Best customer service i had in a long time at a metro pcs store. So shout out to kas (who works at this location) for helping me out today. Keep up the positive attitude and great customer service. ❤

POLITE, RESPECTIVE, EMPLOYEES ALTHOUGH THE PRICES ARE STILL TOO HIGH

The most disrespectful, unprofessional male I have ever encountered. I will never use metro PCs again because of the way he spoke. He would not let me talk, explain my situation. Nor give me his name or managers name. Said he didn’t have to help me and I had to go through him to get anything done. That he put a memo on my account to make sure I don’t get my small issue resolved. Was yelling at me as if I were his child. When I was calm and approached with respect and told him my problem. He was furious I had went to a different metro before him? Changing companies Monday. They must have not interviewed him they way he argues. I had him on speaker and my family was in disbelief.
