Horrible customer service always seem too busy for you and frustrated. Prices seem reasonable but can get better plenty other places with better service. I will not bother giving them my thousands anymore.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sent my guys there at 3pm to get a $1000 in plywood and they said sorry we close at 330 and 2 people are ahead of you. What a joke

What can I say terrible place to get materials especially cabinets brandon is useless he doesn’t have any knowledge of anything at ALL it seems like they just thrown him there because they can’t find anyone else buyer’s beware if you buy something there and if is the wrong item good look with your return that not happening what a circus and donna she always have a attitude very disappointed with management not a good place to do real business shelves are empty there is dust everywhere horrible customer service plus phone calls are not answered total disaster.

I asked for domestic and they sold me import. They took it back when I discovered the issue. I also have gotten damaged plywood included in some orders. Buyer beware and make sure you check upon delivery or pickup because they will include damaged goods. Also make sure you have a receipt if you want to return something otherwise you are SOL. Warehouse help is very good and quick about helping load materials

AVOID THIS PLACE -THEY WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU WOOD WITH ISSUES - HAPPILY COLLECT YOUR CASH THEN SAY OH THE WOOD FROM CHINA.LOWLIFE BUSINESS. LOST OVER $800 AND EXTRA WEEK OF WORK USING BAD WOOD THAT I NOW KNOW WAS FROM CHINA.ALSO BEWARE THINGS ARE NEVER THE SAME PRICE TWICE.I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE STATE

Terrible service been buying feom them for a couple years 3 times out of 5 they mess something up and they seel you something just to tell you they dont have it.. then to top it off they give you attitude like if its your fault

Lars could not come through with cabinet order as promised. When the pieces did come in, two pieces were wrong. Very disappointed with management.

They have a good service especially of plywood and sliding and heretics for carpentry
