Let’s try our best not to run over the grass. Per the picture, the driver can easily go straight back. I’ve changed this sprinkler a few times, finally put a camera and there you go. Can’t blame this driver for the whole time the sprinkler broke, just happened to be the first catch. Camera was up last week. Just care that’s all, it’s not the North anymore where it snows and doesn’t matter with the grass. It does around here. Just care, all I ask.

I frequently have to ship stuff via Fed Ex and this is my preferred Fed Ex facility. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always quick with a joke.Since I visit so often, that 20 TV from the 2000s... Has GOT to go! Please upgrade your TV your customers would really appreciate it.

I visit this location from time to time when I’m in the area. Your Palm Beach Lakes Blvd location has a self service drop box that and I don’t understand why your location doesn’t. You had 1 employee helping a customer for 20 min while 3 other customers in line were increasingly getting upset. It will save your employees and your customers time and frustration. Bring a self service box to this location ASAP! Thanks

If you want drivers who do not try to actually deliver packages to you when they put attempted delivery on four packages of needed dog food that was already delayed by them. Then, a customer service who does not hold any of the drivers accountable for doing so. Mind you, signature not required, and we were home for over an hour before and up until the notification of reattempt. FedEx is a garbage company to use, and I will order from other places to avoid using them.

I have had to stop using Fedex because of unreliable delivery service. The deal breaker was when they had a weather delay in Palm Beach because of hurricane weather and there were no hurricanes in the Atlantic at the time. They had great service for years, but no more....

Constantly delivering my stuff to wrong addresses. Every driver I see in my area has the radio up blasting or headphones in their ears! Drivers need to turn the music off so they can focus on the task at hand and actually read the address printed on the label to ensure the packages are delivered to the proper address.

The employees at the FedEx office is always polite and helpful, they go beyond their duty.

Deliver your package on time in very nice people

It took me 2 trips to get my package as I was told the first time it will be redelivered. It wasnt so I had to make another trip. After waiting for almost 20mins they told me it will take an hour to pull the package of the track. I had to ask for a supervisor and finally after about 45mins total I got my package. Everyone moves at such slow pace there as if they are lethargic!

The lady behind the desk wasnt knowledgeable about the computer that she was using FedEx needs to train their people better

Absolutely disgusting to their customers. i’ve been waiting for a package for a week now and apparently they’ve missed me even though i’ve been home every individual time a “delivery attempt” was made. i have made attempts to pick up my package other places and the did not send the packages to the pick up locations. i work crazy hours and don’t get the opportunity to do things between 9-5. if this wasn’t a huge cooperation being funded, i would definitely want fed ex to not exist anymore

Awful customer service and lines here! Everytime I come here no matter what’s needed I wait for 30 minutes or more to pick up a package. FedEx sucks!! Ups gets you in and out and has more than 2 people working there.

I drop Fed Ex packages for my business on daily basis. I always obtain a receipt which requires me to physically go into the store. This is one of my favorite locations. They ALWAYS have supplies readily accessible. Knowledgable staff and efficient staff.

I called in the morning to question a flat package that was set up for overnight delivery and did not arrive to my knowledge. The gentleman on the phone we curteous, respectful and took the time to look up the correct information. I arrived for pick up 20 minutes prior to closing and again, I found the employee to be extremely helpful and remained this way even though he was not given like treatment from other impatient customers. I substantiate the agent was respectful, knowledgeable and aware of the customers needs he was helping at the time and the ones waiting. Smooth, and enjoyable experience that had potential to be tense. Thank you to the agent that helped me

I had an employee, Paula, call me to let me know my package was there. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She had an attitude when I asked questions and she didn’t have to give me a number to call back. She made me feel like she could careless about her job. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

FedEx driver Backed into my girlfriend and our dog hitting the dog in our parking lot while he was backing up on the opposite side of the road when we told him to stop many times he kept coming and then he said he saw us but he got us still hitting our dog he took off flicking us off I took picture of him flicking us off and license plate I called all morning to put a complaint in ..they keep moving my call to different extensions over and over . I don’t want that driver on my property

I get some deliveries fed ex. But UPS is much better.

Very poor service. The staff wouldnt even help an elderly customer take her large package to her car, so I helped her myself. Then to put the icing on the cake, they couldnt get any of my credit cards to work with there machine. Thankfully the Chick-fil-A down the road had no problem getting the cards to work and I was able to relax over a milkshake.

Package going to New Zealand and I was expecting a problem of some sort. Nope, the young lady took my required documents, stuffed them in one of those clear pouches and attached it to the box and said you are done. That was easy

Out of the way location but great staff who get what you need done quickly ...

They apparently dont do ground service at this location and the only way I found out is because my package status had not updated in days. When I called to find out where my package is, they said that location doesnt do ground so we are going to investigate where it went. You would think when they guy scanned my package he would have said sorry miss, we dont do ground. But no, he said youre all set and now I have lost 6 days out of my 30 to return and I have no idea where my package is. My business will never use FedEx again.

I had to ship home an oversized piece of luggage and they took care of everything. Cost 65.00 instead of the airline charge of $250.00. great service great deal.

Too awesome! So I just got a package from Fed-Ex. I never answer the door when they come because I know they will just leave the package plus my dogs are crazy and try to bolt out the door and the said Fed-Ex/mailman/Ups person will often see their life flash before them when these two large dogs come bolting out after them in their crazy the mailman is evil barks and carry ons...Anyhow. I waited for fed ex to be well out of the vicinity to open my door and collect my new book. WELL..... Right there, resting on top of my package, was 2 large milk bones for my crazy pups!! How frickin cool is that. Thanks Fed Ex driver whom ever you are!

A little hiden but great service once u find the location

I am writing about it because it happens every time. The Fedex delivery person doesnt leave any notice that he was at the location (I have a business location). I find out that the package was shipped long time ago from the senders (frustrated senders at that time). There needs to be done something about it, because the recipient needs to know he has a package to pick up! It seems the driver just drives by, sees the closed door and never bothers to actually stop by and leave a notice.

FEDEX Priority is a joke. The drivers used to deliver the Priority items are in such a hurry that they dont even knock on the door. They just leave a card which defeats the purpose of having the item delivered priority when you have to go pick it up. I never use FEDEX, but unfortunately sometimes they ship items to me via FEDEX and I have to suffer the consequences.

(THEY OPEN & STEAL PACKAGES) I went to this location to up my package which felt kind of light, soon as I looked at it I noticed that they put clear tape at the opening of the package. I opened up my new phone box from At& T just to find out someone at FedEx stole the phone & taped it back closed!

Someone stole a package and forged my signature. I wasnt even in town for the alleged delivery. I suspect either internal theft at Fed Ex or at least, gross incompetence for giving the package to someone without proper ID. Either way, pretty bad. Navigating the online system to even begin to do anything about this is burdensome to say the least. I will notify the police of a theft, they can decide what to do.
