I recently contacted Bradley Plywood to inquire about purchasing hardwood for a new business venture I am starting. The sales person told me that I needed to have an account to do business with them, which is pretty typical for a wholesaler. I then proceeded to go through the process of setting up an account, and was informed that I was unlikely to be approved since I have a shop out in Loxahatchee. They will only do business with large established clients it seems. If you are a small business or startup needing materials, stay away from this place. You will be disrespected and brushed aside. Ive been in business for over 5 years as a machine shop, but they were not interested in doing business with me simply because of where my shop is located. I was literally ready to order thousands of dollars worth of hardwood but it seems like they cant even be bothered with the little guy. They should understand that not every new account is worth a million dollars right off the bat, but some may be one day.

Dixie is the great, from the products to the Staff, I enjoy my experience there Everytime. One time I even went in the office and everyone knew my name, that guy that looks like Rick James in the front is Great help. A+

Decent place if you dont mind waiting to get an order out or show up with a new truck and have a forlift operator empty run the forks into the lift gate and just say oops sorry even the gm said uhh happens heres my card for your boss, apparently its nothing new talking to others that have been there

This company would get 5 stars if i could afford more of their products. There is no question about them being #1 for quality plywood and hardwood in West Palm. Service is efficient and helpful. This company is a valuable part of how Im planning to grow my business.
