The worker was very polite and chipper even though I showed up at 11pm. The donuts were nice and fresh and the prices are good. They also accept debit, which is a bit of an issue for other local donut joints around here. It is nicely lit outside and the inside is cute and clean. 24/7 is also a plus

This was your typical donut shop, they had a very big variety to choose from, the staff was very friendly and polite, they were eager to help and the donuts are delicious. Eat local, spend local, buy local.

First time coming here decides to make a drive because of the good reviews.Good, friendly and fast service.Donuts were good in got half a dozen with a medium coffee. Donuts were a little bit more of a cake but still good. Coffee was good not watery or super strong. Just perfect.The 4 stars was because they only have one sandwich not much variety and because the coffee station was pretty unkept. Trash everywhere not enough stir sticks. Everything was up for grabs as in nothing was sealed straws, lids. Either way really good experience.

I originally only wanted 1 donut to try, but I ended up getting a dozen which o regret. I love donuts from the Asian donut shops. I thought this was going to be it but it wasn’t! They didn’t have that yeast taste and the donuts were not light and airy. They were more a bread Texture. Heavy to eat like I was eating bread. They were not nasty but just don’t give that donut taste. Price was reasonable paid $12 for a dozen including the bear claw and red velvet donut. So sad the dozen will go to waste my family and I don’t like them. Not even my 10 year old.

We will never go back to our old place. Donut City donuts are next level and the quality and variety are next to none. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

We used to love this place. Wed come by for a few donuts on our way home but honestly theyre good but can totally tell that theyre not as good as fresh as before. Just saw that the owners changed and this explains the taste and quality. I wouldnt go back. Maybe Ill try somewhere else next time.

New owners. The guy behind the counter said the daughter took it over not sure if that true or not. The donuts are definitely not like they were before. The flavor is not the same and the quality of ingredients is noticeable. Not sure Ill be back. Also they charge 12 for a dozen a bit pricey for my liking.

This is the best place for donuts I have ever been to. All of them are good and fresh every time. However the best one is what we call the “chocolate monster”. It’s large and is filled and covered with chocolate chips. It is amazing and I’ve never seen a donut like this at any other shop. The folks running the place are nice and friendly as well.

It has changed owners and the name is now Bakers Dozen Donuts. We paid about $21 for 2 dozen donuts (we were not expecting that) but! The donuts are very good. They also have specialty donuts, so theres that. I may come back just for one or two donuts to fulfill a craving.

Little did we know this establishment is popular amongst the homeless community.Upon arrival we were greeted with a formidable display of reduced rate, day old donutry and a smile from the shopkeeper.The specific donuts we intended to purchase were not available and each of us was hurt, offended and traumatized by the lack of forethought by the management staff.We dined in to soak up all the ambiance this establishment had to offer.While enjoying our 2nd choice donuts we noticed 3 homeless humans doing their best to take advantage of this fabulous donut outlet.Overall, our expectations were met.

Then I noticed theres a price break on a dozen. So, I asked for an addtl half doz donut holes, but in a separate bag so he wouldnt be tempted. And anywhere else, I probably would have been charged 2x, & rightly so due to the expense of the extra bag. But not here! I got the price break, a smile, a thank you, and she got my change in the retirement fund cup!!Wish I lived closer! ALWAYS out of chocolate doughnut early in the day and they are a 24hr shop but still won’t make more until the next day, I just went in today and once again they were out of them this is the third time within two weeks that they were completely out of all chocolate donuts. So I wouldn’t even wasting your time coming here, I asked him about it and they said this is the way it’s going to be through winter time!I just googled some other donut shop so I’m gonna try those out! It’s a bummer because this is been my main donut shop but I’m over being disappointed in wasting my gas.

Neat and clean looking donut shop with a wide variety of tasty donuts and mouthwatering pastries. And the cinnamon rolls are big here too, and so nummy! The way I remember them when I was a kid. Saw a large assortment of various beverages displayed; all the better to wash down the sweets with. Also, received good customer service. Unfortunate downside: cash only. Yes, there is an ATM but it will cost you a buck senventy-five for your own money and the least amount you can withdraw is $20.00.

Omgosh! I just move to Riverside was looking for a donut place and found you. Ive never seen so many choices like this. I couldnt choose. I did finally and they did not disappoint. Man it was so fresh and the chocolate was real chocolate. Muah! Service well there is a little language barrier but we got through it. Prices ok. Coffee well I wish the cups were bigger. But the coffee was good even if I had to use milk instead of flavored creamer. 5 Stars is very well earned here!
