Customer Service was excellent, But the waiting was Long...she was the only staff helping..,I was 3rd in line..and it took Forever to be helped. Understand it was Not her fault. She did her Very Best

Asked if I can upgrade my phone, and the girl that works behind the counter just pointed and said over there..no customer service whatsoever, we just left.. I would have bought a new phone if I got some help. Looks like Im going with a different carrier, a one that treats you a lot better than that place....

Went in for an issue with my phone not sending/receiving pic messages when not in wifi. Brenda was very helpful and fixed my problem. I always get great service at this location.
