Oh MY oh MY, this place was delicious!!! I had never had a Kolches, but they melted in your mouth delicious!!! The donuts were yummy as well!

I was shocked with how good these doughnuts are. The service was fun, made my wife and I bet comfortable and laugh. Great place

Update from 11months ago...Sadly they have gone downhill.They wear NO masks. And the donuts can easily catch whatever.They wear NO gloves. Which I didnt like before pre-covid.They wear NO hairnets. And the donuts can easily catch whatever loose hair.The workers say that you can NOT customize your drinks anymore. So you cant ask for light ice.Then workers just stand around not doing anything.Saw a few coughing everywhere.

Sausage kollaches TOO much bread. NOo flavor. Cheese not mixed in with meat. Dont holes served ICE COLD. Will not go again.

I was so sad when the gluten free donuts discontinued here. That is the only donut I can eat. The Sugar free ice coffee isnt the best but I love the regular donuts for my kids to enjoy. They always have fast service. =)

Sunday morning pick me up. Actually, Shipleys is great everyday. There stuff is so great, theres always a line.

The line was really long which is understandable because its morning and people want coffee and donuts. What is NOT understandable is the kolache dough being raw and the cheese not even a little melted. So after waiting in the long line to get something that wasnt even edible was very frustrating!!!

Friendly, helpful... But I like hometown bakery.. will stop by when passing through again. Only because employee was very welcoming.

I went into the store, and since I am Deaf, I gestured to the employee what I wanted to order. They did not even attempt to try to successfully communicate with me, and made me wait. I called the manager to complain, and just said the employee needed more training and told me I can go to another location if I was unhappy. They then hung up the phone on me and ended the conversation before I was finished. I will be going to other locations, as I have never had a problem with the others until this one.

The young lady at the window this morning was very rude! I asked for 2 butterflies to which she said we don’t do butterflies. I settled for bear claws, which had been purposely smashed at one end on both. I had also asked if they had chocolate cake donuts to which she said yes, so I got two. I get home and I have 2 regular, yellow cake donuts with chocolate icing? When did asking for a chocolate donut mean wanting a donut with chocolate icing? I also parked and went in to see if there were butterflies, because that is what we always get and there were 3 sitting on a tray where they always are! I just turned and walked out! I will start using the Shipley’s on Valley Mills. It isn’t much further for me than this one.

We love Shipley’s. We try to visit a Shipley’s every Saturday with our 3 year old she loves donuts. This location is great in space. Has great customer service. Great donuts. The establishment very clean. There is always more in stock donuts at this location that any other location. I also think this one stays open way late in the day so thinking donuts for lunch go for it.

I try to stay way from here but today I had to stop. Very good donuts, and if your not careful you will over do it. Highly recommended

Great place but I have one issue. There is one lady that works there and everytime she has ever helped me she has attitude. She definitely needs to work on her customer service. She forgot something of mine and when I asked she acted like it was my fault and was very rude.

I have been here several times and have a few complaints. Some of the staff at drive thru are cranky and unfriendly. They dont give itemized receipts and seem to over charge sometimes. The receipt you shows how much the total is not what all you were charged for. The last time I went there some young guy working drive thru did not give me everything I ordered but charged me for it. I did not notice til I was at work and couldnt go back to get them. Makes me wonder if they over charge and pocket the money. You people should show customers everything they are charged for not just a big total.

Went there driving though the town. They were out of blueberry cake donuts, apple fritters, and they completely messed my order up. Way overpriced. I’m never going back.

Chocolate donut holes are the best. Check your bags before you leave if you have a big order .. sometimes juices dont get put in.

This is the third (separate) time I have ordered from the Robinson TX Shipley drive through and they get it wrong. I order a Big Earl with cheese only and they keep giving me the one with Jalapeno. I have mention this to them and they just say will not happen next time and they still do the same thing!!!!!!

Its sad you cant get good customer service at this location I had to call corporate in houston because of a smart remark of a coworker at the window he literally told my husband he could come in and warm his own donuts up because he was to lazy to actually do what he was getting paid to do very sad then when I asked to speak with management he told me the manager wasnt there also when i asked for corporates number he said he couldnt give that information out so I looked it up myself this is sad

Donuts were not great ordered vanilla iced coffee and will not do that again taste like coffee grounds service was good and kolaches were good

Staff is always very friendly especially the young girl in the drive through with the short blond hair. This place is constantly busy and theres always tons of people there especially on weekday mornings but they get you in and get you out in a hurry.

The service is ok and the food is ok. I prefer the Temple Shipleys.

I suggest no one going in here. Drive thru window lady hollered out the window at me that she could not hear my Son place his order. I workWith the public on a daily basis and at no time am I going to scream at the customer. I rolled my window up and drove off I will not be back and will tell my friends. Rude old woman

I have been going here occasionally for over a year and I have yet to go here and find donuts that arent hours old and fairly stale. For the operating hours of this business the selection and availability of donuts is abysmal. Whomever owns this store should be ashamed! Would you go to a burger place if they only cook a couple dozen patties very early in the morning then leave them on the rack for most of the day to dry out? no! Avoid this place unless you can get here around 5 or 6am. I once went in at 8am for fresh donuts and they just microwaved some that were 2 hours old and presented them as fresh. What kind of terrible service is this? Pass.

Donuts are great but they are always messing up the order (marshmallow cream instead of Bavarian cream long John) 3x in 2 weeks and the milk is spoiled 3 out of 5 visits
