We have utilized the services of Roanoke glass for several years now. On most occasions the customer service has been polite, attentive and prompt. We could count on Roanoke glass to provide us with the simplest cuts of glass to the more specialized cuts of glass. Being in the antique furniture business we rely on various pieces to repair and repurpose furniture. Here lately when working with Roanoke glass, many of the staff that takes the order requests have been unfriendly and rude. Lately, our orders have been dropped. Meaning... Our orders have been slow to be completed. Its as if our orders do not get placed and/or they are forgotten about. It used to be our orders would get completed very quickly and we would get a phone call upon completion. Most orders were completed within just a couple of days and we could count on getting our glass quickly for our projects. Now it seems we have to call to check on our orders because, we do not receive phone calls that the order is ready or we have shown up on the date that they said it would be ready and the glass hasnt even been cut. We are very disappointed in the most recent services from Roanoke glass and will be seeking other companies to take our business. If you are looking for fast and friendly services I would suggest to look elsewhere.

We are building a custom shower the requires 3 sided glass these guys are supposedly the go to people well I dont know yet they havent gotten back to us in a reasonable time I hate having to Chase vendors just to give them some businessIm hopeful but time will tell

I just recently used Roanoke Glass to install a new glass shower door. Brian was absolutely perfect to work with and the door is very well built.

Brian helps with your selection of shower doors and they have a competitive price . Plan on them repairing an antique mirror in the future.

Brian came out to fix a shower encslosure installed backwards by the previous owner. Quick quality work! Highly recommended.

Please do not waste your time with this company. They are not reliable. They made us wait for a month for a proposal, only to inform us, they are no longer interested. This is after we have spoken with a couple people at their office, stating they were going to send something over. If you care about your money and time, DO not use this company.
