paint job looks fantastic as well! I am very happy they were able to meet my needs and the rent is reasonable for the area as well! I feel very safe coming here by myself.

We wanted a bigger unit however Bayron said that we did not need it based on the amount of items we wanted to store. He was absolutely right! Everything fit with room to spare!

Every thing went smoothly and within a few hours my stuff was all nestled in its new unit without any drama or fan fare.The unit has good security, and carts available on site for you to help move stuff around. There are good sizable parking spots lined up with the doors to make moving in and out easier.It was a very positive experience all in all.

Fantastic service and easy process!I called the facility looking to rent a 10 by 20 storage unit. After giving my name and number, the representative said I would get a call later that afternoon from the site manager Nicole.Within 15 minutes Nicole called me to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. She was beyond friendly and made me feel at ease through the whole process. She even offered to stay on the phone with me to walk me through signing the lease.Overall, I am beyond impressed with the speed and quality of service! This is my first experience with a storage unit and it could not have been smoother. I’ve now been there about a dozen times and each interaction I have with the staff has been fantastic. They are super friendly, efficient, and communicative. The facility itself is very clean with an abundance of handcarts that have allowed me to move lots of furniture in on my own. They also sell packing materials (tape, boxes, furniture pads, etc.) at a very reasonable price. Super glad I picked this location. My only wish is that they were open on Sunday even with limited hours, but it’s not a big deal.

This extra space storage location is very convenient. It has big parking lot that you can pull in right at the door for loading and unloading. It has 2 elevators and climate controlled. Highly recommended. Look for web specials to sweeten the deal.

Joe Kendall and Andrew were a delight. They helped me get into my storage unit after I wasn’t able to open it.Helped me purchased a new lock, sort out how to use the new lock and were so helpful throughout the process.Truly a nice and attentive group at this storage unit!

The reason this place has 5 stars is because they trade you a free lock for a good review at the time of sale. In reality, they increase the monthly price by $20-$30 every six months and there is nothing you can do about it (they make you sign XYZ releasing them of fault). We started at an okay price... now paying $60 more 1 year later. Happened to me, it’ll happen to you!

Andrew was wonderful when we came in to finalize our reservation. It was the end of the day but he was willing to do whatever he could to make the process easy for us.When it came to moving everything into the unit we rented, we realized that the 10 x 15 was not big enough, the young lady (who was there the next day - sorry we dont remember her name) was also extremely helpful. She searched for a larger unit but, alas, nothing was available. So she found one near the one we had which made it easy for us to load both.Of the research we did, your storage facility proved to be the best choice, both in the facility itself and the excellent customer service.

The progress of renting a unit was simple and efficient. The staff was awesome even though I couldn’t make it to the site for a couple days. They follow up with until I came in to completed the paper. Joe and Andrew really hooked me up. So far so great!!
