I called Richard with an emergency roll up door repair at 9:30 in the morning. He assured me he would be there in the afternoon. He kept to his word and showed up and fixed the door. Great Service and very reasonable. Great Job !!!!

Just the product Cox has speaks for itself with a great variety and balance of price and quality. You can get a great quality product without breaking the bank.The install team are true craftsman. When I have someone work for me I want someone who pays attention to the details, this includes cleanup. Nothing is worse then having to go behind someone and cleanup the mess they made. It makes the job feel cheap and makes you question the level of professionalism your product was installed. The installation Cox provided was perfect, cleanup was perfect, and the technicians even made sure they wiped any handprints, dirt, and dust that had accumulated during the install process. Cox was perfect in this area.The install team also removed my old doors with perfection. I didn’t find any saw dust, dirt or loose screws that needed cleaned up. My job was effortless for the removal of the old doors. No sweeping up, no trips to the dump, no worries and no issues.New product setup, again this is door number three installed by the Cox team, was superb. New door operation and new product training provided by the Cox team was seamless. When the team left everything was perfect. It worked perfect and was demonstrated as such. The remotes worked, the keypad worked and everything worked as expected. Operation of the doors were quiet and new hardware make everything work the way it should the first time and every time afterwards.I waited a few months after to write this review. Great family run business. Garage door fell apart and they came out the same day so I could get my car out of the garage at no charge. They later installed a new Clopay door as a replacement. Very competitively priced and great installation work. Highly recommended.

Had coachman door installed today and it looks AMAZING The quality of work was great and the installers was wonderful. Would highly recommend this company to anybody who may be looking to replace your garage door.
