Experienced staff and great customer service including tips on self service on my boat.

Only place I go for parts. Great staff always willing to help very knowledgeable if they dont have it they can get it for you. If they cant get it they will do their best to find somebody who can. Had a small job done last week first time Ive used their service department had it done in a few days with perfect results.I do most of my work myself but when I dont dont have time or its beyond my skilll level will go here for now on.

The people are most helpful and know there business. They deserve 10 stars. Definitely would highly recommend.

Not sure how you could give this place a bad review, been there 50 times and they always go out of their way to make sure Im getting the right part or product for the job. Super knowledgeable staff at the front desk.

I had a weird sound coming from lower unit of new contender 39 “Easy Peezy”. This place was referred because I needed a fast turnaround. Took my boat to them on a Saturday morning and they diagnosed I had a bad lower unit. These guys got everything fixed and had me back on the fish in three days!!!!! Great service and awesome price!!! They definitely gained a new customer.

They did the same thing to me!! I would call that....bait and switch. It seems like most businesses do that. Unfortunately, this idiot looks at the short term. I stopped going there 2 years ago. The good news is there’s many companies you can have fix your boat!!

I called Boathouse Marine to get pricing on having my 2018 Mercury Verado Serviced. I was clear on exactly what what I wanted. They quoted me a price. When I went to pick my boat up.....it was another price. They gave me some song and dance about the why its more money. I WAS going to get an extended warranty from them in June and of course possible future servicing. Just bad business!!!

Im giving this store 1 star because you can not give zero stars, I ordered a part for the outboard engine mounting clamp bracket bolt. After a week went to pick it up only to be told they had not ordered it, my mechanic who was present told me a used one would work just as well since this part is not electric . The part is a long metal bolt, the counter personal were great they tried to explain that on rare occasions this can happen. Now we spoke to the person in charge from the back, we asked if they had a used one just not to have to wait another week by ordering it again. He told us he may have one but we would have to wait for one of his mechanics to remove it from a parts engine he had in the back we agreed to wait . A short 20 minutes went by, the part came to the counter. I asked how much difference in price since I had paid $107.00 for them to order the new one, this is a authorized Yamaha dealership. The counter person told us I have to ask the boss, he walked about 20 ft from us when the same person from the back was coming to the front, he asked him how much for the used part . He said its the same price they can take it or leave it. Then he walked to the back of the store. Wow was I surprised to learn that a used part cost the same as new yamaha merchandise . Unfortunately for me my mechanic was going on vacation for the next 2 weeks, I was at the mercy of this person who took advantage of the situation just for a profit. I just wanted my boat operational . Pictures speak for them selfs.

WHAT CAN I SAY?Zarr and his crew just completed a new fuel tank..some fiberglass deck repairs..and rewire on my classic Mako.Not only did it come out amazing..but to be treated with professionalism and get MORE than you bargained for from the marine industry..is rare. Service ..paint ..Anything you need zarr and his crew will make it happen meticulously and ahead of schedule ..Thanks guys!!!

These guys are great! I have used them for engine work/parts over the years And they seem to have the widest variety of and parts and knowledge to go along with it. I purchased an engine from them three years ago and it’s been great! I have had one small warranty claim that they took care of really quick, and I have brought my boat in for service over the years for maintenance and have always been pleased with the result. Their mechanics seem extremely confident And proud of their work. I’m one of those types of people that always has a question and they always seem to have a good answer for me. Five stars for me!

We were anchored in Lake Worth and our dinghy outboard died. Boathouse was recommended by Cracker Boys and when we called they could not have been more helpful. They had an outboard in stock and delivered it to us at the Sail Club. Very nice job all around. 😀👍

Great and honest service! Zar and team are honest and know what they’re doing. When they say something needs done, get it done because they’re right and looking out for you.In addition, they care. When towing my boat to return it to my dock, my bucket flew out. What did They do, they stopped and got it on the back and had it waiting for me! Now that’s service!!!Great people!

Quality work at a fair price. Ive taken my boat to them many times over the years, and have been hesitant to write this review, because they seem to stay busy enough without many online reviews.On two occasions, they really stepped up to the plate to get things done in time for me to use the boat for a trip. They fought to make sure things were covered under warranty when they should be, and there was resistance from Evinrude.One time there was a problem with a new thermostat cover they installed cracking. When I brought it back in, they were insanely busy before a holiday weekend, and the owner personally took the time to check everything over and make sure it was right. He did not rush through it, as I am sure most people would given the situation.I would recommend getting the price on your estimate in advance if you are concerned about it. One time I took it in, the price was $200 more than the price they had verbally told me when I dropped the boat off. $200 more worth of work was done, so this was fine in my case. Im glad they did the work when it needed to be done, and did not bother me about it. They tend to just get it done, so make sure to put on the work order if you need them to call you if it will go over.They are not the cheapest shop, but they do quality work, and use quality parts.

Although we did not see the manatees there were spotted eagle rays, tarpons,snooks,barracudas, moon fish, and permits. I have lived in Fl all my life, and this is a must see for snowbirds, visitors and Floridians. AND ITS FREE!!! TUES-SUN 10 TO 4

1st anniversary of my boat getting stolen at this store watch out they might take yours. They also stole my friends fishing gear off his boat. You cant trust those people who work there. If your looking for a good mechanical call Erick marine great guy and much better price then those goons.

DO NOT USE. Bait and switch at its finest here brought my boat into have work done and ended up with a 15k bill. Kept all my extra parts and weren’t very flexible trying to argue. Onto a dispute with the credit card company.

Had a terrible experience today. So to begin I walked in the wrong way and got absolutely no help after asking several people where the parts dept is. Finally found it after wandering around on their property for 10 mins. I get to the counter and ask for a part and picked out several other items I needed for my boat. I then found the salesman who was ringing me up and he told me that someone else will do it at the register, well no one was at the register. I waited there patiently and the same salesman who was working with me before literally took another customer who came in and was standing behind me as he was walking behind the counter. Then after all is said and done he gives me a total I pay it and leave, I reviewed the receipt and the part he sold me was $20 more then you can find anywhere else. There are much better places to go for parts. Very poor customer service and although a lot of their retail floor has good pricing, its quite apparent that there OEM parts are jacked way up.

I bought a pair of new 175 Suzuki’s from BHM this past spring. They beat all other competitors pricing and took the time to ensure my boat was setup exactly how it needed to be. Like any job there were a couple of small snags along the way. Although they were not directly BHM’s fault they quickly and effectively worked out any kinks until I was 100% operational.The salesman Steve was exceptional, and stayed in constant contact and was extremely prompt and professional.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to Re-Power their boat.-Brandon24 regulator

Do not use this company we bought a boat motor from zar about 3 months ago, with six month warranty. it has been nothing but problems weve taken it back multiple times, and the last time Zar tells us he wont be honoring our 6 month warranty any longer b.c weve come back to many times.Ive spent over 5,000 on this p.o.s motor and I cant even use it half the time!!What a joke this place is avoid at all cost!! Money hungry ass holes

I was promised $100 charge for diagnostics of the motor, but when they found out that my ECU is faulty, they charged me $300. Hope it help someone to avoid this dishonest company.
