Dont dislike only thing is there are only 2 stores opened Torrid and Express I thought it was a new outlet location but it aint some stores closed before pandemic and others during the pandemic... overall if they were to re-open again I would definitely go.

Theres only a couple of stores Express and Torrid. The rest got wiped out by covid or was just an isolated location.

Its pretty good and not a lot of people most of of the time. If we are traveling, that is the only place my wife and daughters make me stop to use the bathroom...hahaha...it is very clean.

It might be a nice mall, if it had more than two stores. The landscaping is in disrepair, but the fountains and lights are operational.I saw no customers in sight. I do like walking around in ghost towns, so I guess theres a little charm there.

Only 3 stores open are Express, Maurice and Torrid. The rest are closed. The place itself is very nice. So sad they are so empty.

Such a waste of so many empty empty great stores of no fault due to covid-19 shutdown.Sure hope the shops come back to revive this beautiful area.

Sad this place has gone belly up. Only Express was open when I visited and they didnt bother to even say hello when I entered. Hear this place was sold to some Canadian business owners and they are.gonna try and rebrand or repurpose it.

Nice, nice, nice. The layout (parking outside the complex with the stores in the center) reminded me of the outdoor malls in San Diego, CA. Very convenient restroom locations (much more convenient than the restroom locations at the Outlet stores in San Marcos). Only a few stores at this time, but no doubt it will grow. Great idea bringing in local food trucks.

Has only express, maurices, torrid and ?? i think another store, don’t expect a lot of stores maybe 4 max. Express people were nice tho but other then that it’s a ghost town.

I visited Maurices and Melanie was so friendly and courteous. I will be going back soon. Lots of beautiful clothes.

Not sure whats going on went by on a Saturday around 2pm should had been open but there was hardly any cars.. place looked closed. It needs to be update that its closed if it is.

Do us all a favor. Fire all people involved with this place. Doze it down. The people who are running this place doesnt know what they are doing. Just 3 store left and Whataburger. This land would better be used as a cemetery.

The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is cause they have a small amount of stores. Great atmosphere! Reminds me heavily of the outlets in the valley. Great people there willing to help you and of course take your money! Give them time and I am for damn sure they will grow to rival the ones in the valley!!

I drove through too early to actually shop but I plan on making another trip through during open hours. I cant wait.

My daughter and I visited the TORRID Clothing Store. The employees there were super friendly and super helpful!!!! I love that TORRID!!!!

A sad desolate place. It breaks my heart that this place is quickly becoming an abandoned shopping place. I dont know if anything can save it but I wish someone would.

5 star have being coming here since 1967 now 4 generation of enjoy our favorite spot in Alice.Bowling glad it is smoke free now. Thank you for our health and future generations please make a smoking area other that at your main entrance. Front entrance should not be your smoking area.Make it 20 to 30 from front door entrance.

Nice and clean. Covers over sidewalks and huge fans. Not all stores open yet, but will be really nice when they do.

All I know about that area is that I got my vaccine at the fairgrounds area behind ther Outlet, and it was absolutely professional organized and very kind caring people.

This outlet is just sad and in the middle of no where in my experience. I went Friday and it was so empty omg and only a few stores are open!!! A lot of empty spaces and the stores open arent that great!!! Def dont reccomend this so called outlet!!!

Neat little outlet me and my wife visited a while back on our anniversary not to many stores but NIKE and Express were great! We found great deals. If it was in a better spot with more variety of stores it would be awesome place to shop besides the little gift shops around the bay area.

I traveled all the way from San Antonio just to be highly disappointed. There’s only three stores that are left open. Do not make the trip it is not worth it. Such a nice outlet mall going extinct

Never been to this outlet due to poor labeling. I will not patronize an outlet that exhibits too much politics.

There are like a total of 4 businesses remaining here. Although my family and I were the ONLY ones walking around outside the security guard made a point of correcting us like were were 6yo for our masks not completely covering our noses.. I shouldnt have that problem in the future though since theres no reason to return.

This outlet mall looks very nice. Still plenty of room available for more stores. There is a pavilion for food trucks which I personally loved, gives this outlet mall a unique fell from other ones that Ive been to.

Express always has great deals. My daughter & I both like going. & she also likes Cotton up but remember to have a shopping bag or you have to buy one. Sad Kitchen Essentials closed. Enjoyed getting all my needs from spices to cookware & baking supplies

Mostly empty store fronts and I wasnt really there to shop anyway. I was stretching my legs during a long car trip. The restroom was clean and stocked. If I was looking for new clothes they definitely have some there and marked down, from what I saw. Im probably not their target consumer but it would have been better if they had more types of stores than just mall brand clothes and an Amish furniture store.

This place has so much potential. Corpus needs to get an investor and revamp this outlet. Bring stores from out of state, if the contracts you have now are pulling out. Let them go. Go reach out and find more Ma & Pop stores looking for a break. Come on, Corpus! Time to change and branch out!

My family and I made a stop on our way back out of town and we very much enjoyed it. We visited a few stores and found some great deals. It was not too packed at all, were able to walk around freely and enjoy the day without large crowds. The facilities are pristine. Strongly recommend.

Nice outdoor style mall. Lots of interesting places to shop. Watch your prices however...the fragrance store may claim buy one get one half off but the prices are usually well over what you would spend elsewhere. However they do carry some fragrances you can not find at too many places...so just know your prices before you enter. I was caught off guard. They will only take a return if the package is unopened you have the receipt and you dont mind just getting a gift card/sore credit instead of your cash back or credit to your card.

Just throw it all away.

I am very willing to make the drive out for the stores. Its usually pretty quiet and theres not the crowd of people that goes with being at the mall in town. No kids running and screaming. Every store Ive gone to had wonderful employees and I have never had a bad experience here.

It nice but a little to far for me. Also its hot like weather like hot. Lots of cold water with ice. Besides that shoes and hats and snacks is my deal. A movie theater will be nice. Other than that 4💥s is what I give the outlets or shall I say the out-out-outlets.

I what more can I say other than this place is very disappointing. I was in a meeting about a year ago that the property manager attended as a guest speaker. He spoke of how well they were doing and had promised more stores were coming as well as a very large entertainment company that was going to build a theater, bowling alley, laser tag and so on. We have lost more stores than new ones that have been added.The one positive thing I have to say is the dozen or so stores that we do have have great prices and cute stuff. I really want this place to do, I come here regularly hoping that my support will bring in more business.

Huge mall! Its like walking down the street going from store to store no real roof. You can get a pretzel to Armani there so much to see. Handicap accessible and lots of free parking.

Its a beautiful mall. I was surprised to see that some stores have closed down for good. They actually auctioned the mall off. I hope more people start shopping there. So they dont have to shut the whole thing Down.

Not enough store selection. Also, I like the idea of the food truck courtyard....but there should still be some sort of indoor eating/resting space. This South Texas Heat is no joke and people use the indoor food courts to rest up and cool down so they can continue shopping. We cant do that here because the space does not exist. Rather than rest a bit for a second wind, I just call it a day and go home. The potential is there but it definitely needs improvement.

Wife and I drove out while vacationing in the area. We went in all 3 stores and left. I assume online shopping was the death of this place.... And putting it 20 min outside the city out in the middle of nowhere probably didnt help. Nice facility though.

Same as many others. About 6 stores total in the entire complex. Everything is clean, but mostly because of the lack of shoppers in the area. This place is only good for stretching out your legs after a long drive or to walk down the meal you eat from Whataburger. Avoid the trip to this place as you will be disappointed.

The only stores available here is, Guess, Maurice, Torrid, Papaya, rack shoe store, sketchers, and francesa..... There is A cotton on but closed.. Nike and GNC has also shut down this locationNo food and drink shops.

Me and my daughter make a stop here when we make the drive from the Valley to do visitation exchange with her father. Its our halfway point and we have made into a mommy-daughter day of shopping. Less crowded which we enjoy so much! Rain or shine we stop.

Who builds an outlet mall in the middle of nowhere?? No anchor stores to drive traffic out that way. Two stars because it really is a nice structure architecturally speaking. Maybe they should turn it into something like a bourgeois Traders Village style outdoor flea market.

I all ways find what l am looking for and at times find great deals . I only.wish more people would shop there. They are missing out. Its just like our town to demand something and once we have it we do nothing with it

Stores are nice. Would be more stars if they had more stores and more food trucks. But its very nice looking, clean, lots of convenient restrooms and benches. A nice play area for kids and eating area. I have received excellent customer service from the employess of all stores I have visited. Looking forward to see what more it has to offer in the near future.
