I had a custom drink and it was delicious. Also I ordered a brownie and ot was warm when I got it!! There was a long line but the service was as fast and as pleasant as could be.

Customer service is horrible. Staff picks and chooses whom they welcome and say good morning too. Every time I approach the counter to pick up my mobile order no one says hello or asks how can I help. They just carryon as if I’m not standing there. Today, I asked someone to help and the employee said “we’ll next time just let us know”. Unacceptable that I have to ask them to do their jobs. I rather visit the new location in melrose park for better service!

Constantly getting my order wrong every time I order from this location. How difficult it must be for the workers there to read the sticker before making the drink. I always get a trenta salted caramel cream cold brew and end up with a tall or a tall hot drink.

I love Starbucks coffee. Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop.

My drink was delicious and I was served quickly despite the large amount of people waiting.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks with a more incompetent staff. I don’t order complicated drinks. They couldn’t understand putting light cream and the fact that I didn’t want xtra ice. Starbucks needs to re-train the staff here because it’s a terrible representation of the company.

Stopped by on 3 different occasions. Always ran out of oat milk and I ended up having to wait while the whole drive thru line passes! It was horrible. Terrible planning/managing. Will avoid this place

Not a great experience the last few times. Way to long to process a simple order while talking at length with the car in front. And then did not eve pay attention as I was asking to redeem points, because again the barista was talking too much. Not a huge deal, but wow Take care of customer in front of you!

The place says it opens up at 5:30am and never does. If you count on having coffee in the morning before work, dont count on them opening up on time.

They have the doors locked at 9:30am. Drive-thru open. Google says your available for takeout. Update your listing

Stupidest Starbucks Set up-ever!!! drive-thru is a waste of space and people’s time. I tried coming to this location several times but the set up is so unrealistic that I just kept driving. Every entrance has a do not enter sign and do not turn in sign I just don’t get it..

Nice view of the intersection and nice outdoor patio allowing you to watch the people trying to eye up your bike.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. Excellent management. and the staff is amazing I had only been there a few times and imagine my surprise my drink was waiting for me you can not buy that kind of customer service.

I have been to so many locations in my lifetime. But never seen employees so welcoming, and sweet. Last nights team all had a genuine smile and were super friendly and funny too! This location will definitely be my go to from now on! Thanks Starbucks you are a winner with this team and will go far!

Very well managed location with excellent Baristas who seem to know your drink every time. They are very welcoming, polite, and friendly and are a true compliment to Starbucks!

Always go to this location but the last couple times I’ve went they do not greet you when you walk in so you are standing there waiting.. order a mobile pickup and they do not ever have it ready even when it’s way ahead of time. I will not go to this location again. Customer service not good at all.

Location is great, staff is friendly but they desperately need to be retrained.. they take long in the drive thru and the drinks are horrible. They wanted to make me a new drink but I honestly didn’t want to hold the line any longer I just took it as it was and threw it out!
