My son, who is still quite young, was given his new hearing aids today. The whole experience was completely positive. The audiologist was so helpful, spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this facility if you’re prescribed hearing aids.

Ive been going to connect hearing for 3 years now. theyve been very nice and helpful. this year, my hearing aids were acting up, I went in for a check up and got updated ones which I enjoy bit more. has Bluetooth! Nam Avo is a specialist there, who has accommodated any needs Ive needed and answered questions I had. glad I gotten referred to them. I dont feel self conscious as much as before.having hearing aids now, makes a big difference. thank you Connect Hearing!

It was a pleasant experience and a very comprehensive hearing test. I was able to take a pair of loaner hearing aids home that had been customized to my hearing loss to try out. What an eye opener. I had a positive experience with Connect Hearing in Canyon Crest. They were very friendly and explained everything. They explained that my health insurance covered the full cost to getting tested and a pair of hearing aids that would resolve my hearing difficulties. I was given an full hearing exam. They showed me a pair aid that would fit my needs. My insurance approved the aids in less than a week. Two weeks later I came in and was given my pair. They gave me some instruction on use and care. I waited a month to write this personal review. I am getting use to hearing the sounds Ive been missing for a few years. To sum things up I would highly recommend Connect Hearing for your hearing needs.

My technicians name was Carol who was quite attentive to my specific concerns, that is, the ability to control, perhaps the direction of the microphone in a crowded room, and also of a device that could give some relief to my tinnitus. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends who would need help with their hearing loss issues

My mother gots her hearing aids here. The specialist stated that her hearing aids were covered under her ins. We went ahead with what we thought was a good deal. Unfortunately she has had trouble from the beginning. She always complained of background noise being too loud. She would take them off. I found out that the hearing aids that they got her were the basic. We were never asked if she could afford something better. We went to a different company and paid out of pocket, and glad we did. Her new hearing aids work much better. She even has her phone connected by Bluetooth which connect didn’t even show us. They just seem interested in billing insurance here.

The two ladies here have been totally awesome. Best experience ever and I can now hear what my grandchildren are saying.
