DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR HEALTH. I purchased a Happy Birthday Edible Arrangement fruit bouquet, a bear and assorted flower arrangement to be delivered to my wife at her job. Upon arrival, she noticed there was no teddy bear and no grapes. Also, the strawberries and cantaloupe were spoiled and had mold on them. The pineapples were white and hard. I immediately called the store to let them know and was told someone would contact me that same day WEDNESDAY 10/27/2021. Unfortunately no one did which is when I had to call back and instead of accommodating me for such a poor service and product, I was told to send pictures as if they didn’t know the spoiled fruit and missing items they had arranged and sent out to my wife. They saw the arrangement before we did and knew the fruit was spoiled but they took the money because they did not value their work NOR ME just the charge of service that benefited their sales and business. I am very upset because this was for my wife’s birthday celebration, a very special occasion. I patron with Edible arrangements frequently so receive such poor quality and be mishandled with such lack of care after my money was taken is beyond sickening. I feel as though i was robbed of my money. The store still has done nothing even after sending pictures. The manager has not contacted me, so I am here. My wife could have gotten sick from eating molded fruits let alone all of the items I ordered were NOT provided. If you can’t deliver a service/product especially at the prices charged well over $100 dollars why not CLOSE? Why even be open to the public? It’s enough we are in a time where we have all suffered from the pandemic and it’s hardships it has brought, so why steal from innocent consumers?

On Mother’s Day I ordered some fruit and cookies and balloons i payed extra for next day delivery. it didn’t come next day,I kept checking and at 9:43 at night the app proceeded to tell me they attempted delivery but no one was home. I was home all day and I have cameras no one came to my house. Then the next day someone came by around 11am with soggy looking fruit and not in the car they are supposed to be driving but someone’s personal car. And it wasn’t just me who’s mothers day gifts were not delivered she had a whole bunch in her car. Do not order from this location. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never ordering from here again.

The customer service was superb. HOWEVER, please train your employees on how to properly make smoothies. I bought the kale komfort smoothie, and the entire time while drinking it I’m spitting of large pieces of fruit and kale. The ingredients were not properly blended AT ALL!! H

I’m at your location at 7111 highway Riverdale Georgia and I’m here with my two kids in one of the lady that was in the back she’s high yellow with gauges in her ear told me that it’s only two customer at a time is allowed in your store and she told so I have my daughter go outside one of them in another gentleman that she knows let him walk in after she told me that three people is not allowing only two I really think you should talk to y’all employees in explain stuff to them about being sexist to females when you were female yourself in this OK for a gentle man to come in bad customer service all around I will never come back to the store ever again in life.... And he did not have a face mask on his face

Received my Edible on today 5/12/20 which they should of arrived yesterday for mothers day. Now because of the inconvenience my daughter was told cookies would be with it for the inconvenience. Well NO cookies the fruit is NOT fresh the pineapples are falling apart its in the bag wet looks nasty! Very disappointing oh and NO mothers day balloon as requested. I called and daughter has been calling with NO answer! I have pictures for proof! Thats a bug guys! Door dash delivered held on to it until next day which is why its even more disgusting!

On May 12th I placed an order to be delivered on May 14th. It was confirmed. They changed my delivery date to the 15th without contacting me. The employees here never pick up the phone. I was only able to get in contact with them because they called me. Like I already was aware of, no one was home on the 15th, so they took it back to the store and told me they would deliver it on the 16th. The 16th came, NO DELIVERY. The 17th came, NO DELIVERY. I called the store yesterday and surprisingly I got an answer. A sweet and very professional woman answers the phone and I explain my concern. She offers to remake and upgrade, but at this point I don’t even want to work with these people anymore. UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. When I ask for a refund she says they have a stack of people waiting for refunds and only the owner can do those, so it’ll be a minute until I can receive it. She also said he’s rarely in. SO IF THEY HAVE A STACK OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR REFUNDS.. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW…

Glad I decided to call before placing order online for a couple of smoothies and cups of fruit.The only explanation I received from the store rep was that they are not allowing pick up orders... Makes no sense when the items are small and dont require much time. Ill just visit a Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie...

Just take your money somewhere else .........Then the last time they gave me bad strawberries and advised me thats all they had .....and you cant check them till you bite into them .....just go to another storeNo that not correct I contacted coporate which stated that you can do it .... I ordered a nice arrangement for my friends Anniversary and paid extra money to make sure it was delivered same day. I received a call from the manager at the store that the driver had been in accident and there was no way to door dash the order because it was to far. The lady asked if delivery for the next day being a Sunday was ok. I told her I guess I dont have a choice as long as it would get delivered Sunday. She said yes. Sunday came and went no delivery. Here it is Monday at almost 5pm and still no delivery. No one is answering the phone for this location as Ive called several times. I will file a complaint with corporate office as well as put my experience on social media. Do not waste your time. I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life.

I Ordered a 74$ Edible arrangement for Mother’s Day. They didn’t arrive until 4:03 pm. Which was really late. I also didn’t receive the 13$ balloons that were suppose to come with the edible. Had to call customer service to get a refund because the 7111 highway 85 location did not pick up the phone. I called for 2 days finally got assistance.

I ordered my Mom a platter, card and balloon from this exact location At 10:30a yesterday... she didn’t receive it until 6 almost 7p today! She didn’t receive her balloon or card ... I also put in the delivery notes to deliver to the back door she is disabled and the front entrance is non accessible she can only get to the back door.. Yet they still deliver to the front door and just leave the platter on the steps didn’t knock or ring the bell just left it luckily I checked my email and it said delivered

My daughter had sent me an Edible Arrangement from the Riverdale GA. store for Mothers Day. They sent her an email stating that it had arrived at my home at 3:16 p.m. and it is confirmed in the store that it has been delivered. I have been home all day waiting for it, and still It has not arrived. It is 4:21 p.m.. And no one has rang my door bell nor knocked on my door.

If I could give this store 0 stores I would. This is the most unprofessional Edible Arrangements I have EVER dealt with! I understand a system crash on one of the busiest days of the year, however, how is it that no one in management is nowhere to be found? How is it that an order that never came through the system can be marked as delivered 2 days after the order was placed yet no one ever attempted delivery? And the fact it is a franchised store makes it 100X worse. If I EVER shop with Edible Arrangements again, it will DEFINITELY not be this store and I will be picking my order up myself. They might as well shut this location down, I am sure it will not be missed. Sorry not sorry. I would advise if you are thinking about ordering from this store, I would think again. TERRIBLE experience.

I called to follow up on my order if it has been deliver to the recipient and someone kept me on hold for 20mins. I called back ask to speak to a Manger someone told me to hold on and never got back on the phone. I kept calling and someone keep picking up the phone and hanging up. My neighbor got me an arrangement from this store to celebrate my recovery. It was an assortment of half rotten and half unripened fruit. Because they deliver, the buyer can’t see what they paid for which in this case was a bag of garbage. I threw it out and i want to tell my friend but don’t want her to feel bad. Total deceitful ripoff.

A poor all around experience. I placed the order on the app, there was a technical error that triple placed the order. Triple charged me, and Never fulfilled the order. I placed the order around 12 and called around 4:30 as I received no confirmation or product. Store stated they were unable to deliver same day as ordered. Ive had to call 9 separate times, one time being placed on hold for 20 minutes and each time I have yet to receive an apology or someone to show any kind of concern. Now I have to wait a week to receive a refund of $300. This has been inconvenient every step of the way.

Placed order on 5/30 to be delivered 5/31. Order was delivered at 9:30pm and the fruit was warm. The fruit has mold on it as well. I called the store on June 1st and I was told I would receive another one on June 2nd. Nothing was delivered on June 2nd. On June 3rd I called and I was told it would be delivered later in the day. My order was delivered on June 3rd and again the fruit is bad. The apples are rotted and the fruit is warm. This has been a horrible experience and I just want a full refund.

This is the first and last time I use this place .Im very displeased with their service. I got an embarrassing phone call this morning at 930 stating you should get your money back cause the package is wet and spoiled. Edible arrangements delivery driver called from a private number on my scheduled delivery date of 2/15/19 after 11:15 pm stating please contact me regarding your delivery. No number was left to call back, no name was left, and the call came in from a private number. To top it off without response, due to being asleep, the delivery was still left sometime after the left message on the front porch getting wet from the rain and spoiling. First off wheres the common sense. If the delivery couldnt be made why not call me to discuss alternatives prior to closing, when the order was made, or earlier in the day. This location definitely isnt 24 hrs. Called several times and was told Dexter the manager and the Assistant isnt there but they will call me back. Very unacceptable. I will never use or recommend this location again. Still waiting to hear from management. I will definitely update on how the manager responds to this type of uncommon sense customer service.

I will NEVER use this location again. My boyfriend ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries on Tuesday 2/12/19 for Valentines Day. Today is Monday 2/18/2019 1:46 pm to be exact and I still have not received my strawberries. After stopping by the store on Saturday and them promising me that I would get them Monday before 11 am. My first time placing a order from Edible Arrangements. The female manager that is in the location on Highway 85 in Riverdale. Her customer service skills is on point. Shes a hardworking person should make sure that before you leave the store that you are happy with the product. The only thing I can say is the prices does not reflect on the merchandise.

I have never had such a horrible experience!A delivery that should have come on Mothers Day never came and still hasnt come. I called Corporate Customer Service and told a nice young lady (Vanessa) what happened. She took my complaint and was very apologetic. I hope my son is able to get his money back. The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE... please do not order from this location. Ordered for Valentine’s Day... called and spoke with an associate that told me the arrangement was out for delivery. Called back to get an update due to it being after 5pm and nobody picked up the phone. Here is it the 17th the arrangement was never delivered!! I’ve been trying to contact the location everyday since (multiple times a day) and they will not pick up the phone and of course the voicemail is full. I tracked my order and for 2 days it said the store received the order (no update) and now all of a sudden it says it’s been delivered. Currently waiting to speak with customer service. I see it’s a few people going through the same thing i am from the reviews. Sad, edible arrangements are supposed to put smiles on faces not add stress to customers lives.

This location is the worst. My family order an arrangement for my fiancé on his birthday. The arrangement didn’t arrive to the house until 9:23pm. The cut off time for deliveries is 6pm. Not only was it late, but the fruit was warm and the chocolate was melted. My family called the store the next day (because they were closed by the time we received the delivery) and were told the arrangement was delivered at 6pm. Lie! So we proceeded to contact the corporate office. The representative spoke to the location manager and he/ she agreed to send another arrangement on Monday. Monday came and went and no arrangement. So I sent all day back and forth on the phone with corporate to inquire about what happened and receiving our money back. Apparently corporate gives a location 48 hours to respond to a complaint. So I was told if I don’t receive a new arrangement by 3pm next day they would handle the situation. Miraculously at 6:40pm a new arrangement is delivered. Still late! I would advise not ordering from this company. If you have to purchase something in this area, walk in and pick it up. Otherwise there are also locations in Fayetteville and McDonough.

The store was immaculate and my wife just loved her Edible Arrangement. And guys we all know theres nothing like seeing your wifes happy smile days after (HER) special days😁

The customer service from both the manager and the assistant manager was absolutely exceptional. I visited the store to send some strawberries to my mom and i was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and help every step of the way before I left the store they made sure I was happy with my purchase and I was. The deliver was on time and the fruit was very fresh. I would definatly recommend this location.

Order arrangements that early morning online and was going to pick them up at 1:30. I used my PayPal account and it declined it, which was weird. Didn’t think nothing of it, so I just typed in my information and I received a confirmation email thinking everything was good. I was up there by 1:40. It was a line plus there were too many unnecessary conversations being had. When it came to me, they stated with my order that the system crashed and couldn’t pull up my order. They also said I should have a reversal payment. Yes for my PayPal, which was the reason why it declined, when it didn’t the second time though. I’ve called went to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. Waited a couple of minutes and called, a young man answered. He said I would have to cancel my order once the system was up and running. He told me to call the next day. I called and went straight to voicemail. I’m calling corporate now. My 60 bucks could’ve went to bills or other gifts. I’m not from here, but that was my first and last time ordering from that store. Smh

I paid for a box of strawberries to be delivered to a school. I was told they would be delivered by 2pm. School gets out at 3:30 pm. No delivery. I stop by the store to get a refund and the owner told me they would be delivered at their home tonight. It’s been 3 hours. No strawberries. Poor planning for Valentine’s Day! I won’t be back. And I still want my money back!
