Does anyone even work here? I cant ever get anyone on the phone. I sit on hold for ages.

I called at 7 on a Friday night when my portable oxygen tank started shutting itself down, normally I wouldnt worry but the concentrator had been acting up as well, from the time I called to the time I was set up and the tech had left was less than 2 hours, thank you so much for the prompt service.
