I brought my new Dodge Ram 2020 to AIM Collision on 07.26.21. The damage was done to the bottom of the rear door and part of the truck bed. The manager promised the car was going to be done in 3-4 days, and I had to come pick the car up on 07.29. On 07.30 I came to the car shop to check on the progress that was done with my car. The truck wasnt ready, the inside of the car was all dirty because the door was taken off and the opening that was there was not covered. The guys working there told me the car was going to be fully done on 08.03, but it wasnt ready until 08.04. I am completely unsatisfied with the work they have done. The dent was not straightened out completely and the metal behind was burned. They left holes in the metal and put on too much putty. The paint job was horrible and they even painted the not damaged parts. With time all of those spots will start to rust. I asked the workers to redo the work and they did not agree, and said if I dont pay them, they would not give the car back. Day after pick up the clear coat starting peeled off. To fix it costs more then 1000 $ from my wallet.

Oscar and his team got my car fixed in no time. Quick affordable and quality work. Had my car looking brand new after a severe t-bone incident. Would definitely come back if I need more body work done!

From the beginning this was a good experience. Brandon and Oscar are professionals, they told me when they would have availability for me to bring the car in on the first day. I bring the car in on the scheduled day, all estimates were done promptly and detailed. They finished the job way ahead of schedule and I got to save money by returning my rental in earlier than scheduled.

Hands down the best place to bring your car. There was no feeling of getting screwed over on price or quality of work and that’s what matters to me. Honest about the process and how much it would cost and the work was A++. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I stopped by AIM to get a quote to fix some damage I had on my fender from when my wife took my car to the grocery store, “A shopping cart must of kit it”.. At first, I was a little hesitant because I worried for the price I was quoted, the job wouldn’t be top notch. I decided to take a chance since they were very professional, friendly, and not pushy. I’m so happy I did!! The job they did exceeded my expectations and was top notch. Since then I’ve bought my wife’s car to get both bumpers repainted from “people bumping her when trying to park”. I’m so happy I found AIM to do all my automotive repairs since my wife... I mean since “people” don’t know how to park without scratching the bumpers, and since she just has bad luck. 🤔 I highly recommend AIM to everyone I know now. Lucky there’s some honest people that do great work still around, especially with my wife’s “bad luck” whenever she drives anywhere.

Im from California and I had to fix it in Chicago because I wasnt able to transport it back home damaged.They car was fixed and sent back to me in Los Angeles its its back to new condition!!Im grateful for their work /professionalism I hope you have more in California like them.

Had my car Towed to AIM collision after It was involved in a car accident. The insurance took its time to get back to me with a up date but the owner was patient and even emptied out my entire car when the car was ultimately totaled. Oscar was really professional and a huge help. I definitely will be returning so he can work on my future cars. Great customer service.

Was nervous about going to have my car repaired during this stay at home order. I came across Aim Instagram page, and they had a post stating they would pick up cars for repair and drop for people that did not want to go out. I called the shop and talked to Oscar he was very nice and helpful, he arranged to have my car picked up and taken care of in less then 3 day. I dropped my car off and got picked up by Enterprise for my rental car in less than 15 minutes.Not only did they put a new back bumper on but they buffed out another scratch for me and polished off sap that was on the hood. My car looks better now then it did before the accident.

What can I say about Aim Collision Center, wow. The guys over at Aim took wonderful care of my vehicle. I have a brand new 2019 Cadillac Escalade that was in a front end collision, I thought the vehicle would never be back to normal. All this happened during the GM strike, my car was there for a little while but not because of the body shop it was due to parts not being available at the time because of the strike which I fully understood. Oscar kept me in the loop and called me every Monday morning with updates And also sent me texts and photos of the progress of the vehicle. Not only did I get my car back in its original condition. They also tinted the front two windows on my truck for a wonderful price and had it detailed at no extra charge. Sidenote the shop is so clean and neat and inviting, I’ve never been in a body shop that didn’t look like a pigsty or a bomb blew up in it. I would definitely recommend Oscar and the guys at Aim to anybody that needs vehicle repair.

They tried to get me to pay 3000 for a fender bender and a light. I think there use to gouging your insurance. I spent 300 on parts and mounts parts and it was as good as new. Final price 900.

Outstanding Body Shop!!!! Went there for a major collision and my 2002 Z06 Corvette is like new once again. Best of all was the paint matching! Mr. Burgos informed me that they make their own paint. This was a huge plus for me because my Vette is Millennium Yellow which is a 3 stage paint and very difficult to match. They did an amazing job to say the least!! Best shop in the area by far! Been to quite a few body shops in my day. Most of the time I have been disappointed either due to lousy work or being treated like once I pay, I dont matter anymore..Back on black friday, my Tahoe got vandalized in a downtown parking garage. They did a lot of damage and even ruined my ignition in an attempt to steal the truck. I took it to AIM based on my uncles recommendations. O.B., Manny and Tony did an amazing job to say the least! When my insurance company sent out El Cheapo to asess the damage, they beat him up good on my behalf and fought for me over and over till they made my baby right! Then, after all the theft and body damage was taken care of, they worked tirelessly over and over including bringing the team in on a Saturday just to get my ignition done! They were not only fair and honest but treated me like family!! I will mos definately return in the future!!! A++++

I got a 2003 M3 Silver, paint was bad and did not match I took it to Aim and they matched the paint perfect and charged me %25 less than all the other shops in the area EST. I Will be back in the Summer to paint and put on my body kit thanks guys.
