Krispy Kreme has got some real good donuts I have to say that much. And I like the fact that every restaurant is also a donut factory. I hate to eat donuts that are trucked in from other locations. And if you look at the pictures you see employees huddled up in this location theyre about nine people in line one person acting as cashier and taking orders. Whoever was the shift manager this particular day he or she failed the customers this particular day. And they did not even attempt to step up and help with the customers theyre waiting in line. Just as well as this company values its time I value my time as well. Customer service should be at the top of importance to any company.

I order a dozen donuts here. They were warm and delicious. After I ate about 6 donuts, realized that I dont like sugary foods anymore. I guess that comes with age. Lol

Lines are long but its worth the wait. My children love it!

The customer service at this location is horrible. If I could give them no stars I would. The cashier did not greet us, she threw our receipt at us and walked away from the window without so much as saying “I’m sorry” or even acknowledging the fact that our receipt is now on the ground. She didn’t smile and was not friendly at all. She kept on the same gloves that she touched money with to package my doughnuts. I tried to call the store to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone. The inside of the store was not busy and there was only one car behind me. Which I feel is not important. If you service people then you should answer your phone and at least pretend to be happy at the job that you applied for. Without customers there would be no need for this location to be open which means everyone who works here would be out of a job. I think that should be taken into consideration.

My goodness all these employees in this location and only one person dealing with the line inside, and one person dealing with the window. Place just full of none professional employees.

When I ask if you have glazed chocolate covered creme donuts, dont say yes and give me these. Only to find out at home, the yes means no. I never would paid the $12.73 just to place them in the trash. My bad for being safe and not taking a bite while driving.

So I was at work sitting and thinking about what I was having for lunch since I was working a double and for some reason Krispy Kreme came to mind. I forgot about the other restaurant just had to get me some Krispy Kreme and to make it even better it was buy one dozen get 1 free and thats exactly what I did. Uber eats delivered and I destroyed a dozen. Fresh, hot, soft, melt in your mouth Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Its Sunday get a box and watch some lifetime or BET thats what Im about to do.

I placed, and paid for, an online order last night to celebrate a birthday this morning. The store even called 10 minutes before pickup to substitute an item. When I arrived, the doors were locked. Equipment and traffic cones blocked the drive-thru!! No employees in site although several cars in parking lot!!

Drive an hour here because thats the closest one to my house. The drive-through is closed but no sign is posted. People waited in line just to be told you have to come inside. Put a sign on the window so we dont have to wait 15 minutes before being good to come inside. The employees at that time had their masks on their chins and spoke very rudely to tell us that we have to come inside. I had a sleeping toddler in the car so I decided to go and eat at Dunkin donuts. To be honest, dd had really good donuts and cost less in means of price and distance from my house. Yes, I will miss out on the fresh hot donuts but the service and taste of dd were very good compared to here. I have lost interest here and am now a fan of Dunkin. My favorite is locally owned shops but they close early and cost more.

I am a Krispy Kreme lover. I was very disappointment with the quality of the donuts that I purchased. I did not get the signature glazed donuts but I got some cream filled donuts and was very disappointed. The donut itself but not very fresh. The customer service was excellent. The server was very nice but the donuts were very disappointing.

I love them cold hot the doughnuts. I been trying 😪 to get the apple fritter. Ive tried morning and lunch. Man they probably stop making before I get one.say its made with fresh 🍎. Im keep trying to get me some to have with coffee. But I love this place they so nice

Horrible customer service except from older staff, drive through is never open and today 10/24 they decide to have the whole business closed front doors locked drive through blocked with cones smh! At this point the menu is never even available, especially when something new comes out!!! Just close this location or revamp it with new staff that actually want to work

We were told that they didnt have any more glazed dough nuts.

Don’t put open 24/7 if I come at 10:20pm and they tell me they’re closed through the speaker box. Then when I asked what time they’ll re-open, he completely ignores me. Then I drive around the building to see him laughing it up with someone at the drive thru window. This is the 2nd time this week that I’ve tried to come during the evening to find out they’re “closed.” Don’t even waste your drive past a certain time.

They have really good donuts and the line always move fast unless its National Donut Day. The last two times that I have gone they havent had any jelly filled donuts. So I guess thats a testament to how good they are since its always sold out, but I wish they made alot more. Also the last time I went their coffee/iced drinks machine was down, so thats a little depressing. Besides that the customer service is cool, and I recommend this place if you want some good donuts.

Clean and spacious. My raspberry glaze filling was missing from the donut😂😂 but I was fine anyway.

Waited in line forever just to be told they only have glazed available at a 24 hour location… not to mention when we pulled up to the speaker in drive thru they asked us to hold them literally forgot about us for another 15 minutes until my husband decided he was just going to start ordering! I am not a huge donut fan, but I call myself giving the key lime glazed donuts a try since they were limited addition. The donuts I got were hardly glazed, stale, and old. I was highly disappointed in the donuts and I made a complaint online, but management has yet to respond. I see they have not responded to any complaints on here either. I don’t plan on returning and I am very disappointed.

I went today at 4pm through the drive thru to get the pumpkin spice doughnuts. The lady stated we only have the glaze pumpkin spice. I asked the lady will they any cake pumpkin spice doughnuts. The lady stated they will have some today in a little while. I pulled around to the window to ask the lady to her face could I place an online order for them today and receive them. The lady stated yes you can place the online order for them so you will have some for you. I placed an online order for 7pm to pick up. I get a call at 6:58pm that they will not have them. The third shift will be making them at that time. The lady was rude and unprofessional that ended up calling me.

Never seen a hot now sign illuminated and the drive thru closed. Gentleman cashier was in cellphone texting I guess when I arrived; then waited 17 mins for the hot donuts; he calls out 3 dozen ready and people closest to the counter grabbed the boxes. He didnt call order numbers like other stores.

Location says 24hours! Drove 30 min there just now. The drivethru was closed and the door said 11pm. It was only 10:46 and the door was locked.

Krispy Kreme serving stale donuts.Never had it happen before COVID-19, new experience... The hot chocolate is still delicious but I never caught them with the hot sign on. You can get donuts delivered ( I did; stale) just go on to the website or even use one of the third party delivery apps. Until we meet again.

The wait was extremely long. Only two people inside the facility to serve a long line of vehicles wrapped around the building. There was no sense of urgency to serve the customer in a reasonable amount of time. However the donuts were good as always.

The absolute worst! Please hire people that can provide outstanding customer service. I ordered my daughter a dozen of glaze donuts online, special order for graduates. I had her to pick them up. First they didn’t acknowledge her nor did they greet her when she entered, then they skipped over her and helped someone else, lastly they couldn’t find the order. She asked a question and everyone looked dumb founded. She had to speak to a manager to get her question answered .. needless to say she didn’t want the donuts thereafter. Never again!

Okay so we all love to see the hot sign on at Krispy Kreme. My son and I was in the area and decided to stop in one day and of course they had Halloween donuts which I also thought was really cool. This visit was a little different being that we decide to go inside the Krispy Kreme and most of the time we just go through the drive-thru. What a wonderful decision. I had no idea how beautiful and clean the interior is and the fact that we could watch the donuts as they are prepared. The staff was extremely kind and we were even told that children who receive As on their report card can receive a free donut. I had the seasonal pumpkin spice Donut which was only available on Fridays in October and my son had a Halloween donut which he ate so quickly that I was unable to take a picture. We will definitely be back soon. Fantastic experience.

This location religiously runs of goods, service is slow and forced. But most frustrating is that they oftentimes closes EARLY. Im sick of wasted 20 min trips during working hours just to find out that theyre closed! I Wish there was another location nearby like in South Fulton, Id never come to the Riverdale location if there was.

This Krispy Kreme number one has icing all over the floor, and with my photos, you can see there is a line almost out the door. It’s busy, slow but they have hot donuts available. That’s the only saving grace here.

I decided to make an online purchase for the assorted key lime doughnuts special with the dozen of glazed. I walked into the store and was informed that they was out of key lime assorted doughnuts. 😩 Why isn’t this posted on the app? I had to end up getting two dozen of the glaze doughnuts. At least they are hot. It was a lot of employees working and talking among each other while the drive thru line was wrapping around the building. Of course, they never turn on their Hot Light because they don’t know how to manage their employees to get the customers quality and efficient service.

Relatively quick drive thru. I made a mistake ordering (some of the new products have a confusing name) and the manager helped me understand how to order properly in the future. I received the donuts I was craving and would definitely come back next time Im in the area.

Yesterday afternoon 5/26 at the Riverdale Krispy Kreme Atlanta,GA our experience was ruined by this girl on the drive thru, 1st she made us wait 20 minutes to take our order (with the sun in our faces) when she finally came to us she asked my husband to speak up (not a pleasing tone)When we repeated himself he also spoke slowly for better understanding and she said I said speak up not in syllables thats so so RUDE we just drove over, I didnt want the doughnut or the chiller after that disrespectful service. I’ve been to this location 7 times over the past month specifically wanting to try the Reese’s doughnut. Every time thy say they’re out. I went this morning around 7:30am. Again...they don’t have it so I drive up to window to ask again if they ever have this doughnut I’ve been wanting to try. The drive they’d response was...we don’t make it everyday, she doesn’t know when they make it because some of the employees have peanut allergies so it doesn’t get made everyday and she has no idea what time of the day they will make it. So in other words...I have to keep coming up there hoping that the doughnut will be available. They should take the doughnut off the menu! This way of advertising a doughnut that you have to guess or just hope that someone will make so you can try it is ridiculous! I would have asked to speak to the manager but obviously this store doesn’t have proper management to allow this to happen.

A little wait to get to the speaker in the drive thru but once order was placed everything went by quickly. The wait was expected due to Valentines Day.

They keep getting rid of my favorites. And the new seasonal ones such as the monster are horrible. Bring back blueberry, Sour cream, glazed cream filled, chocolate glazed, cinnamon, New York cheesecake, strawberry. I understand there was a lawsuit but that lady shouldve known that donuts werent healthy. Theres a way to advertise that they arent though.
