Horrible Experience! Looked up on their website to see what the hours of operation were...opened at 10am. Arrived at the store at 10:30am, they were closed, the sign indicated opening at 11:00. Went in the store when they opened, looked around, found a display of air freshener refills against one wall with a sign that stated... $3.50 each. In addition, my wife also had a birthday coupon for $13.00. We went to the counter to pay, handed the lady our items and showed her the birthday coupon. At that time I relayed to her that the hours on the internet werent consistent with the actual hours. This is when the attitude began! She argued with me stating...no it doesnt...I pulled it up on my smart phone, showed her and she snarled at me barking - youll have to call the main office, theres nothing I can do about it. I said well, wouldnt it be better if you called so that other customers would know the hours? Told me that she had nothing to do with that. Then she turned to my wife, walked over to a display of very tiny candles and stated, these are $12.50 and qualify for your birthday coupon. So, my wife chose one and we returned to the counter. Then, the lady attempted to ring up our order. She tried several times with no success. At that point, she called her manager. They spoke for a bit then ended their call. Heres the kicker...the lady walked over to the display wall where the air freshener refills were located, took down the sign that indicated $3.50 each, returned to the checkout counter and promptly told my wide she could have them 5 for $25, not $3.50 each! We looked at her and said...really, the sign said $3.50 each. The lady did not address that fact and repeated that we could have 5 for $25. My wife said forget it, she didnt want them, we turned and left the store. Over the years, we have spent literally thousands of dollars at Yankee Candle. The treatment we received from this lady was deplorable. I dont knock any business from trying to make a profit and stay viable however, this behavior and policies are unacceptable. We are done with Yankee Candle for good! The rudeness, unprofessionalism, poor business practices...and the list goes on. We Do Not Recommend them...period!

The best scented candle company out there in my opinion. Many different sizes, and many different varieties. Scents for cars, scents to plug in outlets and more. The stores always have the greatest smell, which keeps many people coming back. The people who work there are always so nice, friendly and helpful! They have many accessories to go with the candles. They cost a little more than the average candle, but they are worth it. Because they are that much better!

Thanks to the great staff at Yankee Candle at Valley View Mall! They were wonderful to deal with and so accommodating! The Assistant Manager helped us add photos to our candles and Amy the Manager helped us carry our bags to the car! Go visit this shop, they are great to deal with!!

For me was a challenge to reach store. Unfortunately they didnt have the product I wanted. Seems Yankee Candle didnt send all fall candles to this store.
