Mindy in service is the best ! Always friendly and happy while juggling the schedule to fix the problem!This time it was my water maker. After a few phone calls the problem was diagnosed and she managed to get Luke out to get it handled.Luke is also the best ! Went into the engine room went about his business and gave me a full report when he was done .Thank you both !

We have used them a couple of time and probably will never used them again, they charge a HUGE amount of money to service the Ac units, told us the units were good to go but we felt no difference, they check all freezers and air handlers and told us service was done ... we decided to call a different company who came 2 days later and within 5 minutes said the system had low water pressure, pulled the 1st raw water pump and the impeller was almost gone, pulled the second raw water pump and it looked almost the same. so the BEARD tech did hardly anything or really I dont know what he did... even though we sped over 1k for not even 2 hrs worth of work. I suggest you call someone else.. this was on a larger Viking .

I can only agree with the previous reviews and confirm that this company has very poor ability to diagnose an installation and offer a repair solution. I’ve been told to replace my refrigeration unit for $2,800 +tx and labor which would probably come above $3,000 just from a visual check. After the technician left, I checked the thermostat and found that there were signs of oxydation, ordered a new one for $38 and replaced it myself in about 15 minutes. I’ve been charged for the technician labor even if he hasn’t identified the issue and hasn’t replaced the part. The manager Bob Miller, quite arrogent, doesn’t have any problems charging your credit for a job that wasn’t performed by his “so called” technicians, even if I did not authorize the transaction. Obviously, this isn’t going to end like that, consumers have rights against abusive businesses trying to make more profits without any consideration for their customer’s need. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company!

Hired to install two AC units aboard my boat (10k job). Price was good, talent and service wasn’t. One of the two men who worked on the project is no longer welcome aboard my vessel. They left on time according to the hours quoted, but I had to hire someone else to come behind them and finish the work.

I manage a few boats, Ive had Beard come out to several of the boats they are 5 star top notch company,fair, reasonable, and honest, Ill be using them for the for seeable future and highly reccomend
