I went into to the store today and was graciously greeted by Sal as soon as the store opened! I was in a panic as I quickly needed a phone for work and mine had been destroyed the night before. Not only did Sal quickly get me a new phone he made sure I got the best deal and that all beds were covered. Sal is amazing and really put me at ease during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best experience at this shop. I dropped my phone Friday evening while in the middle of an important event I was working and it completely shattered to pieces and was unusable. I needed to be back to the event downtown at 11am, so I was waitin at the door Saturday morning at 9:45am before they opened at 10am & SAL noticed me out front and opened up early for me. He very quickly got me a new iPhone, synced everything up for me & secured it in record time for me to make it back downtown. He was above and beyond helpful and kind. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure the new phone was working properly. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE for my future needs but this store. I can’t say enough positive things about SAL and all his amazing service. Thank you, Thank you!!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! I seriously saved 1000s yes thousands compared to my ATT BILL in a 2 year period. NO CONTRACT! Fast service, Sal is very knowledgeable answered all my questions!

The worst metro store. Not one person has any idea what they are doing except take your money.

Went to three different MetroPCS stores before we ended up here. Mike was extremely helpful, not to mention that he was the only person that offered to look at and diagnose my old LG phone. This store is a few more minutes away but we will certainly be going here from now on! This was also the only store that had the smartphone we wanted in stock. Keep up the great work and the excellent customer service! MetroPCS needs to hire more caring individuals like Mike that care about their customers experience.

Plus a free iphone when i switched over, Im not sure what honest guy is complaining about but i checked his profile and he gives low stars to alot of places even happy pizza, boost mobile, tmobile, and other metro stores he must think hes a actual critic. Metro Pcs and Happy pizza our one of the most affordable best places to get food and cell phone service. And for you not to tip a pizza driver and give him a bad review bc he wanted a tip is shameful to you buddy not the pizza company.
