Ive always have had great customer service at this location. As someone who travels up and down the I-5, its important that I have tires that come with the support and warranties that Les Schwab provides that can be found at all their locations.

I don’t know what the point of scheduling appointments is if they don’t prioritize your appointment time..? I had an appointment for 8 am and I was the first in the door to get brakes changed. I called a few hours after dropping it off to see if it had been finished and they explained that they hadn’t started yet. Waited until 3pm to check again and they say that they will get it done by the end of the day… Told them not to worry about it. Went to pick up the car and they had three other cars getting worked on while mine was still waiting. Super unhappy. First and last time here unfortunately.

This has to be thw worst tire place in town. I was just there and literally their technicians were just wondering around. Takes about 3 hours for a simple tire swap that a normal shop would do in 30.

When the local dealership delays and says no time today next week we can do appt, les Schwab has time little wait no cost and always friendly and great service first time at this location more than satisfied well worth the wait and little drive. Good people here. The gentleman who helped me out was courteous took care of my leaking tire. They got the job done and relatively quick.

Never thought Id give this place a less than good rating after going to them for many years. Went to buy a couple of Toyo tires and was told Toyo no longer made the ATs that I wanted but LesSchwab has a similar tire. I checked online and Americas Tire Store stocks the Toyo tires I want and for about $150 less per tire.I wont be doing any further business with Les Schwab.

The store is super clean, have table and chairs . The employees are fantastic,they look you in the eye when talking,treated with respect and answer any questions with pleasure. Great place highly. Recommended

I wish I can give them -5 out of positive 5 stars! It’s just a marketing thing that helps these kind of people work around, and do their business, and rip off people! It depends who is the manager of the business. How he operates, how manager trained their employees!! If u can’t take commercial vehicle in the property, then teach your employees how to speak to the people they can’t serve! If they do, then direct them what to do before they enter in to their property! Commercial vehicle drivers do not like to go on other property unless they say it OK to maneuver during their service. CDL drivers always make sure to call the property before they try to enter in their property. You can ask any of the CDL drivers about it. I called them before entering in their property, they said it’s safe to maneuver around their property, even if I have a 18 wheeler! When I entered, I found out that it was the only one way to enter, and exit from their property! I had no choice after that! Also I can not back down to the main Patterson st! Which is even busy to get out for the class C drivers straight forward! Think about how would you back down your 18 wheelers on that street! Only because of that I ended up damaging my 53 feet trailer! When I asked the manager Joe, he lied that we said yes to enter in the property! The truth is, when I called before entering their property, one lady answered. She said yes you will be safe to maneuver your big rig in to our property. I trusted her and entered their property, and ended up damaging my 53feet trailer! Frankly speaking not because of my skills to maneuver in their property, because (specifically) their property is not meant for CDL drivers. Unless they want to block off other property’s drive through and parking during CDL drivers maneuver skills! Forgot to mention that was not their property! When I asked for the manager, manager Joe told me there are no female working in the property! Even thought he admitted that she is on lunch after police officer showed up! U know people she was on lunch for more then an hour. I have been working since I was 16 year old. I never saw lunch for more then an hour in my life, not to mention more then 30 minutes! U people working out there should know about laws of California breaks! Please do not lie to your customer, managers of the businesses. I had good experience with other location, that’s why I called them. Looks like Joe did not train his employee well enough to direct commercial drivers. I hope they train their employees well enough without going other people’s property, because CDL drivers always follow the sign or directions given by property employees. Or just let them know your big rig won’t fit their property. We would say nicely, do not worry about it. Have a good day before damaging our big rigs. Looks like they failed in every outcome! Please Joe even before you response to this review, please ask your senior employee, what to do around your property! Please do something about your attitude towards people with different colors. U do not know I am as proud to be an American like you are. Make sure to concentrate on your work please. When the true review comes, it will shake every one. I know there are so many fake reviews in this world. People like to run their business on top of that. Unfortunately this is the real experienced review you will get for your managing property. Unfortunately I run business with honesty, not lie! Customers also like honesty and welcoming. Not to judge them by their skin colors.

Huge shout out to RIVERBANK les schwab. After my sister adding me to her AAA being told they would help they still wouldnt for 48 hours. Went in to the les schwab next to burger King and this guy came out in a STORM just to help me!! 😍🥰 so greatful definitely will be getting my tires from them for now on!

Stopped in just before closing because I had a warning for one of my tires. They stayed after closing & fixed it on the right away. They were so very nice about it. Best part now I dont have to worry about a flat. They were so nice & didnt charge meI would give them 10 stars if I could!

Only place that had chains in stock for my car which were expensive 😬 friendly and knowledgeable works and was more than willing to give me a step by step on how the new chains worked compared to my old ones.

Today was not a good day. I had an appointment but they were so busy they could not get to me.

Ive been taking all my cars to this company from California to Oregon for several years now. Every time I have great service. I got my tire fixed on Friday, and came out to a flat tire on Tuesday. Took my car into Les Schwab and they fixed it with no charge. I ended up having a sharp Rock puncture my tire. They also made me aware that my other tires were going to be needing replaced soon and because I drive so far for work they gave me the best tires for the mileage that I drive. They have coffee and popcorn in the waiting room, and a TV. Which is a little convenient when I have to wait on service to be completed. Ive never had to wait too long either. Ill keep coming back when its needed.

They aired my tires up for me in the morning and then they were ready for me when I got there later for my appointment.

Excellent service.

Ended up spending 1100 bucks but it was worth every penny. Thought I just needed pads but ended up needed brake lines and a bunch of other stuff but was well worth it, my ride is dependable and never felt so smooth!

Ive taken three vehicles to this particular shop, and I was very happy with two out of the three experiences.Had my 97 2WD Ford F-150 here to have front suspension work done, along with an alignment and 4 tires. All went well and I was very happy with the product and service.Took my 2000 Toyota Avalon to this shop to have the tires balanced. The car had a vibration at around 60 mph. Picked up the car, paid the bill drove home (about 1/2 mile). Took the car out about 2 weeks later (we dont drive it too often) and the vibration was still there, right at 60 mph. Took it to Americas Tire, had them balance the tires and the vibration was gone.Just took my 04 Supercrew F-150 to have some used tires installed, along with an alignment. The got to it quickly, and Im very satisfied with the work.Overall, a good shop. I will patronize then again.

Stopped by today to get pricing on some new wheels and tires for my Silverado. I also mentioned an issue with some tires I had purchased for my wifes Subaru 6 months ago which turned out to be very noisy. Great service, honest team members with upfront pricing. Clean and organized shop, when I got a screw stuck in my front tire I received my service for free since I had never been there before, I mechanic just told me to remember them for my next tire service but for now its free, that is a great first experience for any location since nothing is free now a days.

Les Schwab has a great business model. It seems it doesnt matter which location I go to, I always get great service. I will continue to be a loyal customer due to this. Costco tires were competitive in the past for me but I always have a ridiculous wait there. Not going back. I am more than happy to buy from Les Schwab and dont see a need to go anywhere else.Update 1/23/21: came in 5 minutes before closing with sidewall tire damage. They bent over backwards and stayed late to help me out. Ill choose Les Schwab every time. Thanks!

Excellent service and courteous service...Needed a tire due to a blow out. Called and within 5 minutes I was given a tire description and a price quote. Next day the tire was installed and all other tires were checked. Wait time was 30 minutes. Theyre tops in my book!!!

RIP OFF……. SO don’t waste your money here! What a joke. I went in to have an alignment and have my camber changed. Not knowing that I had to buy a kit in order to adjust the camber, but of course they didn’t tell me that. I left the car with them they said about an hour called me 30 min. later and said it was done. I went to pick it up and they said they adjusted the toe on the right side only and they adjusted it only by 0.03. I asked them why didn’t they call me and ask me if that’s what I wanted since it was nothing at all and they could have told me they wouldn’t be able to fix the camber. They charged me $56 for nothing. Then the manager came and told me the toes is what shreds tires. Ok I believe that if it was off more then 0.03 that doesn’t do anything to the tires!!!! WHAT A MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I hope someone reads this before they get ripped off. Good luck

Horrible service. I’ve been in there before 2 years and was treated horribly and wanted to try them out and see if they changed and no still the same horrible rude lazy people still working. It seems they don’t want business from certain people or I have no idea what their problems are. I came in there for a simple alignment and they couldn’t get my truck into a bay door because the steering was a bit stiff. I’ve been through slimer openings in traffic so that s no excuse. Waste of time. It was a really empty for him to tell me no after only two half assed tries

I go here often and very upset with their service. my girlfriend dropped my truck off for a flat tire and instead of calling me about a stuck set screw they made the judgement call to break my center cap to get to the lug nuts. And said I can GLUE it back together. What a joke. Its okay, Ill pay 100 dollars for YOUR MISTAKE!

Tried replacing my own break calipers and failed. I was on my way home from work when my breaks started smoking. I called les schwab, and they got me in at 5pm on a monday, replaced both break pads rotors and calipers in 45 minutes with no appointment. Would have takes the dealer 2 days to do all that. Awesome customer service.

Had some excellent experiences with other les schwab locations in Socal. Always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Came in to the riverbank location with a loose rattling bolt holding the emergency brake cable/bracket in place. The manager wouldnt even pull my car onto the lift to tighten ONE bolt up that ended up taking less than a minute. Was hoping since Ive spent several thousand dollars with this company in the past that I could get some kind of assistance, especially since they had about 5 open bays at the time. I guess since he wasnt able to overcharge me for tires that day, that they had no time for me. In a small town like riverbank its the little things sometimes that can earn a company return business. The young tech made it seem like it wouldnt have been a big deal but the manager obviously had no time for that. I wonder how much actual business has been lost due to poor leadership/customer service...

I bought 4 tires at $300 a tire! And one day I was leaving a store and before I left the parking lot my front left tire completely fell off and bent my fender and this was 2 weeks after leaving les swhab and I called thinking they could maybe help and they didnt do nothing for me and I felt like their commercials make it seem theyre their for you but reality is they where not their for me when I needed them. Exspecially after all the money I dumped on ties and alignment. I dont suggest people to go here at all.

Went in to fix a flat. Was told it would be free but was charged to fix the flat, and then when I asked them if they fixed it they said I dont know. we took it off. Still charged me, didnt tell me whether they filled any of the other tires or whether my alignment needed to be balanced. Bad customer service.

I went in to have a nail taking out of my tire and upon fixing it the tech advises me that my tire was unrepairable. I didnt have the funds to buy tires today but they helped me out by giving me a used tire to hold me over till Friday. 👍👍
